An Amazon delivery driver damaged our car park barrier and left the scene. The incident occurred at Amazon Hub named Fluff, located at Southmead Hospital in Bristol, UK (postcode: BS10 5NB), at 5:48 PM on December 7th, [redacted]. We have obtained camera footage from our car park as proof. The barrier was broken into two pieces, and the driver did not stop after causing the damage. I purchased a bottle of Monin Gingerbread syrup as a gift, but upon arrival, I noticed that the back of the bottle was missing its label, leaving behind a sticky residue covered in debris. The bottle looks unsightly, making it unacceptable as a present. Additionally, the front label is starting to peel off. I checked my orders, but there doesn't seem to be an option for a refund or return. I am seeking assistance to either get a refund or exchange for a new bottle that is in proper condition.

Today, I received a delivery of a Christmas gift for my partner, but unfortunately, the item was not in an Amazon box and the box was open. Consequently, my partner saw the gift, and the delivery man blamed Amazon’s mishandling of stacking heavy items for the issue. I expressed my dissatisfaction to the delivery man and requested for the item to be returned for a new one as I find it unacceptable to receive an obviously opened product. Moreover, with the holiday season approaching, I am surprised that the product was not concealed in an Amazon box, considering people might be shopping for gifts. As a former Amazon warehouse employee, I am dismayed by the subpar quality of deliveries and products. This experience has left me feeling very upset and disappointed.

I bought a Triton Shower on December 8th, expecting it to be delivered on December 9th. Despite Amazon's email at 10:15 am claiming the delivery, the shower was not there when I left at 4:20 pm. Upon my return at 10 pm, I found a "Sorry We Missed You" card behind my bin, even though I never instructed Amazon to leave packages there. The parcel was missing, not in the designated safe place. I am puzzled by Amazon's actions and the security risk posed by leaving items in the front garden. I made a skateboard order through your company with the Warehouse Group under my name, as Prime, on Friday, December 3rd. I received dispatch confirmation on Saturday, December 4th, but the tracking information indicated a delay with an expected delivery between December 7th - 9th. The order has yet to be delivered. The Warehouse Group states that DPD collected the parcel on Saturday, but DPD claims they have not received it. I kindly request your assistance as this skateboard is meant to be a Christmas gift for my granddaughter. Please facilitate the shipment of the original order or a replacement skateboard.

I have a friend in the USA who ordered a birthday gift for me from a UK website. She paid extra for it to be delivered on my birthday, the 22nd of November. The order number is [redacted]-[redacted]. The sender's name is Christina Barlow, the address is [redacted] Juniper Street, Rhode Island, [redacted], and her email address is [redacted] The shipment was handled by Hermes, but they claim they couldn't find the address, which is a known postal office in Corby. I have been in touch with Hermes multiple times, and they are investigating, but there hasn't been any progress. I reached out to Amazon.co.uk, and they changed the delivery address to the local shop near the post office. However, the tracking still shows the package at the depot since the 24th of November. I am unable to reach Hermes customer support, and their online contact form isn't helpful. I'm really frustrated by this delay.

I received my order of 8 Kook n Soothe Cooling strips from an Amazon Locker on Monday, December 6. Unfortunately, the Cooling Strips are child size, and the pack only contained 4 strips instead of the expected 8. I need adult-size strips and would like a refund since the product is of no use to me. When trying to request a refund, I received a message stating these items are not eligible for refunds. As for my Amazon Prime membership, I've been unsuccessful in canceling it. I would like to cancel my membership, which is due to expire on December 18.

I have encountered a hurdle where the amount was put into my US Amazon account, but I am based in the UK. After consulting Amazon, they informed me that transferring the balance is not possible. Hello, I've been having trouble accessing my Amazon UK account. Each time I attempt to log in, a security verification message is sent to my phone. Since I don't have a smartphone, I'm unable to click on the link as instructed. It seems contacting them by phone is not an option, and one must be signed in to access the chat support, which I can't do due to this verification problem. I completed the return form, but Hermes was the only return option provided. After contacting the seller and learning that Amazon handles the return process, I attempted again and printed the Hermes label and instructions. Hermes does deliver to my location in Jersey, but I am struggling to arrange the pickup or find a drop-off location. I have tried contacting Hermes through their helplines without any success, leading me to consider giving up on the return due to the high cost involved. I am looking for an alternative label or a contact method for Hermes to ensure the parcel gets back to the seller.

I am concerned as my package shows as delivered with the status "Handed to Resident," yet I did not receive it. I was home when it was supposedly delivered, but no one brought a parcel. I thoroughly checked outside, and it's nowhere to be found. This isn't the first time this has occurred; just last month, a similar situation happened, and Amazon had to send a replacement for an order that never showed up. My reference number is #[redacted]-[redacted]. Although I was previously informed that the delivery status might have been updated prematurely, I don't think that's the case this time. I urgently require a replacement or a refund so I can place a new order. This item is a Christmas gift, and I need it promptly.

I made a purchase of hydrogen peroxide "The One Minute Cure" on December 3rd with an expected delivery date of December 15th, however, the item never arrived. Upon contacting customer service via chat, I was informed that the product was actually out of stock when I placed the order, although I find this hard to believe as my order was processed. The representative suggested canceling the order and placing a new one, offering a discount and a gift card bonus. Unfortunately, I cannot find the item online anymore due to its deletion. Kindly process a refund to my account for this order.

I subscribed to a trial Prime membership in December which ends on the 18th. After reviewing my credit card statements, I noticed charges of £7.99 on 3/10/21, 3/11/21, and 3/12/21 for Prime. I don't recall signing up for Prime or a trial in September [redacted], but I want to continue as a Prime member. If I cancel the current trial, will it affect any ongoing membership? Can you ensure that my Prime membership continues but only one £7.99 payment is charged monthly?

I purchased an Ariel from Amazon. My name is Teresa Cowan and I reside at 3 Highmoor Road, Bournemouth, BH11 8RT. Unfortunately, the Ariel I received was faulty. Along with that issue, I noticed that Amazon Prime has been charging me £7.99 per month, which I didn't sign up for. I contacted customer service and was assured that the problem would be resolved, and I would receive a refund. However, I have not received any updates from Amazon and I am still without internet for the Ariel. I don't want to continue paying for a subscription that I did not authorize. Thank you.

I recently bought a Fire TV 4K from you about three weeks ago. Unfortunately, the remote has stopped working. In the diagnostics tab, it indicates the batteries are offline. I have replaced the batteries four times already, but after only 10 minutes, I encounter the same issue. I tested the remote on my friend's identical device, and it had the same problem, while his remote works perfectly on my Fire TV. This showcases that my remote is defective. I kindly request a replacement for the faulty remote. I have tested the batteries in another device I own, and they work without any issues.

My account has been on hold for over 48 hours after trying to apply a gift card I received for my birthday to make a Deliveroo purchase. I was asked to provide proof of purchase, which I included in the receipt given. Despite this, I received an email stating it was not valid, and my account is still on hold. Please release the hold on my account so I can either make a purchase or receive a refund for the gift card via email to use on my Amazon business account. The item arrived in an open box, which is unusual as typically items of the same size can be put through the letterbox. This time, it was left with unfamiliar individuals. In the future, if any item is left with strangers, I will promptly return it. The contents were marked as private with a notice that delivery was attempted multiple times. The delivery personnel use private cars, which may explain their choice not to return the package.

Amazon has been unsuccessful in delivering three orders to South Newton Hospital. The reason is that the driver needs to contact the hospital and speak with security beforehand. Food and flowers need special care for patients. Could the driver please attempt delivery again and: 1. Call the hospital first. 2. Inquire about the necessary steps to make the delivery to security.
