Despite notifying them, the delivery was attempted on 15th December after the shop closed. The manager confirmed no parcel was left, as expected. As the items were gifts, I had to buy replacements. My new Fire TV Cube 2nd gen is not functioning correctly. The pulsing orange light is on, and the screen displays the message "Home is Currently Unavailable," even though it is connected to the internet. I had a concerning incident with one of your drivers today. As he stopped on my property to deliver parcels, I asked him to move the van, and he became extremely hostile. The situation escalated quickly, with him making threats and inappropriate gestures in front of witnesses and a child. This behavior is unacceptable for a representative of Amazon. The incident was recorded on my Ring doorbell camera for evidence. The driver's truck had a license plate number 71 and was delivering to number 3 in the CV92QF area. I purchased a Folding Shower Seat with order number [redacted]-[redacted] back in August. Unfortunately, due to Covid, my plumber could not install it until recently. When he opened the box, he discovered that the seat is too large for the shower unit. I am wondering if it is possible to exchange the folding seat for a shorter one, and I am willing to cover the price difference. At 85, having a shower seat is essential for my safety.

I recently placed an order for a book and received a notification that it was handed to the resident, but I never received it. After reporting the issue, a replacement was sent with the same notification but once again, it was not delivered. I found the second package at the bottom of the stairs near the main door of the building, which is concerning as many visitors access the property throughout the day. Despite having numerous successful deliveries to my door in the past, this particular driver did not follow suit. I am worried about the security of the packages and the false claims of delivery. I have been struggling with an issue for over a week now. I contacted Amazon twice with no success. During the last call, the customer support staff mentioned transferring the matter to the account specialist team. The problem I am facing involves the OTP system failing to work. I have attempted around thirty times to use it but always struggle with sending back the computer-generated number to Amazon. There is a small square box resembling Christmas presents on the screen, with a tab for help, but no clear instruction on how to proceed. Some of my attempts have resulted in a message stating that my account is being accessed from different locations in the UK. Despite trying to reset my password each time I encounter this issue, I am unable to access my account. Can we find a way to resolve this problem and regain access to my account?

I attempted to access my account this morning but was prompted to log in. Since I haven't had to do this in a while, I forgot my password. I created a new strong password, but still couldn't log in after multiple attempts. Eventually, I reluctantly created a new account, but now it claims my postal code is wrong for Amazon Prime, even though I've successfully placed many orders before. Despite already having a Prime subscription, I was required to sign up for a free trial. If I can no longer receive deliveries in my area, and it's the main reason I use Prime, how can I cancel my original paid subscription? I prefer not to have a new account as I had numerous saved orders. I was content with my initial account and hope for a resolution.

I am an avid Amazon customer located in Canada, Quebec. Recently, I purchased an item from Amazon UK which arrived damaged. Unfortunately, I am unable to find an email address to contact Amazon UK's customer service on their website. When I tried to use their automated chat service, I was directed to a robot that could not address my specific questions. Amazon UK suggested I call them, but they are unable to make international calls to Canada.
Furthermore, the return process for the damaged item involves me covering the shipping costs for a small reimbursement, which is not economical given the international shipping fees. The item, a music box valued at over $[redacted], was shipped to me in a paper bag instead of a more suitable cardboard box, diminishing its value as a collectible item. I am disappointed with the overall experience and loss incurred due to this transaction with Amazon.

I placed an order for a Canon Pixma [redacted] A3 printer on November 10, '21 but accidentally ended up with two. Despite trying to cancel one immediately, both were delivered on November 12. When I informed the driver and returned one, I was not familiar with the returns process. A second printer was delivered on November 15 and returned as well. Unfortunately, I was still billed for both. After struggling to reach Amazon Customer Services, I contacted M&S Bank to intervene. Amazon claimed the second printer was delivered to someone named Murphy in the LE17 area on November 17, miles away from me. I received an email from Amazon informing me that my ordered item was delivered, but it hadn't arrived at that time. I contacted Amazon and was assured it would be delivered by Wednesday, February 2nd. To my surprise, I found the parcel on my doorstep at 5:25 pm without any doorbell ring or knock. Please disregard any previous messages regarding this order. However, after this incident, I am hesitant about using Amazon in the future. The product in question was the MUSRUN MP3 player.
