I recently made a purchase from a hair seller for one bundle of hair. I purchased a MI 9T Pro phone from a seller during the 11.11 deals. After waiting over a month for shipping, the seller informed me that the product was unavailable. They offered me the Chinese version, K20 Pro, instead, and we agreed. The seller then shipped the product. However, upon checking the tracking number, it indicates that the destination is Spain, not Algeria where my shipping address is. Additionally, the seller is not responding to my messages.

I purchased the Lemfo smart watch (LEM11) from Lemfo a month ago. I contacted them after a week due to issues with the watch, and they offered to replace it or provide a refund. However, their responses were delayed, and they mentioned covering shipping costs but specified not to use FedEx or USPS. When I tried shipping via UPS, the cost exceeded $[redacted], almost the same as the watch. I informed them of this and have since packaged the watch for return, opting for a refund instead.

I have raised a dispute for order number [redacted][redacted] because the product I received was faulty. Despite uploading evidence of the issue, the seller requested that I repair the item myself, which is unacceptable. Even after attempting the repair, the product still does not function properly. When I contacted the seller privately to address the problem, they instead tried to upsell me more products. This approach is entirely inappropriate when customers are facing significant issues with their purchases.

I recently placed an order for three pairs of shoes from a supplier on 11/11/[redacted]. The supplier assured me that the order would arrive at my chosen address within 15-30 days. However, after 30 days passed, only one pair of shoes arrived. Despite contacting the supplier, the other two pairs are still missing.
I opened a dispute with AliExpress, and they mentioned a refund of $13, but I have not seen this amount credited back to my bank account. Moreover, I am still missing two pairs of shoes that I purchased. I have been trying to reach out to the supplier, but they are not responding to my messages. I had ordered from the FaceBeauty Official Store but did not receive my package. After attempting to communicate with them, I discovered that the package had been sent back to the seller. Despite efforts to resolve the issue, I have not made any progress with the dispute. Upon contacting FedEx as advised by the seller, I learned that the hair had indeed been returned. I seek clarification regarding whether I am entitled to a refund or a reshipment of the hair as I feel I have been wronged in this situation.

I ordered two items, but immediately saw them in the "Awaiting Payment" tab. It mentioned cancellation after a certain time. I selected "Pay Now" for one item and received multiple emails and confirmation numbers. Despite choosing "To be shipped," it didn't show any results. I placed an order on December 13th with order number [redacted][redacted]. Despite a delay of over 4 days, I tried to contact the seller who did not respond. I mentioned cancelling the order due to lack of response and disinterest, then proceeded to cancel the order on December 17th.
To my surprise, on December 19th, the seller shipped the product without notice or addressing my cancellation. The seller seemingly ignored my decision and proceeded to send the product without explanation.
I am troubled by this situation as the seller took action against my wishes and without communication. This experience has left me hesitant to make future purchases on the site, especially as a loyal customer.
I seek assistance in resolving this matter as the seller's actions are unacceptable.

On 1/12/[redacted], I bought a wig from the Lemoda Official Store with Order ID [redacted][redacted] for £67.34. I also paid an additional £13.50 to return the item to the sender. Unfortunately, upon opening the package, I discovered that the wig did not match the one displayed in the pictures. I promptly returned it. The refund process has been complicated, as I initially thought it would be returned to the same card used for the purchase, but I am now being informed that it can only be processed through PayPal, which I did not use for this transaction. I am currently receiving messages stating that the refund is still pending, although the item is already at the warehouse. I urge for a prompt resolution as the parcel was sent from the UK on 13/12/[redacted], and released from customs on 18/12/[redacted]. I kindly request the refund to be transferred back to my credit card.

I encountered an issue with Klarna and ALi Express that I need help with. Despite being on hold for 17 minutes, Klarna's customer service abruptly ended the call, accusing me of receiving reminders that I have never actually received. Today, I received what seems to be the final reminder for an item that I never received. I had made a purchase on Ali Express in September [redacted], including canceled items, but the specific item in question is not listed, nor have I been informed about it. Klarna's customer service was extremely rude, even going as far as threatening me with debt collection. I can prove in my customer portal with Ali Express that no such item was ordered for €5.15. This experience has led me to vow never to use Klarna again.

I'm having trouble accessing my account. The website says I'm logged in, but I don't have an account. I want to order four items, but I'm unable to proceed. It's frustrating not being able to speak to a person for help. Even Amazon has customer service representatives available. I've been trying for two hours to log in. Many people would give up after half an hour and go to a different company to make their purchase. It's unfortunate because you could lose business this way.
