Hello, I'm considering returning to WoW Classic after a break, but my characters seem to have been moved to the WoLK expansion. Is there a way to revert them back to the base version of WoW Classic? If possible, whom should I reach out to for assistance with this matter? Thank you.

I thoroughly enjoyed playing Overwatch during season 1 and had a great time. However, I faced a disappointing issue at the end of the season. Despite reaching diamond 5, the game displayed my final rank as plat 1. This bug left me feeling down as I missed out on receiving the diamond title and [redacted] competitive points. I am eagerly looking forward to Overwatch 2, but this bug has dampened my enthusiasm for playing. Achieving diamond rank was a significant effort for me, and I refrained from playing competitive matches to maintain my rank. I hope this issue can be resolved soon. Hello, I need help. On December 5th, [redacted], my account was hacked between 9am and 10am. I received a whisper in-game from someone claiming to be a GM named Blizzard, stating that I was affecting the game's economy. I was directed to a website and foolishly entered my email and password as requested. Subsequently, my account details were changed, and attempts were made to use my card for purchases. Although I managed to regain access to my account by changing passwords and setting up additional security measures, my account was unexpectedly banned. Despite submitting tickets for help, I have not received responses. On December 8th, my account was hacked once more. I have evidence, such as screenshots and transaction IDs, to verify my ownership of the account. I can be reached via email, live chat, or my mobile number [redacted]. I am concerned about unauthorized charges and possible deletion of my tickets. I appreciate your prompt assistance. Thank you.

Hello, I need help with a ticket that was moved to a different account by a GameMaster in (support). I prefer this ticket to remain on my original account and not the new one I created. I introduced my friend to Hearthstone and shared my login information with him (I know it's not recommended) so he could see my decks and I could help him with deck building. He logged in from his home, but I tried to log in from mine, and things went awry. I recently changed my email, so I had to answer the secret question asking about my childhood hero. I believe I entered "dad" or "brother" in Dutch (it's been a while), but the system won't accept it. Now, logging in with my old email and password isn't working either.

I got banned because they said they believed my account was hacked. However, I received a message asking me to log in on their official website, which I did without any problems. Nevertheless, the next day, I found out that my account was still banned. I have taken steps to secure my account with two-step verification using my phone and the Blizzard Authenticator. I am the only one with access to this account, and I only use one PC.

I opened this account more than a year ago, possibly a year and a half or two years. I haven't been active on it for around a year and a half. I can't remember the email associated with it because I haven't used it in so long, and I've changed my phone number multiple times. I think the current phone number might be [redacted] or [redacted], and the security question involves two golden guns, possibly related to D.Va and Mercy. I am certain I can prove my ownership of this account. I have changed my debit card, and the last four digits were [redacted]. Please assist me in recovering access to my account. Thank you.

I experienced a disconnection in a competitive match, resulting in a loss and a suspension. I am seeking assistance, but I am unable to communicate with a live agent. After a difficult match, a player named monkaS started harassing me, telling me to harm myself through various messages. Despite warning them about being banned, they persisted and made threats about creating new accounts to continue the abuse. I have screenshots of the conversation. I fear they might target me again. I reported another abusive player before and received a ban notification. Blizzard, please prevent this player from creating new accounts to harass me and ensure my safety.

I've been playing Overwatch 1 on Playstation 4 since it was first released, and over the years, I collected numerous skins. I recently merged my account to Overwatch 2 but noticed that many skins are still missing. My PSN name is Michaela--[redacted], and my Overwatch username is MichaelaMyer. It seems that some of the skins I previously owned now require a payment of £17. I would appreciate it if all my previous content could be fully restored, as opposed to only a portion of it. Good morning, I purchased a €20 card that wouldn't let us redeem it on the phone. It didn't recognize the data, so we tried to change the password and log in with another email. Eventually, we managed to redeem it. However, the issue is that now we can't log back in. It only recognizes (sometimes) the phone number, and we are especially unable to use it on the console because we're afraid to log out in case we can't log back in. My account was suspended for using inappropriate language in chat. I understand that this is not acceptable, and I apologize for my actions. I have already submitted a support appeal but would also like to reach out to Blizzard Support via email to request a lift on the suspension. I have been planning guild events for the holidays, and it would be disappointing if we couldn't proceed with them. I adjusted my holiday schedule to participate in Wrath of the Lich King with others who are available during this time. I am sincerely sorry for any offense caused by my language. I hope that, in the spirit of the holidays, I may be forgiven for this mistake. I assure you it will not happen again.

I am an Overwatch 2 player and recently tried to link my Xbox account to my Battle.net account for seamless gameplay. After successfully connecting both accounts, I encountered a problem during the final step when I was asked to hold down A to merge the accounts. Following the instructions, I logged out but unfortunately, the merge did not happen, and I ended up losing all my progress. Now, I am unable to access my Xbox account as it requires a Battle.net account, but I am unsure how to proceed.

Hello, I have been trying to remove the authenticator from my old Samsung Galaxy A5 phone to reinstall it on my new Oppo Reno 8 Lite. However, I am no longer receiving the SMS verification code (which I was receiving initially and used to remove the old authenticator). I have attempted all the troubleshooting steps on your website and even reached out to my phone operator. We reset my line and tried different settings together, but nothing has worked. I waited 3 days before trying the verification codes again but still no success. I am stuck on the validation page of the authenticator app, which asks for the verification code sent by SMS (which I am still not receiving). I believe there might be a block on your end related to my phone number that is causing the issue with receiving the codes. This email is to request your assistance in resolving this matter so I can receive the verification SMS and proceed to install the authenticator on my new phone and validate it on my battle.net account via the website. Hello everyone, I've been stuck at silver rank number 4 in Diablo Immortal's PvP for almost two weeks because of the high number of failed to process PvP games and long waits between matches, ranging from 1 to 20 minutes before a game starts. Whenever a PvP game is about to begin, I encounter an issue where it fails to process after just one second. This problem occurs regularly during peak PvP hours. I'm reaching out to ask for compensation for the progress I'm losing as I try to engage in PvP matches. I believe resolving this bug, increasing the number of available PvP games, and ensuring a fair playing field by separating free-to-play and pay-to-win players based on their resources spent, between 1[redacted] points, would improve the PvP experience. I'm a player on the Kabraxis server, and many others in the community are facing the same challenges and anticipate a prompt solution in the upcoming update. Hello everyone, I've been struggling at Silver Rank 4 in the PvP of Diablo Immortal for nearly two weeks due to numerous failed processing attempts and long wait times between matches, sometimes up to twenty minutes. Every time a PvP game is about to start, it fails to process within a second, preventing me from accessing it. This recurring issue seems to happen during peak PvP game hours. I'm reaching out to request compensation for the progress I've lost trying to engage in PvP games. Over the past two weeks, I could have advanced to legend rank, but I'm still stuck at Silver 4. To address this problem, adjustments could be made in the game to increase the number of PvP games available and create a fairer playing field by differentiating between free-to-play players with minimal resource points and pay-to-win players who have acquired thousands to five thousand points.

Today, I discovered that my Battle.net account, which I paid for, got banned for allegedly using cheats and hacks. I don't use macros, add-ons, or any third-party apps. I've lost days of progress and subscription money. I haven't received any response from Blizzard after submitting tickets. I've never violated any rules or used unauthorized software on my account. It's possible that GMs or automated systems made an error, or my account was compromised. I'm hopeful Blizzard will review my case accurately. Thank you.
