After contacting the seller, I was assured it would arrive. Today, tracking shows it was delivered, but I didn't receive anything at my door. I have been unable to reach the seller for clarification. I recently experienced an issue with a purchase I made from SuperLEMFO Discount Store (Order #[redacted][redacted]) for a LEMFO LEM6 Smart Watch. Upon receiving the watch, I encountered problems with charging as it only reached 13% and decreased to 11% after additional charging. Despite filing a dispute, the seller only offered to send a charging cable, which I declined. Subsequently, I was notified that the dispute was resolved, but upon checking my account, I noticed the order details had been deleted with no information regarding the refund. I received the watch from a US distribution location in California and intend to return it there. I am dissatisfied with the lack of customer service and communication. Dear AliExpress, I recently bought headphones with Bluetooth, FM Radio, and Mp3 Player functions for gym use. However, the Mp3 function is not working, and the headphones do not recognize the Micro SD card I purchased for them. I have tried the SD card on other devices, and it works fine. I am requesting a refund of $17.09 USD and for AliExpress to cover the return shipping. I have spent hours trying to get the product to work as advertised and I am frustrated with the experience. I ordered a Lego set for my son's birthday, but it arrived missing many parts. I reached out to the AliExpress seller for help, but received no response. When I tried to open a dispute, they requested pictures of the missing parts, which I couldn't provide due to the missing instructions. Unfortunately, AliExpress denied my claim and refunded the seller $[redacted]. I am experiencing a challenging situation with Ali's customer service. My phone number has changed, preventing me from receiving the security code needed to sign in. As a result, I am unable to access live chat, which requires signing in with the security code. This leaves me stuck in a loop, making it impossible to resolve the phone number change issue. I am disappointed and frustrated with the inability to receive assistance from Ali under these circumstances.

Order # [redacted][redacted] was placed on 5/10/19 for $24.20. I received the diamond painting kit on 5/23/19 and found that several packets of diamonds were missing upon inspection: - [redacted] x5 packs - [redacted] x2 packs - [redacted] x9 packs - [redacted] x5 packs I have contacted the seller, Hibah Factory Store, regarding the missing items but have not received a resolution after more than two months of back and forth communication. While I cannot open a dispute due to confirming the kit's receipt, I am frustrated by the delays in rectifying this issue. I hope to receive the missing diamonds or a full refund promptly as purchasing them separately would be more expensive than the kit itself. I recently purchased a lens from AliExpress, but upon arrival, the lens was not functioning correctly. I initiated a dispute and provided ample evidence to support my claim. The seller agreed with my proposal, and I returned the product. However, the seller alleged that the product's box was damaged and the lens was fine, presenting false evidence of a different box and lens. Despite these claims, I successfully won the case, and AliExpress decided to provide a full refund. My concern is that I was charged $28.46 for the return shipment. I find it unfair that as a buyer returning a faulty product, I had to bear the cost. If buyers are expected to cover return shipping fees, then it is reasonable for these charges to be refunded. I paid $69.71 for the lens and an additional $28.46 for the return shipment, leaving me at a loss of $28.46. It is disappointing that the return shipping cost was not included in the refund. I purchased a gray carpet for $[redacted].81 a month ago with order number [redacted][redacted]. The delivery process was interrupted, and the package was returned due to size issues. The seller assured me they would update me once they resend it after contacting the warehouse. However, when I checked two days ago, the tracking information showed the product was delivered, but I never received it. I raised a dispute concerning order number [redacted][redacted]. While the product is satisfactory, I am struggling to obtain an invoice. The platform does not display an "invoice" option, so I selected the closest alternative. Although the product meets my needs, I require an official invoice, which seems unavailable. I am in need of an invoice for my records. I understand now that obtaining an invoice from you may not be possible. That's acceptable. It is more cost-effective for me to retain the product, which serves its purpose as I have previously mentioned. I intend to leave feedback to alert other customers that this supplier does not issue invoices. Let me emphasize that an invoice is not an optional extra.

I placed an order for ginger slimming cream on the 21st of July. Three days later, the item was still not picked up, so I raised a dispute regarding the logistics. The company asked me to cancel the dispute and change my statement, but I refused to lie for them. We had a heated argument, and I have screenshots of all our conversations. They then insulted me, but later claimed that the item was picked up. However, in my country, such processes are usually completed in one day, making me skeptical. I believe they are trying to deceive customers into paying without delivering the goods, tarnishing your company's reputation. I have been a loyal customer for years and have never experienced such poor treatment. I can provide screenshots of our conversations if needed. I have not received the product, and I suspect they are trying to withhold my money due to our disagreement. It is unreasonable to expect standard delivery within a day, and their actions are unjustifiable.

I have encountered numerous issues trying to order a turbo from Leke Turbos. Despite paying $[redacted], the seller initially offered to swap the turbo for me but later asked for more money. After contacting customer service and being assured it would be resolved promptly, the seller insisted on additional payment contrary to their earlier agreement. Despite being promised by a manager that it would be sorted, the seller is still requesting more money. I have records of the entire conversation and demand immediate resolution by a manager. This frustrating situation has been ongoing for 38 hours with unsatisfactory customer service.

I recently purchased Siyo Virgin Hair and initially, it seemed nice when I wore it. However, after a week, it dried up, started tangling and shedding excessively. The shedding is so bad that every time I try to straighten it, the hair falls out. Despite contacting the company with pictures of the shedding, they only offered me $23 and requested a 5-star review for an additional $10. I am extremely disappointed because the hair is shedding to the point of bald spots on the frontal area. I have tried various methods to salvage the hair to no avail. This experience has left me unable to style my hair as desired, and I am frustrated with the lack of resolution from the company. I hope for a speedy resolution to this issue.

I am experiencing difficulty accessing my AliExpress account from my device. A message appears indicating that my account is locked for security reasons due to attempted logins from another device. I am unable to communicate with customer service through chat to resolve this issue. I find it frustrating that I need to log in to contact customer service, yet I cannot access my account due to the lock. It seems like a catch-22 situation as I require access to my account to seek assistance but cannot gain entry as it is currently locked. This predicament is exacerbated when I only have my phone or tablet on hand, making it impossible to access my account for purchases or to check my orders. The lack of alternative methods to resolve this issue is disheartening.

I returned the lace jacket (Order: [redacted][redacted]) to Ming Li Store because the XL size I ordered for a wedding was too tight around the arms, as I usually wear a medium size. I followed the seller's instructions and returned it via recorded delivery, spending an additional £10.55. The tracking number is RN[redacted]28GB. On July 1st, they tried to deliver but no one was available, leaving a card instead. Despite providing evidence of delivery and multiple attempts to contact Lou at Ming Li, they claim not to have received the jacket and are reluctant to issue a refund. I have sent photos of the recorded delivery note, tracking number, evidence of delivery attempts, and initial photos showing the fit issue. On July 30, [redacted], I initiated a dispute (Order# [redacted][redacted]) due to receiving a defective product. Initially requesting a full refund with the seller covering the return shipping, AliExpress responded on July 31, [redacted] offering two options: a partial refund of $11.92 or a full refund with me covering the shipping cost for the return. Wanting to propose a new solution, I edited my request on the same day instead of seeing an option to add a new proposal. I modified my proposal on July 31, [redacted], requesting a partial refund of $25 to avoid paying for the return shipping, as the fault was not mine. The seller then contacted me on the same day, suggesting a compromise of a $20 partial refund, which I accepted by editing my proposal accordingly. Since then, I have not received any communication from AliExpress, causing worry that my updated proposal, agreed upon by the seller, is not being addressed. I hope that AliExpress will acknowledge my revised proposal post-negotiation with the seller and proceed with a $20 partial refund.

AliExpress requested evidence, so I went to the post office. However, they informed me they could only provide evidence to higher departments, not directly to me. Now, I'm unsure of what step to take next. I am looking for assistance to either receive the product I ordered or a refund. I am quite disappointed with the service and the situation. I have contacted customer support several times, but the advice given has not resolved my issue. My Visa card was compromised, and the number had to be changed. I want to place an order for multiple items but can only do so one at a time due to the card change. It is time-consuming to order each item individually. Please cancel the old credit card details to expedite the process. I fear if the old details are not removed, my orders will be lost. I have expressed my concerns through chat but feel unheard. Many others have faced similar challenges dealing with AliExpress customer service. It seems like there is a lack of empathy for the customers' situations, which require a human touch. I doubt my message will be addressed.

I am inquiring about order number [redacted][redacted] placed on July 18, [redacted], with SUNUV official store for a uv nail dryer lamp totaling $40.62. The order is confirmed, payment is processed, and it indicates that it has been shipped and awaiting delivery. I also received an email confirming the shipment. Recently, I received a contradictory email from Ali Express stating that the order was cancelled due to non-payment. This is incorrect, as the payment was made, evident by my bank statement and multiple shipping emails received. Despite the cancellation claim, my order status on the website shows as shipped. When reaching out to the seller, they were unable to locate my order. I am seeking clarification on this confusion and hope to resolve this error promptly.
