I relocated to Wisconsin in March of last year. I refinanced my [redacted] Toyota Tacoma with VIN: 3TMDZ5BN6KM065500 in August, moving my loan from Toyota Financial to CoVantage Credit Union in Antigo, Wisconsin. According to Toyota Financial, they returned the vehicle title to Arizona where I originally bought the car. It is now December 29, [redacted], and CoVantage Credit Union has not yet received the title, which they require as the new lien holder. How can we resolve this issue?

I am experiencing an issue with the MVD regarding an abandoned vehicle on my property. Despite attempting to contact the owner with no success, I filed for an abandoned title after three years. The MVD informed me they sent a letter on December 30th, but I never received it. Needing to move the car, I found a key, put in a battery, and relocated it. Unfortunately, this action seems to have made me ineligible for an abandoned title. Despite researching all applicable laws, I am frustrated as the MVD cannot provide further assistance or allow a bonded title. I am at a loss for what steps to take next. Any suggestions or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

I've been attempting to reach the numbers [redacted] and [redacted] for the past few weeks. Today, I spent 48 minutes on hold with [redacted], only to get disconnected when a representative finally picked up. The first two numbers direct me to make an appointment online and then promptly disconnect. I understand there may be limited staff due to the current situation, but it's frustrating not being able to speak with someone directly. Some matters require speaking with a person, not just going online. My concern is regarding a renewal registration for record# [redacted]7, Plate # TP2121 for a [redacted] SHAST sent on June 4, [redacted]. We haven't received the renewal and tag, causing concern as it's now expired. Could you please investigate if there's a backlog or if it's lost in transit? If not received, we'll need to cancel the check. Thank you. Nancy & Joe Owens, [redacted] E Rambling Trail, Tucson, AZ [redacted].

I recently applied for an AZ state ID at the MVD almost three weeks ago. I was advised to contact them if I didn't receive it by yesterday. I urgently need this ID to claim my unemployment benefits and start getting paid. It has been three weeks without income due to the missing ID. I kindly request that the MVD expedite sending me a replacement ID. My details are: Mindy Sell, DOB: 7.26.84, last 4 of SSN: [redacted]. Please contact me at [redacted] or [redacted] Your assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you, Mindy.

I recently attempted to renew my car registration online. I was instructed to get an emissions test, which I have completed successfully on 2-15-21. I have the Vehicle Inspection Report ready. Upon trying to renew my registration online on the same date, I encountered a website crash at the payment stage after entering my bank details. Subsequently, I noticed that $[redacted].95 was pending in my bank account. After contacting my bank, they mentioned that the pending amount is awaiting AZ MVD's action since 2-15-21. I am currently facing a dilemma as I do not want to make a duplicate payment. Despite checking the website, it still indicates that I have not made the payment. My Vehicle ID is 3CZRM3H51GG701398 ([redacted] Honda CRV). My license plates are expiring on 2-28-21, and I need assistance in resolving this issue to obtain my tags. Any guidance provided would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Carolyn M. Phone: [redacted]

After my back surgery, my son took me to his doctor in Oregon for a check-up three weeks later. The doctor noted that I was not able to answer questions properly due to medication, and he submitted an isolation code 28-[redacted] to the ADOT Motor Vehicle Division, resulting in a suspension of my driving privileges. The suspension requires payment of a fee, but the amount is unknown to me. To comply, I can access my account through MVD.gov, navigate to Compliance Management, or submit proof/payment by mail or at any MVD office. The violation code is 28-[redacted], and it is specified that driving on public roads is illegal while privileges are suspended. If only commercial driving privileges are affected, I can still drive a regular passenger vehicle under 26,[redacted] pounds.

It has been about six weeks since my last visit to the DMV for an Arizona state ID. I paid for it and was told it would be mailed to me within 2 to 4 weeks. Two weeks passed, so I called and made arrangements to visit the local office. However, I have yet to receive my ID. I suspect someone may have taken it from my mailbox or before it even reached me, as I have been experiencing issues with my mail. I did not redirect my mail, and I have been waiting patiently since then. Now, six weeks later, I still have not received my Arizona state ID. It seems someone even changed my address without my knowledge. I plan to visit the DMV office one last time and hope that everything goes smoothly. Ideally, if my ID is waiting for me at the office, that would be the best outcome.
