I placed an order for a Samsung A53 phone and an Echo Dot on December 8th, [redacted]. Amazon notified me that my payment was pending, despite being charged. I attempted to reorder on Saturday, receiving another unsuccessful payment message but later got confirmation of delivery on Monday. Surprisingly, I received duplicate deliveries of both items. I want to return one set, but when checking my order history, there is no record of any orders made in the last three months.

I received someone else's order instead of mine, causing distress as Christmas approaches. Several orders made in November have not shown up, and I can't track them on Amazon. However, I have email confirmations and bank statements showing the payments.

I recently received an email stating that my Amazon and Prime memberships were canceled, which I did not initiate. The cancellation was for a free trial membership with Amazon.nl, not my longstanding Amazon.co.uk Prime membership. I had started the trial to purchase gifts for my nephew in Amsterdam. Is there a way to reactivate my Amazon.co.uk membership, which we renewed recently and was supposed to be active until next September? My family has been loyal Amazon Prime members for years, and it feels unjust that our membership was abruptly terminated.

I have recently noticed charges for Amazon Prime on my account. I rarely use Amazon, except for occasional book purchases, and do not need the fast delivery that Prime offers. I experienced a similar situation a few years ago, and Amazon canceled Prime, providing a refund. I am 83 years old and unsure how this has occurred again. I was informed that my package was supposedly delivered to a resident, but I have not received it. According to the calling card, it was left at my easily visible side gate, which makes me suspect that it might have been taken. The missing items are a Puma tracksuit, Adidas tracksuit bottoms, and a Pokemon set which were intended as a Christmas gift for my son. I am disappointed and seeking guidance on the next steps to take. Subject: Potential Scam Call From Fake Amazon Representative Hello, I wanted to report a suspicious phone call I received at around 9 am on December 19th, [redacted]. The call was automated and informed me of a £[redacted] payment pending from my account; the caller claimed to be from Amazon. The call originated from the number 01[redacted]06. I am convinced that this call was a hoax or a scam because my landline number, which they called, is not associated with my Amazon account. Upon checking official Amazon contact numbers, I can confirm that the number displayed is not one of theirs. I suggest documenting this incident and notifying the authorities. I have been trying to contact someone by phone for an hour now, and I just noticed that £8.99 was taken from my bank account by Amazon today. I rarely use Amazon and did not authorize this transaction. I have informed my bank, and they will monitor my account to prevent any further unauthorized charges from Amazon. I am requesting a refund for this charge as soon as possible and suspect it may have been going on for more than just this month. Thank you, Paul Crompton. I will also verify with my bank the duration of these unauthorized payments.

In early December, I placed an order with Amazon Warehouse for a laptop from the returned or box damaged department. I was told the amount would be £33.52, and this was debited from my account around the 6th or 8th of December [redacted]. However, I have not yet received the laptop. I have searched all possible locations it could have been delivered to and checked with my neighbors, but it's not anywhere. Can someone please investigate this issue? I still need the laptop.

Four items were marked as delivered yesterday and handed to a resident. One parcel was received by my granddaughter with two items inside, but she was informed that one of the items, a blow-up bed, was damaged and left in the van. This damaged parcel is scheduled for redelivery today. The missing package contains hair claws priced at £4.99, anti-bacterial floor wipes at £6.68, Clearasil lotion at £4.00, and make-up brush cleaner at £3.19. I'm concerned if this missing package was mistakenly left on the van. Please inform me promptly about the status of the missing parcel.

I'm facing difficulty accessing my Amazon account as they are sending me a verification code via text, which I cannot use as I don't have a smartphone. I've been struggling to resolve an issue with my Amazon account. Every time I try to order the two items, I get an error saying payment failed, even after speaking with support and updating my payment details. I am still waiting for a manual that was supposed to arrive today. Please help.

I purchased a Kooc kettle in May 22, and by Oct 22, it stopped working. I explained the issue to Amazon chat, and they approved the return. Following their recommendation, I bought a Umi kettle and returned the Kooc as requested with all the necessary paperwork, including the Evria receipt. Although I returned the Kooc in the Umi box, the paperwork clearly stated it was the Kooc. About a month ago, I received an email asking for the Kooc's return, but you already have it. The return and refund were confirmed in my account; however, today my bank informed me that £29.99 was deducted erroneously. Please address this situation promptly and refund the money taken incorrectly. Rest assured, I am still enjoying my excellent Umi kettle.

I recently received my Ninja Foodi Air Fryer order #[redacted]-[redacted] which was delivered in two separate packages by a driver named David around December 18th. He rudely asked for a passcode upon delivery, which I was not aware of and refused to accept without it. In frustration, he dropped the package down a flight of 17 stairs and left. I contacted Amazon, and they assured me a replacement would be sent the next day. The second driver delivered the package, but unfortunately, the air fryer is not working. I called Amazon multiple times to report this issue but had trouble due to the poor phone connection. I am requesting a return label and a refund for the faulty item.

Despite a replacement being given as a belated birthday gift on December 14, [redacted], I am now aware of additional charges for keeping the original item due to the returns policy. I request to retain the original purchase at the promotional price. The item arrived damaged, likely during transit, with visible harm to the outer packaging and slight damage to the item's box. Despite being home, I found the package on my doorstep after dark, and the delivery photo provided by the carrier on my phone was of a different item at a different location. Sincerely, Graham.

I paid £[redacted].98 for a clothes airer from Aurora Lighting UK plus postage from China. However, the product had a Chinese plug, no manual, and was flimsy and substandard, not as described. After complaining, I was told to return it, paying £9.35 for postage, totaling £[redacted].33 spent. My bank statement shows a refund of only £99.99. This falls short of the required full refund for faulty products under distance selling regulations. When trying to return it, I noticed the address label was from abroad, causing extra hassle to return it to Aurora Lighting UK locally. Considering taking this issue to the relevant authorities.

I purchased a clothes airer from Aurora Lighting UK for £[redacted].99, listed at £99.99. The product arrived from China with a Chinese plug, no manual, and only a piece of paper in Chinese. It was flimsy and not of the expected quality. Aurora Lighting UK did not provide a free return label for a full refund, as expected under UK legislation, but instead required me to pay for the international return label. After returning the item to 2 Hatton Cross Centre TW6 2GE at a cost of £9.35, only the item price of £99.99 was refunded, not including the postage. To resolve this issue and abide by distance selling regulations, I am requesting a refund of £39.99 for the postage. If this matter is not addressed appropriately, I will escalate it to the relevant authority due to Aurora Lighting UK's suspicious handling of this transaction.

I purchased a car socket to USB adaptor in December. Unfortunately, when the package arrived, the box was not properly sealed and the small box inside was empty. I contacted customer service, and they sent me a replacement which I have received. Amazon informed me that I need to return the original packaging to avoid being charged for the missing item. They provided a QR code for the return process, but I am unable to scan it as my phone is not a smartphone. Despite trying to seek help through various channels, I am still facing difficulties with the return process. I received a follow-up email reminding me to return the packaging or face charges. I am trying to purchase a new element for my cooker, but I am having difficulties proceeding past the "Buy Now" button. The page keeps loading, and when I try to access another page to input my information, the loading circle persists. I spoke to a customer service representative who mentioned that my account might be blocked. I was also advised that I could potentially have the item shipped to a different address.
