Subject: Urgent Concern Regarding Driver Lisa Tully's Safety To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to bring to your attention a serious issue involving your insured driver, Lisa Tully. She has been involved in multiple accidents and is driving with significant medical impairments that put herself and others at risk. Here are the key points to consider: - Lisa has been in unreported accidents, including a hit and run incident in Atlanta. She was also recently diagnosed with severe vision impairments by her optometrist. - Her impaired vision, motor skills, and cognitive functions make her a hazard on the road. - Multiple witnesses can testify to her reckless driving and close calls. - Her car, which was recently scratch-free, now shows signs of multiple collisions. I urge you to take immediate action to address this concerning situation. Lisa should undergo a thorough driver's license re-examination, and her driving privileges may need to be restricted for everyone's safety. I have included some photos of her car to illustrate the damage it has incurred. If you cannot view the pictures on this platform, I recommend sending a local representative to inspect the vehicle in person. This matter needs to be addressed promptly to prevent any further incidents on the road. Thank you for your attention to this urgent issue. Sincerely, [Redacted]

I am having trouble cancelling my insurance with them after switching to Dairyland Insurance. Despite not paying, they continue to provide me with coverage and are now trying to charge me. I have been unable to contact them by phone as the 1-[redacted] number prompts charges and the [redacted] line does not work. When I do get through, they insist on reactivating my service. I paid until a specific date, and I believe that should be the end of it. I am frustrated as they threaten to send the bill to collections, even though I never authorized them to provide insurance on credit. Who approved this without my consent?

I sent my check to my usual Bristol West office on 12/2. However, on Friday, 12/5, I received a text message claiming to be from that office stating it was the incorrect location. They requested I send another check as they were holding onto the original one. Despite always mailing my check to the same address as indicated on my invoice, I have been informed to send it elsewhere. After speaking with various customer service representatives since Monday, including Rodney from the San Diego office, I was assured the check would be returned to me. Oddly, Andrea now advises me to send the check to Plantation, Florida. I am puzzled as to why there has been a change in the office I should send my checks to.

My name in your insurance policy is misspelled compared to what is in the MVR history. You have verified this from the MVR History and confirmed my name correctly in your email, which your agent forwarded to me, stating inability to correct it as per MVR History. Mistakes happen, and it's okay. However, we should be willing to rectify them. Contacting your agent has not resolved the issue. Please advise on the next steps to take. Thank you.

Hello, I am feeling lost. While in Florida, I spent weeks working with one of your agents without success on a solution. Now in Germany, I am uncertain. I initially insured my car through your company and wanted to change the insurance, but the agent did not follow through. I am attempting to communicate via email now as I only visit Florida 1-2 times annually. I require high liability insurance over 1 million and do not need coverage for my "old" car. I have forwarded a letter from my German Car Insurance detailing my no-claims years for your review. I aim to suspend insurance when away from Florida since the car remains parked in the garage. Payment will be made yearly using my American Debit card. I possess documentation from my German insurance verifying my accident-free history. I am in search of a point of contact for further assistance. Thank you for your help. Dyan Matschurek

Hello, my name is Jorge D. and I have insurance with Bristol West Insurance. I have encountered an issue where they are charging me double the April payment. Despite sending proof of payment to the Point Insurance Agency, my policy was still canceled due to non-payment according to Bristol West. They are insisting I pay again, which is frustrating. I am at a loss on how to resolve this situation. Many individuals seem to be facing challenges with Bristol West Insurance, and I felt compelled to share my dissatisfaction here.
