I placed orders in June and July but have not received anything yet. I received messages informing me that my packages were at the warehouse but required rescheduling. The messages instructed me to provide my address and pay $0.30 for redelivery. I complied, but there was no response or contact number provided. After contacting USPS, I discovered that one package was sent to Atlanta, GA, instead of Hillsboro, TX, where I reside. The second package's tracking number was too short to identify. Order numbers [redacted] and [redacted]0 lack tracking numbers. Orders [redacted], [redacted]5, and [redacted]1 have tracking issues. My address is [redacted] E Elm Street, Hillsboro, TX, [redacted], and my phone number is [redacted]. I am missing an order of two brown recliners that I paid for. Thank you for your assistance. On or around July 10, while browsing Facebook, I came across Bed Bath & Beyond on Marketplace. The website mentioned a warehouse clearance sale with all items discounted. I selected 2 green sofa chairs but my order showed 2 grey chairs. Additionally, I bought 2 navy blue pots and pans sets and 2 blueberry casserole pans. I received a notification that the order would arrive by July 18-22, but it never came. After checking, the new estimated delivery was August 1-4, which also did not happen. My inquiries through email received slow responses, asking for my email address repeatedly. I even mentioned the possibility of fraud. The tracking number provided is AS[redacted]68CN, but there is no specific order number. The chairs were advertised at $9.98 each. I'm extremely disappointed that the store in Chula Vista, CA at Terra Nova Shopping Center has closed. The next closest store in Mission Valley is challenging to access due to traffic, parking, and distance. I relied on the Chula Vista location, as did 90% of my friends who shopped there regularly. We prefer seeing and feeling items before buying, and online shopping isn't the same. There isn't another store in our area that compares. It's hard to believe that the Chula Vista store was underperforming.
