My grandson is experiencing unauthorized charges from apple.com on his bank statement, which he believes are made by his mother or sister for iTunes purchases. Despite not having an Apple account and currently not even having a working phone, these charges persist. After unauthorized charges were made previously by his mother, causing him to open a new account, only the Apple charges continue. The individual using his account is identified as Kira L. Roush with phone number [redacted]. Any assistance on how to halt these charges would be greatly appreciated. -Janice Williams for Errol Powell

I'm trying to figure out how to access my new phone because I forgot the code. I was at the Apple Store for 2 hours and they advised me to contact support. I couldn't secure a time slot until 6:15 p.m. The support person instructed me to go home and call them, but I'm unable to access my phone to make calls or send texts. Yesterday, I managed to answer calls when the phone rang, but today I haven't received any calls. To read and send emails, I'm using my old phone connected to Wi-Fi.

Hi, I recently bought an iPad Pro 11 inch, and unfortunately, the display got damaged even though I always kept it in my bag. I am unsure of how it happened or what caused it. I have Apple Care+ for accidental damage, and I would like to know the next steps for getting the screen replaced. Could you please guide me on whether I should visit an Apple store for the replacement or send the device through courier? If it's the latter, I would appreciate receiving the necessary details.

I have an older iPod that I've had since at least [redacted]. I've used it during deployments abroad and have a vast music collection on it. Recently, I purchased a car that allows me to connect the iPod, which is fantastic as it contains so much of my favorite music. However, the Apple ID associated with it is showing the iPod as restricted. I haven't used that Apple ID in years. Currently, I use the Apple ID [redacted] on my iPhone. The webpages on the iPod keep shutting down, and I can't find a solution. Is there any way to link my iPod, for which I no longer have a proper charger (as I charge it on an old iHome used as an alarm clock), to my current Apple ID ([redacted])? This way, I can continue purchasing songs from the store without any hassle. I enjoy oldies, but even the classics get repetitive after a while. Your assistance is greatly appreciated. Best regards, Daniel B.

I was given an iPhone from a family member who purchased it at a store with cash. I encountered a problem with the camera and sent it to Apple for repair while it was still under warranty. However, Apple claims to have received an empty damaged box, suggesting potential theft of the phone. Now they are requesting a receipt from an authorized seller, which my relative no longer has due to the time that has passed since the purchase. I am seeking guidance on how to address this situation and hope that Apple will acknowledge the issue and resolve it promptly.

I just received a call from 1-[redacted] claiming that there was unauthorized access to my Apple account. Can someone confirm if this number is connected to Apple? I'm unsure if this call is legitimate from Apple Customer Support or a scam. My name is Wanda M. and you can reach me at [redacted] or [redacted]

My iPhone X's back is shattered, and the glass is cutting my hand. I bought AppleCare for $99 when I purchased it, and my carrier is T-Mobile. I had a dispute with T-Mobile over charging me for a replacement phone, claiming I didn't have insurance, which I do. After 15 years as their customer, I switched to pay as you go with Verizon but still pay $99 for AppleCare through T-Mobile unwillingly. I refuse to communicate with T-Mobile and have a legal case open regarding their actions. I want to use Apple's services despite my issues with T-Mobile, as I've paid for AppleCare already. The phone's condition is making it difficult to hold, and I hope to resolve this directly through Apple.

We just updated our MacBook Pro to Catalina. I am incredibly frustrated that our 32-bit programs are no longer supported. As a couple in our 70s, we did not want to deal with this unnecessary issue of having to upgrade or purchase a Virtual program to run our necessary applications. This update has caused a lot of inconvenience for us.

A few days ago, I had a phone conversation with someone regarding a specific Apple product feature allowing two individuals to share a line and view each other's texts. After providing my email address, I was assured the information would be sent to me. Unfortunately, I have not received the email and initially believed it might have been sent via mail. Could there have been an error in entering my email address? I am eager to understand how this program functions. If online delivery is not possible, would it be feasible to have it mailed to me instead? E. Stanford [redacted] Northampton Drive Bartlett, TN [redacted] It's probable there was an issue with the email entry, or perhaps it wasn't sent at all. Any assistance provided would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I received a strange notification from Apple's website regarding a confirmation to close my account, which I did not request. The receipt was added to my Apple Statement dated December 15, [redacted] - [redacted]6. The notification mentioned that my account would be closed unless I canceled the confirmation. I did not respond to the messages and decided to report it here. I will be deleting the email soon. Thank you, Patrice Gabriel PS: This notification was sent to my email address.

On December 9th, $10.77 was debited from my bank account via autopay. I just noticed that another $8.62 autopayment is pending today, December 15th. With only $2.49 in my account, this payment will fail and could lead to bank charges. I am unaware of the reasons for these charges. I do not wish for these transactions to continue without my understanding. Kindly provide details on these charges and assist me in halting any future autopayments, unless their validity can be confirmed. To prevent future surprises, I may decide to cancel the autopay.

Hello! Since December 6th, my Apple credit card has been "under review." I am currently preparing for Christmas, and it is crucial for me to have access to this card. There is a new promotion offering a 6% discount on Apple products when using this card, and I am unable to take advantage of it if the card remains under review. Despite contacting support through the Wallet app multiple times, I have been informed that the review process will not take long, yet it seems to be taking longer than expected. I appreciate any assistance you can provide. Thank you for your help.

I recently received a notification that my Apple ID was used to buy the game "MARVEL Contest of Champions" for $49. The purchase was made on a device not linked to my Apple ID. The details mentioned I had 24 hours from the purchase time to cancel if it wasn't mine. I've been hospitalized since December 8, and I still don't have access to my iPad. I want to clarify that neither I nor my 88-year-old husband made this purchase. We are the only occupants in our home, so it was not from someone else here. I request not to be billed for this transaction. Thank you, Sheila L.

I am encountering issues with my Apple iPhone as I am unable to access my Apple ID. Whenever I search for my name, it appears to be altered and incomplete. I suspect that someone is tampering with my phone, resulting in restricted access to my data and a loss of funds. Various accounts, including Apple, Google, Outlook, and Yahoo, seem to have been compromised. Despite multiple attempts, I have not received assistance from any authorities or local police. Feeling alone in this situation, I am reaching out for guidance as I urgently need to resolve this matter to reclaim my life, which has been severely impacted by this security breach. The gravity of the situation is highlighted by false accusations that have led to unthinkable consequences. Your prompt support in rectifying this issue is greatly appreciated.

Hello, I recently purchased a MacBook Pro and set up my Apple ID. Unfortunately, I'm encountering issues signing into iTunes and the App Store. Both platforms prompt me to review my account as it has not been used with any product before. However, when I attempt to review it, the page just continues to load indefinitely. Additionally, the App Store fails to load at all. I've been dealing with this problem for several days now. I've tried restarting my laptop and searching on Google for solutions, but I haven't found a resolution yet.

I own an iPhone 7 plus, and I've been having trouble with my microphones. They don't seem to work, which means I can't make phone calls, use Siri, or take videos with sound. About a week ago, my iMessage suddenly stopped working, displaying 'Waiting For Activation...' and now I can't receive messages. I've attempted to fix the issue by restarting my phone, resetting network and settings, but nothing seems to resolve it. On the same day, my notifications for everything except text messages also stopped working. Any assistance would be appreciated.

I have a minor issue with my Apple account on my iPhone. I am having trouble retrieving my iCloud ID because I forgot my password. I attempted to reset it using my phone number, but after a day of waiting, it now states that I have to wait four days to reset my password. Due to the urgency of the situation, please assist me in recovering my account promptly. This account is essential for accessing all iTunes and iCloud services. Your quick help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I own an Apple iPad Air and an Apple iPhone 7 Plus. I pay for iCloud storage for all my devices. Recently, my iPad has been quickly losing battery power. I attempted to solve this issue by deleting photos from just the iPad. Despite spending over an hour deleting pictures and even clearing the recently deleted folder, my photos have disappeared from both the iPad and iCloud storage. I had previously transferred some images to my PC but now I'm struggling to move them back to my phone. Research suggested iCloud Photos, which I assumed was included in my iCloud storage, but I only found offers for additional software. I'm not interested in purchasing more software. Can someone offer some assistance with this issue, please?

Recently, my iPhone 6s started malfunctioning, and I visited a local iPhone specialist who suggested restoring it to factory settings. I backed up my data using iTunes on the specialist's computer and signed out of my Apple ID before the reset. Unfortunately, when restoring the backup, I mistakenly selected the wrong one from the computer. Now my iPhone is displaying someone else's Apple ID, and neither of us knows the password for it. The specialist apologized, but that doesn't fix the issue. I need the unfamiliar Apple ID removed from my iPhone so I can regain access to my device.

My iPhone 6s was experiencing issues, so I sought assistance from a local iPhone specialist who recommended restoring it to factory settings. Following their advice, I backed up my device using iTunes on a public computer and logged out of my Apple ID before resetting it. After the reset, my iPhone was functioning normally. However, when attempting to restore my backup, I mistakenly selected the wrong backup from the specialist's computer. As a result, my phone now displays another person's Apple ID for which I do not have the password, and they do not have mine. Despite an apology from the specialist, the issue remains unresolved.
