A few hours ago, I visited York train station. I purchased medium fries and an Americano coffee. One of your staff members charged me £6.38, which I thought was steep but did not question. Later, upon checking your app, I realized I was charged £2 more than the prices listed. I would like to understand why this discrepancy occurred and request compensation for the overcharge. I live in Hull and was traveling home from Thirsk, stopping at York to change trains.

Yesterday, on 6/21/[redacted] at approximately 4:30pm, I visited the Burger King on Blairmill Rd in Horsham, PA. I ordered a Whopper with cheese without the meal. The employee taking my order attempted to be humorous but came across as unprofessional and not funny at all. When I asked for the price, he simply directed me to the first window. At the window, a female employee handed me the sandwich and insisted it was free despite my attempts to pay for it. Reluctantly, I accepted the sandwich only to discover it was poorly wrapped, lacked lettuce, pickles, and looked sloppy. The sandwich was cold and appeared unappetizing. Due to the poor quality, I threw it away. This experience, coupled with past issues involving the same employee, has led me to avoid visiting that Burger King location in the future. It is clear that this particular employee should be terminated to ensure better service.

I recently ordered two Rodeo Burgers from Burger King, among other items, and was disappointed to find they didn't have sesame seed buns, which I enjoy. When I contacted the Burger King at [redacted] N Wickham Road in Melbourne, FL on 10/24/[redacted], the first lady I spoke to seemed annoyed and handed me over to the manager. The manager stated they don't bake the bread there and insinuated I got what I paid for. When I mentioned the lack of sesame seeds, she became defensive and unhelpful, even suggesting I bring the burgers back to check the buns. I felt she was condescending, and the interaction left me extremely dissatisfied. Despite being a regular customer every other week, I won't be returning to this Burger King due to this experience. The next nearest location is a 20-minute drive but worth it to avoid such unprofessionalism. It's disappointing that this particular Burger King couldn't handle the situation better.

I left my brother-in-law's new Walker at the Long Beach Boulevard location. I'm unable to reach anyone to report it and request them to hold it until I can pick it up tomorrow morning. The manager at my workplace seems to be targeting me for minor things like wearing blue jeans when I didn't have clean black ones, even though he himself wears blue jeans. Today, on 10/28/[redacted], he sent me home for not having non-slip shoes, stating I can't return until I do. He often avoids work by staying in the office or going outside to smoke, leaving us to manage alone. I enjoy my job but cannot afford new shoes until my next paycheck, which I have communicated. This morning at 6 am, after my ten-minute break, he asked me to leave and not come back without proper shoes. This situation causes unnecessary stress, and I hope it can be addressed appropriately.

I had a disappointing encounter with the general manager at Colorado Mills Mall. Christina, the manager, acted rude and unprofessional during my visit. I witnessed her slamming change on the counter for my husband, which was unacceptable. Another couple also complained about her behavior when they tried to get a refund for an extra hamburger they were charged for, even though they only ordered one. Additionally, while dining at Burger King, I observed a male employee engaging in inappropriate behavior.

I visited the Burger King at South Limestone in Springfield on October 28th, [redacted], at 8:30 p.m. Although the dining area was supposed to be open until 10:00 p.m., it was closed. An employee reluctantly let me in after I knocked on the door. The manager on duty became extremely upset with the employee, even yelling and cursing, before finally coming to the door to confront me. Despite my car being broken down and having no other options, she rudely refused to let me in, stating that she didn't care about the posted closing time. She then slammed the door, leaving me feeling disrespected and frustrated. This experience was unlike any I've had at a restaurant before. I hope this matter can be addressed promptly. Last night, I visited the Burger King located on Highway 40 near I-75. I ordered a strawberry shake, small fries, and a fish sandwich. Unfortunately, my food was not prepared correctly, which led to food poisoning. This illness caused me to miss work and lose wages. I paid $13 for my meal, which was a terrible experience. The fries were improperly placed in the bag, and I believe the restaurant staff were negligent. I request a refund for the unsatisfactory meal and compensation for my lost wages. I attempted to redeem the free Whopper offer through the Burger King App on November 1, [redacted], as part of the T-Mobile Tuesday promotion. After entering the T-Mobile code, I was unable to obtain the required Burger King code on the app. Although the T-Mobile offer is valid until November 7th, the Burger King App indicated that the offer was no longer available. When I visited the Burger King location on Opdyke in Auburn Hills, MI, I was informed that they needed the Burger King code to honor the T-Mobile promotion. My daughter also faced the same issue when redeeming the offer on her phone. I have filed a formal complaint and am looking for a resolution to this matter. On October 31, [redacted], I made a purchase on the Burger King app for $31.29. Unfortunately, the delivery driver informed me that the restaurant couldn't fulfill my order as some items were unavailable. The restaurant's manager confirmed this and stated that they couldn't offer substitutes or a refund since I ordered through the app. After contacting the automated customer service through the app, I received an email offering me only [redacted] points as compensation for not receiving any of my food. These points were insufficient to even get a meal or replace the two missing meals. I ended up hungry during my 12-hour work shift with no time to grab food. The entire experience was rude and unacceptable. I hope that someone can address this situation promptly as it is unfair that I paid for items that I never received.

Yesterday at approximately 11:55, I placed an order for three burgers - two non-vegetarian and one vegetarian - on Swiggy. However, after waiting for 1 hour and 15 minutes, my mother contacted the delivery boy as the order had not arrived. The delivery person mentioned that the Burger King staff were not releasing the order to him. Eventually, after a lot of hassle, we received the order. To our surprise, instead of what we ordered, we received three chicken burgers and fries. This was not what we had requested at all. We were quite disappointed with this mix-up.

Yesterday, on November 10th, I drove to the Burger King in Pittsburg, CA for a late lunch. I ordered a whopper, jr. and decided to add the nuggets listed at $2.49 for either 8 or ten, but the cashier challenged the price, stating it was $2.99 on their system, despite the menu showing $2.49. The cashier consulted the manager who confirmed the higher price. I let it go to move on quickly. I asked for mustard instead of mayo, but the receipt showed an extra charge of $0.30 for each squirt of mustard, yet they forgot to add the mustard when I got home. Disappointing experience.

Last night at the Mentor Ohio Burger King, I encountered only two employees who instructed me to place a mobile app order. Upset by this, I expressed my frustration as I prefer not to use apps. There were no clear signs indicating this new policy at the location, leading to a disagreement where I was directed to visit McDonald's instead. In the past, I had a disappointing experience with a $76 order lacking essential ingredients. Despite receiving a coupon on my phone for the inconvenience, I couldn't use it as I don't utilize app-based ordering. It's disheartening to see various Burger King locations closed in the area, leaving Mentor as the nearest option. The decline in customer service and quality at this store is concerning, and I am unsure if I will continue the tradition of visiting Burger King on November 13th next year.

I had a frustrating experience at your Phillips Highway location in Jacksonville, Florida. The drive-thru speaker wasn't working, causing me to wait for over an hour. This made me late getting back to work, as the order I placed through the app hadn't been completed. There was a barrier issue with trucks driving over it, which concerned me about my car. I am disappointed and feel the need to report this to the Better Business Bureau. I have always been a fan of Burger King, but this experience has left me highly upset. I will have to reconsider using your services in the future.

At 5:30 pm on Friday, November 17, [redacted], I visited Burger King on [redacted] Bypass in Easley, SC. Disappointed to find the lobby closed, I proceeded to the drive-through. Despite the long line, I was asked to wait. After waiting for 10 minutes while more cars queued up, I politely inquired about placing my order. Unfortunately, I was met with rude remarks from the staff. The woman at the window was impolite, asked me to keep quiet, and continued to be disrespectful. Feeling frustrated and unappreciated, I made the decision to leave the establishment and will not be returning in the future.

I visited Burger King in Folkestone at 1pm after seeing an advert for a £3.99 burger with chips. However, when I ordered, the total came to over £20 for two meals. I mentioned the advertised deal, but the staff denied its existence. Another customer showed them the ad, but they rudely dismissed her. Feeling disrespected, I left and went to McDonald's where I received friendly service without any offensive comments.

BK issued a $12.54 credit, but I have not seen it reflected in my account. After purchasing nuggets that were inedible and requesting a refund, the clerk advised refunding the full $12.54 and then recharging. Now, both the $9.73 recharge and the original $12.54 charge are on my credit card bill, but the $12.54 credit is missing. Despite having the credit slip, the store in Williams, CA (#[redacted]) has not processed the credit and instead charged me twice. I am frustrated as I have been unable to reach anyone at the store to address this issue.
