Hello, I have been a customer on Alibaba and AliExpress for over 10 years. I sometimes order items and do not receive what I expected, but there is an order issue I cannot overlook. I purchased a fur coat from AliExpress, and it arrived with holes and does not match the coat I saw on the website. I am requesting a refund or a replacement for the coat I paid for. The seller offered to mend the coat but not change the design, however, I prefer a refund. I require assistance with this matter. The store in question has multiple accounts on the site, making it confusing. I purchased two items from AliExpress, a passport cover, and a makeup pouch. It has been 4 months since I placed the order, but I haven't received either item. I have tried to contact customer service with no response. I even checked with my local post office, but they couldn't help. Despite the order showing as delivered in my account, I am yet to receive anything. This situation is very frustrating, and I need a resolution soon. Please provide a refund or deliver my order within a week. I await your prompt response to resolve this issue.

My account has been locked because of "unusual activity." I regularly log in from different locations using two computers and a smartphone, which includes my workplace where multiple users might share the same IP address. Despite this, I am facing difficulties with the verification process. I tried the automated system without success and struggled to receive an SMS verification. When I spoke to a representative last week, they mentioned resolving the issue in a couple of days, but unfortunately, there has been no progress yet. I need my account reactivated promptly as I have pending orders and urgent shopping needs that I am diverting to eBay in the meantime.

Hello, I am experiencing a payment issue. On Thursday, August 11th, [redacted], I attempted to order products but did not complete the payment process. After re-adding the items to my cart and completing the purchase, $37.72 was deducted from my credit account. Subsequently, another payment attempt was not processed, and my orders show as "Awaiting Payment" despite the initial successful payment. I have since canceled all orders due to this issue. I am submitting my appeal regarding the judgement made by AliExpress' Case Management Team on November 3, [redacted]. The team issued two conflicting judgements, which compromises fairness. I have attached the two verdicts and two videos as evidence of the dispute activation. The seller did not provide any video demonstrating that the charger met the claimed parameters. Despite the validity of my dispute reason, the case management team (robots) reversed their initial decision on executing option number 1 if an agreement with the seller was not reached in the stipulated time. Shipping the charger back to China costs twice as much as the charger itself. I hope for your prompt attention to my query. Sincerely, GSG Please provide guidance on how I can attach my evidence.

I placed my order on October 30th, but my shipping details have not been updated since November 2nd. The seller mentioned it could take up to 25 days for delivery or 60 days if there are any delays. I was hoping to receive this as a Christmas gift, which is why I made the early purchase. Waiting 60 days before reporting an issue seems excessive, especially since my past orders from China usually arrive much sooner. I attempted to contact Aliexpress through live chat, but the automated responses were unhelpful. When I tried to submit a report, I encountered an error message stating the url was incorrect, even though it was correct. I am disappointed and frustrated by this experience and may avoid ordering from here in the future.

Regarding the product sale on AliExpress from 11.05-11.12, I encountered an issue with my purchase. When attempting to buy during the flash sale, the price discrepancy resulted in a higher charge than expected. Despite contacting AliExpress right away, the resolution process has been challenging without a screenshot of my cart before payment. The seller is insisting on the original payment amount due to the promotional quantity being exhausted, which contradicts my experience with another out-of-stock item. While the seller remains uncooperative, AliExpress suggests waiting until 22nd November to file a dispute with uncertain refund prospects. Hello, I found a watch that I really liked, but the price was too high. I decided to wait for the 11-11 sale and managed to order it at a $27 discount. Unfortunately, the next day I received an email from Aliexpress stating that my order had been closed due to security reasons. I reached out to the seller on 12-11 and was advised to reorder the watch. I borrowed money to place a second order, but it was also put on hold the next day and finally closed on 14-11. I am unsure why this happened. I have not received any refund information for the first order. I have tried contacting customer service, but the responses seem automated. I am eager to purchase this watch as it is not available in Pakistan. I hope to speak with a human representative from Aliexpress soon. Thank you.

After making the payment, I encountered a series of error messages. The first one prompted me to sign in again, and then when I tried to pay once more, I received another message asking for further verification due to security concerns. Despite my attempts, the screen went blank and was unhelpful. I attempted payments multiple times but kept receiving a system error message suggesting the system was busy and to try again later. I even tried switching cards but to no avail. When I tried to reach out through chat, I encountered a [redacted] Not Found error, leaving me frustrated. I've confirmed with my bank that there are no issues on their end, and my card is approved for transactions. If these problems persist, I may have to shop elsewhere for better service. Additionally, I'm having trouble redeeming my $4 welcome voucher that will soon expire.

I placed an order for an electric scooter replacement light a few days back, but the seller marked it as shipped right away. I got concerned when I couldn't find any tracking details, so I reached out to ask about the status of my order. The seller admitted they hadn't actually shipped it yet due to being busy but promised to send it that day. I then requested to cancel the order, but the seller seemingly ignored my request and sent the package anyway. They later mentioned they attempted to halt it but couldn't succeed. I'm disappointed by this situation and would like a full refund from the seller for their unprofessional behavior.

I placed an order on 29/07/[redacted] at 12:00 for a set of twelve hair ruffles from the company IBOWS Sunshine Hair Accessories Stores. The order was supposedly delivered to the delivery outlet in Nigeria, but I never received the usual call I get when an order arrives. The seller claimed to have refunded the money to PayPal, which isn't supported in Nigeria. Despite requesting the refund to be sent to my GT bank account, the seller failed to do so. I believe this seller is a scam and I demand my $2.42 refunded to my GT bank account, along with an additional $82 for internet banking charges.

My account has been compromised! I tried to log in but received a message saying, "Your account name or password is incorrect." When attempting to retrieve my password using my email [redacted], I was told that the account does not exist, which is impossible as I always receive order notifications there. I tried using my order number [redacted] to recover the account and was told that a matching account was found with a different email, dima******@mail.ru, belonging to someone named Dima from Russia. They seem to have accessed my account and changed the email. Please send a recovery email to my original email [redacted] so I can regain access and update my password. Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

I encountered the following issue: When attempting to log into my account using my email "[redacted]," I received an "Your account name or password is incorrect." message. Following that, I tried to reset my password by using the "forgot password" link and entering my email address, only to be informed that "The account does not exist. Please enter a valid Email address." This is baffling since I receive order notifications regularly at this email address. Next, I attempted to retrieve my account using the order number [redacted][redacted], and I was given the following information: "Congratulations! We have identified the matching account based on the details you provided. Login ID: ee[redacted]jjpp Email Address: dima******@mail.ru." This email address does not belong to me; it appears that someone named Dima from Russia has accessed my account and changed the email associated with it. I am eager to regain access to my account. If you could send a recovery email to my original email address, [redacted], I could then update my password and reclaim my account. Your assistance is greatly appreciated!

I ordered a tracksuit on 09/07/[redacted], and by 10/12, the status changed from "order complete" to "not delivered." I reached out to the seller, who advised me to check with my local post office. The post office confirmed that the item has not left China. The seller acknowledged the mistake and said the item is still in transit; telling me to wait. After waiting until the protection time expired, I am unable to open a dispute. I need a refund as I can't wait any longer. Dear Sir/Madam, I recently purchased a wireless reversing camera and monitor for my vehicle but am experiencing difficulties in getting them to work properly. I have a couple of questions regarding the setup: 1. Camera: When I connect the transmitter power cord to the reversing lights and shift into reverse, the transmitter light comes on, but the LED lights around the camera lens do not light up. I am unsure if this is normal or if there is an issue. The reversing light on my vehicle is working, indicating power supply. 2. Monitor: I have connected the power cord to a standard car charger plug, and the receiver light is on, but the monitor is not displaying anything. The instructions provided are confusing as they mainly focus on GPS, camera, or DVD setups. I would appreciate clear instructions on each button's function on the monitor and clarification on which color (white or yellow) the power cord should be plugged into. I purchased pants with advertised 'free shipping.' The seller requested extra money for freight cost before shipping the item. After paying $0.67 CAD, the seller agreed to ship within 3 days. I received shipping notifications with a tracking number. The item has left the country, but the seller is now asking for an additional $2.00 CAD for shipping. I refused as I already paid. The seller insists I haven't paid for shipping. I provided proof of payment and will continue to decline. I am concerned about this situation as it has not happened to me in the 6 years I've shopped on AliExpress. Can sellers ask for more money after the item is shipped? I appreciate any advice or clarification on this matter.

I have shopped with your business before without issues. However, when I checked my order status this time, I discovered that my account was closed without any explanation.
