I want to report an individual misusing your app for dishonest activities. This person pretends to have provided services by faking their location and using multiple emails, with the primary one being [redacted] They manipulate transactions by disputing charges to avoid paying. Their tactics include ordering products, then claiming they never received them to seek refunds. This individual is deceiving multiple companies and needs to be stopped.

Yesterday, I submitted an online form on Angie's List to book a plumber for tomorrow between 8:00 and 11:00. Universal took my credit card information for a $[redacted] payment. However, I haven't received any confirmation or information since this morning. Another plumbing company called me, stating they do not collect credit card information and payment occurs after the service. My bank confirmed the $[redacted] charge from Angie's List. I am confused about who the assigned plumber is and when they will arrive. I was under the impression payment would only be required upon completion of the job, but now I am unsure.

I recently had Mahdi M. from Angi install a new TV at my home. When I requested for him to take down the old TV from the same room, he initially agreed but later insisted on having a new request placed on Angi. So, I ordered a new mount online and scheduled another appointment for installation. When Mahdi arrived for the second installation today, he arrived slightly late. However, he refused to remove the old TV without additional payment through the app. Despite his earlier agreement, he was rude and insisted on extra payment. I had the new mount ready for installation, but he left without completing the job. I am disappointed with the service and would like to contact customer support without paying for this unsatisfactory service.
