I purchased a wig from Preferred Hair, but unfortunately, it did not match the description at all. The seller was deceptive, asking me to provide incorrect details in the dispute process to avoid issuing a refund. Despite sending the wig back with a required signature upon delivery, the seller falsely claimed not to have received it. This caused the dispute resolution to close without a refund. I am frustrated by the lack of customer support from AliExpress and am seeking a resolution for a refund.

I encountered an issue while trying to buy a flash drive on AliExpress. When I attempted to make the purchase, the payment problem message appeared. I decided to refresh the screen and try again. To my surprise, upon checking my bank account, I discovered that I was charged twice for the same order. The order number is [redacted][redacted]. It seems there was an accidental double charge of $4.95. I kindly request a refund for the duplicate charge.

It is claimed that the mail left my package in the mailbox on 12-14-19 but I never received it. I have contacted the seller, explained the situation, and sent a photo of the mailbox to show how small it is. They reached out to the mail service and claim it was delivered. They just keep saying sorry. Where is the seriousness of the seller? What do I tell my son for Christmas? Santa didn't come, sorry! What can I do? I know that in these cases, the seller is responsible for the shipments and should follow through with tracking, especially when it's a "serious" company. This is not the first time I have bought from this site, but it is the first time this has happened. I trusted you, and they just say sorry! I need a solution.

I ordered three dresses, but when they arrived, they did not look as good as they did in the pictures. I contacted the seller, and we agreed that I would return the dresses, but despite her receiving them, she has not refunded my money as promised since August. I also ordered a robe, paid the full amount, but never received the item or a refund. When I reached out to the seller, she assured me she would refund the money back in October, but I have yet to receive it.

I am reaching out for assistance from AliExpress regarding a pressing issue with a seller who has yet to dispatch my order. Despite their claims of postal complications, I am skeptical of their intentions. My Order ID is [redacted][redacted], and I urge you to review the communication exchange with the seller. In a regrettable oversight, I mistakenly marked the goods as received while tracking the order on my mobile in October. However, upon contacting the seller in December, they alleged that the package was returned due to a weight discrepancy. Subsequently, they assured re-sending the items before Christmas with a tracking update within 3-5 days, but this did not materialize. Following up after 10 days, I was informed that the goods were lost by customs, a claim I find dubious. I attempted to initiate a dispute, but my accidental acknowledgment of delivery hinders the process. I implore you to review the messages which clearly demonstrate the non-delivery and intervene on my behalf, AliExpress.

On 07/15/[redacted], I have not received the product with the order number [redacted][redacted] from ISNOM yet. I have been in contact with the company for a while, and they have not refunded me because PayPal is not available in my country. Now they are asking me to reorder without payment, but I can't place an order without paying. They advised me to contact Alexpress customer service. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible. On July 15, [redacted], my order with the number [redacted][redacted] from ISNOM has not arrived. I have been messaging with them for a long time. They are a trustworthy company. As there is no PayPal in my country, they did not refund the money. They asked me to reorder without paying again to send the product, but I cannot reorder without paying. They advised me to contact AliExpress Customer Service. Can you please resolve this issue as soon as possible?

I purchased a mobile wardrobe for 6,[redacted].00 naira on AliExpress. The item was sent to EMS Parcel Office in Dugbe, Ibadan, Nigeria. When I went to collect it, customs demanded an additional fee of 6,[redacted].00 naira, which I couldn't pay. I returned home, and when I went back to the EMS office, they had already sent the item back to AliExpress. I opened a dispute, but the seller claimed the item is still in transit. AliExpress ruled in the seller's favor, stating the package was automatically returned. This feels like a violation of privacy and policy. I have not received a refund yet, and I am disappointed by this unfair decision. I respectfully request a refund. Thank you.

Hello, I am inquiring about my order number [redacted][redacted]. I have not yet received this order, and I requested a full refund, which was approved. I initially paid $3.73 for the product, but only $0.73 was refunded into my bank account. I am unsure why the remaining $3 was deducted. The seller claims they refunded the full amount. I purchased a lace fabric from a seller more than a month ago. Upon checking my order on the 16th of this month, it showed as delivered. After opening a dispute, the seller provided evidence that it was received and signed for by NSR. I contacted DHL, who explained that "signed for by NSR" indicates that no one signed for it. DHL suggested I ask the seller to file a claim with them to address this issue. However, the seller is not being helpful in resolving this matter. I am seeking either the product I ordered or a refund.

The wig I purchased claims to be [redacted]% density, but it's noticeably thin. I've been trying to reach out since I received the wig on December 12, [redacted], without any response for 6 days. The customer service experience has been disappointing. Eva has been unhelpful, repeating questions without providing any solutions. I simply want to return the wig for a full refund. It's frustrating that I have to cover the return shipping costs to China from the USA. The lack of proper contact information for customers in different countries is concerning. The phone number listed on the commercial invoice, 1-[redacted], leads to an unassigned message.

I ordered the realme 5 pro on 12/17/[redacted] using my Yahoo email [redacted] I was charged 56,[redacted].50 Naira. Unfortunately, I did not receive a confirmation, and the item is not showing in the list of pending orders nor did I receive an order ID. This issue is because I can't access my email. I have been a loyal customer for five years, spending over $[redacted].00 a month. However, I recently stopped ordering due to multiple issues, primarily the lack of customer support from the company. Whenever we manage to reach them, which is rare, they promise to resolve the problems but only follow through about 2 out of 10 times. I am appalled by their fraudulent practices, especially since they operate in Canada. I have been experiencing a concerning issue for six weeks now, and after threatening legal action, things have only gotten stranger. Despite their location in China, I refuse to let them take advantage of Canadian consumers. I am determined to stop them from stealing our money and will rally my 5,[redacted] Facebook followers and other social media connections for support. I recently purchased a smartwatch from AliExpress, expecting it to be an Apple Watch clone with advanced functions based on the seller's description and photos. A few days ago, I placed an order for motorcycle parts, and for no apparent reason, my order was closed citing security issues. They sent me a message to replace the order and have it sent again. I already messaged the seller, and they asked why I wanted to cancel the purchase. I explained the problem and requested a refund, but they did not reply. The store is s2r store. Hello, AliExpress customer support, I placed an order for a wedding dress from the store "Fansmile Official Store" with order ID number [redacted][redacted] on 09/11/[redacted]. I contacted the seller for alterations, granting them one month to do so. After a month, I requested the shipment to India promptly. I filed two disputes against the seller as my orders did not show up. The seller provided me with two tracking numbers that did not work for UPS, USPS, or Fed Ex. It appears the seller did not send my package, and I feel scammed. Unfortunately, my disputes were closed, and I was left with no further actions. This situation is unacceptable, and I am requesting a refund promptly.

I would like a refund as I bought 2 coats and only 1 arrived. Order [redacted][redacted]. I contacted the seller, but they refuse to refund me. From the start, the transaction seemed odd as one said shipped and the other pre-shipped. The seller does not respond to messages unless Aliexpress intervenes as I messaged several times with no reply until I opened a dispute. The issue is that the insurance is about to expire. I believe the seller mixed up the tracking numbers. I received the 3XL, which still shows in transit, but the Large shows as delivered, which is not the one I received. In the Aliexpress app, I prefer chatting with a human instead of Eva the robot, but that option is not available.
