I am seeking to modify or cancel my flight, but I am unable to do so. Despite attempting to contact customer service over 10 times, I continue to receive a message stating that the call volume is too high, leading to disconnection. The website requires a password for reservation changes, but I am not registered and do not intend to create an account after this frustrating experience. I simply want to reschedule my flight, as the policy indicates it can be done with a fee, but I am currently unable to access this feature on the site.

I encountered an issue while trying to make a reservation. After getting disconnected, the seats I initially selected were still locked to the old reservation. Contacting the customer service phone number has been challenging from Mexico, where I reside part-time. I managed to get through once, but the representative couldn't hear me. I would like to request a seat change for the following flights: - Flight 9[redacted] from Singapore to Seoul: currently assigned seat 4C; I would like to switch to seat 3C to sit with my partner. - Flight 6BL8SE from Seoul to LAX: currently assigned seat 22A; I would prefer seat 16A. Name: LeeRay Anderson Email: [redacted]

I need to change the returning flight for 2 passengers, Janjira & Rangson Tulachiwin, from ICN to BKK from June 12th to June 8th. They are VIPs, and I must ensure a smooth transition for them. Currently, their tickets require them to stay in Korea for 2 nights and then fly to BKK on June 12th. I seek to change this arrangement so they can go directly to BKK on June 8th. The transit time should align well, as they land in Korea at 4pm and take off at 7pm. Each passenger has a different confirmation number, Rangson's is 6QWOFA, and Janjira's is 65ZGBE. I recommend checking the trip details on flyasiana.com before making any changes. If there are additional fees, kindly inform me for approval. Thank you for your assistance.

Two employees, P. M. and M. H., from Ohio Steel encountered flight disruptions while traveling from Columbus, Ohio to Qingdao, China on May 1st with Spirit Airlines. Due to the cancellation of their initial Spirit flight from Columbus to Los Angeles, they missed their connecting Asiana Airlines flights (OZ [redacted] and OZ [redacted]) to Qingdao via Seoul. Consequently, they had to buy new Asiana Airlines tickets from San Francisco to Seoul on May 1st and from Seoul to Qingdao on May 3rd. Despite purchasing these new tickets, they did not receive a refund for the missed Asiana flights. I kindly request credits for the unused flights, which I intend to use for our upcoming August trip following the same route. It's worth noting that Spirit Airlines did provide refunds for their cancelled flight.

Hello, I am writing on behalf of "Behrooz Hashemi." He mentioned that his wife made a booking for him with Asiana Airlines through Trip.com for a flight to Seoul, South Korea on July 11, [redacted]. He is having trouble locating this booking on the Asiana Airlines website as the system indicates that the ticket confirmation cannot be found. Behrooz is kindly requesting assistance in obtaining his ticket number. Thank you for your help. Best regards, Behrooz Hashemi

I am trying to include my Mileage Plus number in my account to ensure I receive credit for my miles. Over the past month, every time I have contacted Asiana, I have received a message stating that they are unable to answer the phone due to high call volume. This lack of customer service assistance is frustrating. As I am unable to check or alter my seat assignment online, and there is no option on their website to add my frequent flyer number, I am left with no choice but to address these issues during my upcoming stopover at the airport.

Hello, I am contacting you to address the issue I am experiencing with a ticket that has yet to be issued. I bought a ticket for a flight from Almaty to Phnom Penh on July 31st with a return on September 11th. Despite the money being deducted from my bank account, the ticket has not been issued. The purchase does not show up on my Asiana account history, and attempts to reach out to the Phnom Penh and Almaty branches have been unfruitful. The lack of responsiveness from both branches has left me in a difficult situation. The funds are still held in my account, preventing me from buying a new ticket. The refund process takes 7 to 14 working days, but with each passing day, ticket prices increase, adding to my financial burden. I am hopeful for a prompt resolution from the main office to address this matter efficiently. Thank you.

My wife and I have a flight booked from Tokyo Narita Airport to London Heathrow via Seoul Incheon on Wednesday, July 26, [redacted]. Today, when we tried to check in online, we were only able to check in for the first flight from Tokyo to Seoul. For the second flight from Seoul to London, we were told there are no available seats, and we are on a standby list. The message indicated that we need to visit the transfer desk upon our arrival in Seoul. This situation is concerning because our transfer time is tight at only 45 minutes due to Asiana Airlines canceling our original Tokyo to Seoul flight. Could someone please advise us on what steps we should take and confirm if we indeed have seats on the 12:15 flight from Incheon to Heathrow?

Hello, I am in the process of booking a flight from Vancouver to Delhi. The itinerary shows a layover in Seoul Incheon International Airport for 21 hours and 20 minutes on January 23, and another layover for 8 hours and 40 minutes on March 12. Can you please confirm if free accommodations are provided during these layovers? I would appreciate a prompt response. Thank you.

Hello, my name is Christy L. I have a plane ticket to the Philippines. The issue I'm facing is with the return date to the USA. I requested to return on Dec. 22 or Dec. 21 if possible due to my work schedule. Although I originally specified Dec. 22 to the agent, I'm now hoping to change it to Dec. 21. The departure date is set for Dec. 8, [redacted]. Can you please assist me in resolving this issue promptly? Thank you for your help.

Hello, I have a question about my one-way ticket. I booked a trip through Booking.com from Astana, Kazakhstan to Manila with a layover in Seoul. The flight from Seoul to Manila is on Asiana Airlines and I have one free 23kg baggage allowance. I want to bring an additional 23kg bag and I'm prepared to pay for it. Could you please tell me the cost for the extra baggage? Is it calculated per kilogram or per bag?
