On August 29, [redacted], at 5:49 PM, I was charged $10.57 for an order scheduled for pickup at [redacted] Highway 20, Buford, [redacted]. However, I intended to collect it from BK location at 7 East May St, Winder GA, [redacted]. Upon noticing the error caused by the Burger King app, I attempted to rectify it, but it resulted in duplicate orders billed to my card for the same items at two different stores. For resolution, I urgently request a refund for one of the transactions to be processed promptly. Despite my unsuccessful attempts to address this issue via the app, I seek immediate assistance to correct this error and return the duplicate charge to my account. I waited in the drive-thru for several minutes before deciding to go inside, which turned out to be a terrible experience. Customers were complaining about missing items, and when I checked my order, the clerk hastily insisted it was all correct. However, upon returning to work, I discovered that the King Whopper I ordered was actually a cheeseburger, the large fry was only half full, and the chicken wrap had a tiny piece of chicken inside, poorly wrapped with minimal toppings. I tried to call the restaurant to address the issue but was informed that the number was disconnected. This $19 order was only worth about $3 due to the poor quality and missing items. I recently visited Burger King in Melbourne, Florida, on West New Haven Avenue. I ordered two cheeseburgers, a drink, and some fries. Unfortunately, the fries were cold, so I requested a fresh batch. Additionally, the cheeseburger patties were burnt, so I asked for replacements. When my husband went to discuss the issue with the employee, he was asked to step away from behind the counter. The manager then became aggressive, accusing my husband of touching an employee, which was untrue. Despite our request for a refund, the manager threatened to involve the police and withheld our money until their arrival. After waiting for about 30 minutes without any police intervention, we became frustrated with the situation. I simply want a refund and am appalled by the unacceptable behavior exhibited by the manager.

I recently went to Burger King on Hwy 30 in Gonzales, LA [redacted]. While in the drive-thru, I asked the woman at the window if I could upgrade my drink. She told me she couldn't change it as it was already made. I got upset because I only wanted to pay for the upgrade. She raised her voice and refused to make the change, displaying a very unpleasant attitude. I ended up arguing with her, and when I asked for her name, she refused to provide it. To my surprise, the manager then came to the window and put his hand up, which I found disrespectful. I am now seeking to speak with a manager regarding this unacceptable behavior.

To Whom It May Concern, I visited the Burger King at the intersection of Florida Blvd and North Foster Drive in Baton Rouge, LA for breakfast. I ordered a 3 and 5 piece French toast sticks, each with a side of ham. While checking my order at the drive-thru window, I noticed I was missing one side of ham. I politely brought this to the attention of the staff member present. Unfortunately, she responded rudely and refused to provide the missing item or a replacement. Her attitude was unprofessional and unpleasant. Due to this experience, I have no intention of returning to any Burger King location. Thank you for addressing this issue promptly. I recently ordered a spicy chicken wrap and a spicy chicken sandwich from your establishment. Unfortunately, when I checked the food 20-30 minutes later, both items were plain and dry with no lettuce, tomato, or condiments. The service during ordering was rushed and rude, as the lady did not let me finish my order before moving on. I would appreciate it if I could either receive a correctly made order at a different location or a refund for my purchase.

I visited the store and encountered an issue with the service. One employee was working diligently, while three others seemed to be more focused on texting and hanging out. Despite my attempts to get their attention, they disregarded me. The employee without a name tag, who reminded me of Wednesday from the Addams Family, was unhelpful. When I approached the manager, Erica, she was also unresponsive and made excuses instead of addressing my concerns. I was disappointed by the lack of customer service and professionalism. I did not receive an apology or a refund. Thankfully, I will be looking to dine elsewhere in the future.

I ordered the duo whopper Jr with cheese and bacon two days in a row, but both times it arrived without cheese and bacon. One even had pickles although I didn't ask for them. I reached out to customer service and was only offered a $10 voucher instead of the two I was supposed to receive. When I requested a refund via email, I was denied and told that was the final decision. I expressed my frustration to them and said they could keep the $10 voucher if they would just give me my refund. I am very upset and feel discriminated against due to the way my complaints were handled by Burger King customer service.

I would like to know the breakfast and lunch hours at the restaurant. I have been caught off guard arriving for a meal only to find out it's not being served. Is breakfast from 6-11 and lunch from 11-11 at this establishment like it is at BK? Your prompt response is appreciated. Thank you.

I ordered 2 #1 meals at your Rolla, MO store through the drive-thru and was initially told the total was $26.89, which seemed high when a meal is priced at $9.99. When I reached the window, the staff member confirmed the total was still $26.89. After I inquired about the drink being included in the meal, he then stated the new total was $23.89. It appeared he may have been trying to overcharge in hopes of receiving a larger tip. This isn't the first time I've experienced confusion over the total amount at this store. It seems like there might be ongoing issues with overcharging customers by this employee and others at the location. It would be beneficial for management to investigate this matter further.

Hello, During my recent visit to your Kariega Corkwood Mall branch, I placed a takeout order at 16:01. However, despite customers who came after me receiving their orders promptly, I had to wait until 16:40 to receive mine. This delay caused my kids to become impatient as they were quite hungry and had been waiting for a long time. When I finally received the DOUBLE CHEESEBURGERS I had ordered, they did not resemble the ones displayed. Instead of the advertised burgers, I received plain ones with just two patties and a slice of cheese. When I questioned the cashier about the discrepancy, she mentioned it was a Whopper, while I had paid for what was shown on the screen, complete with tomato and lettuce. Feeling frustrated, I asked her to pack the burgers back up, and I left the establishment unsatisfied.

I visited Burger King on E Eldorado in Decatur, IL for two consecutive Mondays. Both times, I was informed that the broiler was being cleaned. During the second visit, I inquired if this was a regular Monday morning procedure. The staff member taking orders confirmed this but was also rude in her response. I am curious about when this cleaning schedule began, as it was not something I had encountered on previous Monday visits.

I recently made a purchase at Burger King on Walden Road in Corpus Christi, TX [redacted]. I used a $15 Burger King gift card for my order totaling $12.93 or $13. Since then, I have tried to contact the restaurant multiple times as my card now shows a balance of $0 and I have not been refunded. The employees I spoke to were unhelpful and rude. I have reached out to other Burger King locations, but this one has been the least cooperative and the staff have been disrespectful. I just want my money back on my card. I had a negative experience at the Burger King on Kentucky Avenue near Kroger's. I went back to return my order that was incorrect, but they refused to issue a refund which left me frustrated. This is the second time I've had an issue with them. I will not be returning to that location, and I am adamant about getting my money back. It seems like they intentionally mishandled my order, and the staff's behavior was unacceptable. I don't have any problems like this elsewhere. I visited the Burger King on B Street in Fresno, CA on Sunday to try the new Italian chicken sandwich. However, upon arriving home, I noticed the sandwich was soggy and the chicken seemed undercooked. I returned on Monday evening to address the issue with the manager, who was unhelpful and made me feel uncomfortable for bringing it up. I work in Wasilla, AK with DoorDash. I had an order to pick up which I did. Upon receiving the order, I asked for the door code to use the restroom. The lady refused to give it to me without making a purchase, even though I didn't have time to do so. When I asked for her name, she rudely told me to leave. I purchased a #1 burger with fries and a drink at location store [redacted] in Tallahassee, FL on Friday evening. I specifically requested no cheese on my burger, but when I bit into it, I saw cheese. Upon closer inspection, it seemed they had just scrapped off the cheese from a pre-made burger, leaving little pieces still stuck to the bun. Thankfully, I am not lactose intolerant. I usually visit this Burger King location, and when I called to complain, the lady I spoke with was rude. She suggested I bring the meal back and insinuated that I might be trying to get a free meal by claiming the mistake could have happened earlier in the day. To the concerned party, I visited your restaurant today around 3:30 and used the drive-thru to place my order. I usually get the 2 for 6 deal which includes the Original Chicken Sandwich and the Whopper. However, upon checking my order, I realized I was given the wrong sandwich. When I went into the restaurant to address the issue, the manager gave me a disrespectful attitude and referred to me using offensive language. I visited the Burger King at [redacted] Airport Blvd West Columbia SC [redacted]. We waited for 30 minutes to order, and the cashier refused to accept one of our dollar bills due to a minor tear. When we asked for a refund, she became disrespectful and used inappropriate language towards my spouse. This behavior caused other customers behind us to leave as well.
