Hello, I made a serious mistake. I recently upgraded my storage hardware and lost access to my email after reinstalling the Blizzard launcher. I own Call of Duty: Cold War, and I can provide proof of purchase. However, I cannot remember the email associated with my account despite trying for several hours. I am unable to use my photo ID for support as I initially used a different name, "rika Zhir," when I created my account to safeguard my legal name. I am concerned about losing access to my account and all the time and money I have invested in it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am attempting to request to remove the authenticator from my account, which I had set up as a child and have since lost. Originally, my request was denied due to the account being registered under my mother's name, which resulted in me providing the incorrect identification. I now possess the correct identification and have retrieved the answer to my security question, "manor road." Unfortunately, I am unable to submit my request as the system does not recognize my phone number, "[redacted]0," resulting in an error message preventing me from proceeding with the ticket. While I am unable to attach the ID to this new ticket submission, I am capable of providing it if necessary. The account is associated with the email address: [redacted]

I've spent the past week working to get one of my characters revered with Argent Dawn to access the quest "The Keeper's Call" for the Scourge Invasion event. I've completed all other related quests, but to my understanding, I need to receive "A Letter from the Keeper of the Rolls" by mail to start this quest. Even after reaching Revered status within a week, I haven't received the item. Could you clarify if this is a bug and provide insight into what I may be overlooking to trigger the quest initiation?

I am experiencing issues with my physical fob authenticator not syncing with Blizzard, preventing me from accessing my account on Battle.net or Blizzard's website for assistance. I am requesting the removal of the authenticator with the serial number 22-[redacted]-1 from my account under the username fabiohorse associated with the email [redacted] The answer to the secret question is "scientist." I have also submitted a copy of my driver's license to Blizzard with certain fields blocked out. The error message I receive when trying to log in states: "We couldn't find a Blizzard account with that information." I have been unable to reach customer service by phone after several attempts. Please address this matter promptly. The account is registered under the name Pam Olsen.

Hello Support, I need assistance with an old Battlenet account that was linked to the email address [redacted] I made game purchases on the account and utilized CD keys for physical Blizzard games I still own. After not using the account for years and deleting the associated email, I realized my mistake. Is it possible to recover any purchases made on that old account? Can I transfer games or make my CD keys for the physical games usable again? Thank you for your help.

I am returning to World of Warcraft after an 11-year break. In [redacted], we logged in using a username linked to an email address. However, when I tried both, I received the message "We can't find that Blizzard Account" (WOW[redacted]4). I have two questions: 1. Was my account deleted due to inactivity? 2. Could it have been hacked? (It had an old authenticator attached, so I am unsure). I would appreciate it if someone could contact me to clarify if my account was removed or if there is a way to retrieve it.

After buying the Elite version of Shadowlands, I decided to experiment with multiple Class Trials. Unfortunately, I encountered processing issues and received numerous errors. Inadvertently, I boosted a Class Trial character that was still in the processing stage. Despite realizing the error, I proceeded to level up the character for around 30 minutes. I spent $87 last night on this game and am very disappointed to be stuck with a character because of these processing problems. I kindly request to revert the action and let me correctly select the class I intended to boost. Thank you for your attention.

Hello, I recently noticed that my Blizzard email address has been changed without my knowledge. I have received emails with pin codes indicating the change. The email address that has been linked to my account is [redacted] Although I haven't used this email for some time, I still wish to regain access to it for future gaming purposes. If that is not possible, I would like to have the account closed. I have contacted Blizzard for assistance but it seems they require additional verification steps like sending ID pictures, which I am hesitant to do. Thank you.

I purchased CD keys for Diablo II. When attempting to connect to BattleNet, I receive the message that BattleNet is not responding and to wait 5 minutes. I waited one day with no change. Could this issue be related to me trying to install Diablo II using a key I found online that was already in use? I have invested 20 euros and would appreciate your assistance in getting started. I spent $60 on this game, but it's unplayable. I've been trying to fix it for 2 days without success. The textures keep changing and disappearing, lights flicker, the FPS is low (30-[redacted]), and there's stuttering and freezing. I have an ASUS STRIX Nvidia GeForce GTX [redacted] SC, i5 7600k, 16GB DDR3 RAM. I've tried everything I can find online. It seems like there are numerous issues with this game on PC. I'd like a refund.

I purchased a game for $60, but it is unplayable. I have spent the last two days trying to fix it without success. The issues include constantly changing and disappearing textures, flickering lights, low FPS between 30-[redacted] with stuttering and screen freezes. After reflecting on the situation, I've identified the problem. It seems to stem from an error I made during the account setup by using a fake name, Jonathon Wilder, instead of my actual name, Thomas Bunting. I have email screenshots from previous attempts to address this issue. Last time, I was fortunate to access my account through my old phone but failed to remove the authenticator. I understand the resolution might not require a legal name change document from Jonathon Wilder to Thomas Bunting since the former is not my real name. Is there an alternative approach we can explore?

I've made several unsuccessful attempts to access my account and keep receiving an error message about too many login attempts. Hello, I need to regain access to my old account. The email associated with it was [redacted] Unfortunately, I can't recall the password for that email. I contacted Yahoo.com to request unlocking it, but due to the account's age, they suggested creating a new one. I would like to update my email to [redacted], which I currently use. Can the items like armor, mounts, etc., from [redacted] be transferred to [redacted]? There was also a Blizzard Authenticator linked to [redacted] with the code 14-[redacted]-3. I believe the previous address on the account was Jabee Lane in Augusta, Maine with the zip code [redacted]. Please assist with this matter.

After purchasing Modern Warfare for $59.99 for my PC, I encountered issues with the download process. Despite various attempts, the download would repeatedly halt at less than halfway, followed by a blue screen crash on my PC. I reached out to Microsoft for assistance, and they advised me to reset my files and the PC solely for this game, which I found perplexing. Even after following their suggestion, the game still wouldn't download. I verified by downloading other games successfully. After several weeks of failed attempts, I resorted to playing the game on my PS4 instead. I am optimistic about the possibility of receiving a full refund for this purchase. I recently received a ban in WoW Classic for supposedly engaging in illegal activity during a Battleground session. However, I was not provided with any further details or explanations for this action. I am frustrated by this situation and unsure of how to proceed. I am certain that I did not violate any rules as I have always followed the game's guidelines. I am having difficulty accessing my account due to the presence of an authenticator that I did not set up. Despite my efforts to remove it through support, I am unable to proceed as Blizzard's system requests the authenticator for its removal. This creates a frustrating loop as the whole purpose of my request is to deactivate the authenticator I did not authorize. I have been attempting to log in for hours with no success, as I am being prompted for something that I have no knowledge of setting up initially.

Hello Team, I recently launched World of Warcraft without owning Shadowlands and discovered that my main character was locked, prompting me to do a character boost. After purchasing the expansion with the Heroic package for the free boost, I used it on my character. However, upon restarting the game, my character remains locked. Is there anything else I can do? To whom it may concern, I spoke with a representative this summer regarding canceling my WOW subscriptions on both of my Battle.net accounts. However, after checking my bank statements recently, I discovered that the cancellation had not taken place. I have been charged $30 per month for both accounts despite not playing WOW. My emails linked to my Battle.net accounts are: [redacted] [redacted] I am requesting a full refund from my last login date, as I was informed by a representative that the subscriptions were canceled.
