Good morning, I am writing regarding my recent order #[redacted]-[redacted]. Today, I received the keyboard, but it appears to be a different model than what I had ordered (HB066) since it is not the branded Arteck keyboard. The keyboard I received is solely Bluetooth, but I specifically chose the HB066 model for its ability to work with both Bluetooth and USB connections. Additionally, the keyboard I received has a touchpad that I do not require, as it affects the size of the keys. I would appreciate receiving the correct replacement item.

I need a refund for an order but my account is closed. Unfortunately, I can't find the order number right now. I can only provide my account number: [redacted] Account Name: Z.Y. I recently received a scam call claiming there was a fraudulent iPhone order on my Amazon account. After spending over 2 hours on the phone, I contacted my bank to block my card. Now, I need to create a new Amazon account, but I'm unsure how to do it. Any guidance on setting up a new Amazon account would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. - Pat T.

Hello, I have been experiencing issues logging into my Amazon shopping account on my laptop. Every time I enter my password, I receive a message stating "there is a problem, password not recognized." I then follow the forgot password procedure, receive a code on my phone, enter the code and a new password, and gain access. However, upon logging out and attempting to log back in, the problem persists regardless of how simple the password is – I even write it down to double-check its accuracy. Could there be a problem with the logon system or has my account been hacked? Thank you. - Malcolm

Amazon Logistics reportedly delivered a package to my address on May 21st, but I was not home and received no notification. I have checked with my neighbors, and none of them has seen the parcel. The tracking number is A[redacted]3, and my address is 14A Lainshaw Street, Stewarton, KA3 5BU, under the name of Mrs. Morag Crichton. Today, I spoke with a driver who mentioned there is no regular driver for this route, and the delivery could be anywhere. This is unacceptable. I will continue to follow up on this until resolved. Unfortunately, I am having trouble reaching customer service as the call is dropped as soon as it connects.

I tried to return an item I purchased from the high street TV, but my printer stopped working while I was printing the return label. As a result, I couldn't get the label printed. I received two items because Amazon mistakenly declined my original purchase due to a payment card issue, even though the payment had gone through. I re-ordered the item thinking the first purchase didn't go through, leading to two items being shipped to me instead of one. I believe this mistake was on Amazon's end.

Yesterday, I made a purchase on Amazonse for an item intended as a gift for my grandson who lives in the area. However, I noticed afterwards that the shipping fee was unreasonably high. I tried to cancel the order immediately, but it was already in transit. The toy itself cost [redacted] kronor, while the shipping fee was a staggering [redacted] kronor. I placed an order for 2 Cairo model recliner chairs and made payment for both. However, only one chair has been delivered. I have received notifications indicating that I returned one chair and would be refunded, but I did not initiate any returns and still require the second chair. The communication I have received has been contradictory, and I am finding it challenging to reach your company for assistance with this matter. I am hopeful for a prompt resolution to address this issue.

I received the product in a transparent zippered bag, but unfortunately, half of the contents were missing. I returned the item to the driver. Despite Amazon indicating that I was refunded for the product ordered on May 5th, I have yet to receive the refund. This supplier has been consistently disappointing, and it seems like I have been scammed once more. I value my hard-earned money and expect to receive the full product as advertised. I insist on a refund of £79 as I had to purchase and return the item twice now.

My account was hacked recently. It all began with my Alexa account resetting all devices. Shortly after, I received a notification about an order for three stove covers costing £[redacted].00. When the covers arrived the next day, I informed customer service who promptly blocked my account. I was advised to contact the account change department, which I did. They mentioned the issue needed to be escalated to the two-stage verification department, but after 24 hours, I have yet to receive an email. I would appreciate it if my account could be unblocked, the unauthorized items returned, and a refund processed promptly.

I found the Mountfield 34cm mower I purchased too heavy to use, so I attempted to return it through the website. Unfortunately, I faced challenges communicating with customer service until I spoke with a helpful representative on 16/06/[redacted]. She arranged for the collection of the mower by DPD the next day at 10:40 a.m. I was given assurance that I would receive an email confirmation once the item was received and that my refund should be processed within 5 to 7 days. However, it has been some time since then, and I am yet to receive any update. I am eager for a resolution and hope to receive the email promptly.

I purchased a 9ct rose gold bracelet on June 17 with Guaranteed One-Day Delivery through Amazon Prime. My order number is [redacted]-[redacted]. Upon receiving the package on June 18, the outer box was undamaged, but the inner box was empty. The bracelet cost £[redacted].49, and I am very upset that it was missing. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to reach a customer service representative to address this issue. The automated assistance hasn't been helpful, leading me to seek further assistance. I would like a refund for the missing bracelet and do not wish to reorder it due to this disappointing experience.

On 6/21/[redacted], I was expecting a delivery between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM, but it didn't arrive as scheduled. Around 8:00 PM, I checked my Amazon orders and saw it was marked as delivered. However, I found my package unattended downstairs in my building, creating a security concern. The delivery driver didn't attempt to contact me, and I feel frustrated about this situation. Despite understanding the driver's busy schedule, the lack of communication is disappointing and reflects poorly on Amazon. I ordered a mobile phone from Amazon, but the delivery came in an undamaged box. Sadly, the phone was missing, and instead, I received a USB cable for which I was charged £[redacted].00. Customer service advised me to file a crime report. When I contacted the police, they stated Amazon needs to investigate first. Despite informing Amazon of this, they have not refunded me. They keep repeating that I need to complete the crime report for a refund. I shared a photo of the tampered inner package to show the missing phone, but Amazon has not provided evidence of the phone being in the package they delivered.

My Amazon account was recently compromised, and someone made unauthorized purchases totaling hundreds of pounds. The items, including 3 watches, a rucksack, and a frying pan, were sent to an address in Miami. I tried reaching out to Amazon for assistance, but couldn't speak to anyone over the phone or send screenshots of the transactions. Fortunately, my bank helped resolve the financial issue. Amazon seemed more focused on confirming unrelated purchases of chalk for my Grandchildren, rather than addressing the fraudulent activity on my account.

I bought a hair dye that mentioned the packaging might be damaged but assured the product inside would be fine. However, I got Wella 3.00 Dark Brown instead of Polly Colour 39, a completely different color and brand. Due to my disability, my child helps me apply it, but after 40 minutes, the color doesn't match. My roots and ends are now different shades. I am very disappointed that the company sent the incorrect color and brand. - Julie D.

I ordered two silicone items for next day delivery by 1pm. However, only one arrived around 5pm, and I am still waiting for the other one. I called on Thursday to complain, and customer services mentioned they would investigate and call me back on Friday, but I am still waiting for both the phone call and the missing silicone. I urgently need it to complete a job. I noticed that I could have bought it cheaper with free 3-day postage on eBay and received both items before the second one from your company arrives.
