Hello, We were expecting a mail from overseas between June 16th and 20th. Unfortunately, we missed it on June 19th as we were in Sydney. Upon returning on June 21st, we received a ticket with the wrong number on it. We visited several post offices like Eight Mile Plains, Runcorn, and Algester, but could not locate the mail. After a few days, we received another ticket and went to the Runcorn post office on June 30th around 11:15 AM. Despite showing my adult proof card and ID to the manager, he refused to give me the mail as it was addressed to my husband, who was at work. Even when I showed him our marriage certificate and joint bank statement with both our names and address, he was unyielding. As we are traveling overseas early on July 2nd, and tomorrow is Sunday, we urgently need to retrieve that important mail. I ordered a MacBook Pro from Egypt through eBay from seller Mahmoud_06290. The estimated delivery date was October 24, [redacted], but it's now November 2, [redacted], and there's no sign of the package at PO Box [redacted] in Woden ACT [redacted]. I suspect it might be stuck at Australian Customs or Australia Post due to unpaid import duties. The shipment seems to be untracked as I haven't received a shipping receipt despite requesting it from the seller. I believe it was sent via Economy International Shipping from Egypt. I'm having trouble accessing MyPost with my username and password following recent changes by Australia Post. It seems I may need to use my email address, but I couldn't log in even after attempting to reset the password. Despite notifications from eBay that the item hasn't been received and a change in the delivery time frame to November 22 to December 5, [redacted], I'm unsure if I should wait. The missing shipping receipt raises concerns about the seller's credibility. While eBay offers buyer protection, I'm keen to know if the package is being held somewhere without my knowledge.

A package containing important documents with tracking number EE[redacted]29MY was posted from Malaysia via Malaysia Post on 14/12/18. It was en route to Medical Services at the Royal Darwin Hospital, GPO Box [redacted], Casuarina, NT [redacted]. Currently, it is stuck at Geraldton in Western Australia without any progress. Unfortunately, we are unable to track it on the Australia Post website. Malaysia Post informed us that they cannot assist as Australia Post handles deliveries within Australia. We kindly request Australia Post's assistance in locating this package and expediting its delivery to the provided address.

I was supposed to receive a package at the Maddington Post Shop on the 19th of February through Parcel Collect from Amazon. My tracking device indicated that the parcel arrived at Kelmscott early in the morning, and I received a message saying it would arrive on the 19th. The tracking information suggested the package was on the truck for delivery around 10:20 am, but it was not delivered. The package is still shown as "in transit." I am concerned about whether the package is lost or misplaced. I had planned to pick it up at the Post Shop today, as I have an appointment in Maddington and rely on the bus for transportation. I am inquiring about the delivery with tracking number QY142184 to Halls Creek Post Office in Western Australia for Chelsea Parker. Star Track indicates that the package is ready for collection. After contacting Australia Post recently to confirm its location, I was informed it was at the post office. Regrettably, upon Chelsea's visit to retrieve it, she was informed it was not there. The parcel supposedly arrived on 4/6 and was supposed to be held for 2 weeks. This situation has inconvenienced Chelsea due to her limited availability to come into town. I urgently seek clarification on the parcel's whereabouts as it was specifically arranged for her from Telstra and sent to the care of Chelsea Parker at Halls Creek Post Office. Thank you, Sharon

I am experiencing a significant issue with the Denmark Post Office in Western Australia. My name is Charlene Rita Lachman. I acquired PO Box #[redacted] in [redacted] without any problems for 27 years. However, in [redacted], I received a call from the Denmark Shire notifying me that my rates were being returned because my PO Box #[redacted] had been closed by the post office without any prior notice. Despite complaining to Australia Post, it took them instructing the Denmark post office to open a new PO Box for me to resolve the situation. Unfortunately, my mail from #[redacted] was not forwarded to the new box [redacted]. Just recently, I was contacted by the new owner of #[redacted] who had been receiving my mail for years and returning it to the Denmark post office. I never received any notification or information from the post office during the two years I spent in Denmark. This treatment is unfair, and I am seeking to file a formal complaint. That's my story.

Today, my parcel was not delivered by Australia Post despite their claim that it was left at my house. The issue lies in the fact that they addressed it to 65 Boldon Close, Charlestown, New South Wales, when it should have been Unit 6, 5A Boldon Close, Charlestown. Since there is no 65 Boldon Close, I am frustrated not knowing where the parcel has been delivered. I have searched around my neighborhood to find it at the front of other houses. I hope that Australia Post will return it to the Charlestown post office tomorrow. They were also using my previous name, Jenni Sullivan, instead of my current name, which I have had for over four years. I received a notification that my overnight express parcel arrived at the St Leonards mail centre at 5 pm yesterday and was supposed to be delivered by 6 pm. However, it has not been delivered as of today, the 4th of December. I am unable to find any contact numbers to follow up on this issue. The tracking information on MyPost.com indicates that the parcel is still out for delivery, but then it shows a delay. I would appreciate any clarification on the status of my parcel. My order was shipped on Wednesday the 18th using express post, but it hasn't arrived yet. The delivery date was supposed to be today, and now it's showing Monday. I also ordered from the same company, shipped yesterday, and received it today via regular shipping, not express. Here is my tracking number: [redacted][redacted]92. I am concerned about the delay and need the package urgently. I'm even willing to come to the facility to collect it if necessary!

My package was missing for a week, and I suspect it may have been damaged, both externally and internally. Since USPS has no record of this, how can I prove it happened, other than with photos from the recipient? Would photos be sufficient for compensation? Should I treat this as a valid complaint from the recipient? I would appreciate guidance on whether I should pursue a claim for external damage that was not documented by USPS upon delivery. My wife sent an express post to NSW last Wednesday, but it has not been delivered. When she went to the local LPO, they were unable to determine the parcel's location. This was urgent as it needed to reach a laboratory for a time-sensitive test. We are disappointed that we cannot track the parcel. I have not received my Startrack satchels on the 27th of November [redacted], 10th of December [redacted], and today. The contractors did not attempt delivery nor left a card for collection at the local Post Office. The parcels are from account PWBeck with the last CONNOTE being 3SX[redacted]4. Each parcel costs $17.00 including GST, and I expect to be reimbursed for the three undelivered parcels. In the future, I request that the contractors ring my doorbell for delivery and provide notifications for collection when I am not available to receive the parcels.

I have been waiting for my package for four months, but I am unable to get any support online. It's frustrating as I am overseas with no means to call due to no credit or money. It's a daily struggle, and despite my efforts to contact through Facebook multiple times, there has been no response. I hope the company improves its service as this experience has been extremely disappointing.

I sent a letter via express post from Eastland post office to Capel Sound Vic on April 8th, but it's not yet delivered. I revisited the post office and they initiated an inquiry, mentioning it might take 48 hours. The letter includes vital paperwork to access a RAD deposit for my late mother's estate. My sibling is battling stomach cancer, and I urgently need to settle the estate to support him financially. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I am looking for an update on my parcel delivery as the tracking number 33UTY[redacted][redacted]1. The delivery is significantly overdue from the estimated date, with no updates on the tracking system since May 9, [redacted]. Despite sending complaints, I did not receive any response until I finally managed to speak to a representative. The agent mentioned that the parcel should have already arrived, and they promised to "monitor" the situation. Subsequently, I received an SMS directing me to a website for a response regarding the delivery status. After answering negatively, I was informed that the problem has been escalated, and I should expect contact from an agent within the next 24 to 48 hours. I am cautiously optimistic about this progress and look forward to resolving the issue.

I was expecting a delivery, but unfortunately, no attempt was made to deliver it. On Saturday, the 16th around 3:45 pm, a family member arriving at my house witnessed the courier leaving a collection slip instead of trying to deliver the parcel. I was home the entire afternoon in the room near the front door, and despite two cars parked in the front yard, I didn't hear any knocking or doorbell ringing. I kindly request the parcel to be delivered directly to my address.

Subject: Urgent Parcel Delivery Concern I am writing regarding Tracking No. LK[redacted]16AU. On April 20th, I sent this parcel at a cost of $36.90. On May 23rd, I received a notification that it had just arrived in the US after going through customs. This delay is incredibly disappointing, especially since it was a birthday present for my daughter (May 10th) and the sentiment has been greatly affected. While I understand delays can happen due to customs, the estimated delivery time of a week to 10 days was far from met. I am requesting a refund for the postage I paid due to this inconvenience. Yesterday, I sent a parcel to a Debbie Woods in Queensland but mistakenly put Victoria on the envelope instead of QLD. The tracking number for the parcel is 03 07[redacted]7 20[redacted]4. I tried calling the customer service number [redacted] at 6 am WST (8 am AEST) but the line was closed each time I called. Frustrated, I asked Debbie Woods to contact them on my behalf. I am distressed about the error and want to rectify it. Can you please ensure the parcel is redirected to Queensland instead of Victoria? Thank you.

I am anticipating a delivery tracked under LP[redacted]69GB from a UK company sent on 23/06/[redacted], received at a UK airport on 24/06/[redacted] for delivery to Australia, but the tracking information stopped there.
