I am experiencing issues with my account. I have noticed that some items are appearing in my recently viewed section that I have not viewed myself. Specifically, after viewing an item and closing the app, when I reopened it, there were 24 additional items in my recently viewed, including women's shoes and clothes, despite me being a male who has never shown interest in such items. Even in the recommendations section, I am being suggested lists of female clothing, which is confusing and concerning as I have not interacted with such items on the site. These problems have only started occurring in the last week or two, and it has escalated. I assure you that I have not shared my account with anyone or allowed unauthorized access. If this issue persists, I may need to remove my card details and possibly close my account altogether.

I placed an order [redacted] on AliExpress. When the protection time expired, I initiated a dispute. The seller informed me that the package was at the post office and advised me to wait a few more days before taking further action. After waiting, I tried to open a dispute again after 14 days but was unable to do so. I contacted the seller who mentioned they would check with the post office and later said they would resend the package. The seller provided me with a new tracking number, but it doesn't show any information online. On AliExpress, it shows the order shipment as cancelled. The order was worth $23.

I reached out to ROYAL MAIL and was advised to request a refund or have the seller resend the items as they have been returned. On March 18, the item was delivered to Oxbridge DO, which is not near my location. I looked up the tracking history:

I have been attempting to reach out to your company about a new faucet purchased from your supplier, Jerry Duan. My order ID is [redacted]. Unfortunately, your website does not allow me to file a complaint. Jerry Duan is insisting that I have my plumber dismantle the faucet and send him photos. I have complied, but the New York State Attorney General's office has advised me that this is not my responsibility as a customer. It is the seller's duty to provide a new faucet. Despite this, Jerry Duan refuses to do so, claiming he knows the product better than I do. If this matter cannot be resolved promptly, I will escalate it with the relevant authorities and also contact the Better Business Bureau. Thank you, Lisamarie & Peter Purcell.

I have a concern regarding a recent purchase on AliExpress. Upon receiving a bed set infested with mold and bugs, I opened a claim. I have been a loyal customer of Aliexpress and recently experienced issues with my orders. Despite opening a dispute and the refund status showing as closed for Order Number: [redacted][redacted], I have not received the refund in my account as of yet. The VRN for this transaction is showing as null. Similarly, for Order Number: [redacted][redacted], although there is a VRN number, I have not received the refund in my bank account according to my bank records.
I kindly request your assistance in reviewing these transactions. I have noticed some missing refunds in the past, which makes me doubt the accuracy of the dispute transactions. I recently purchased a chandelier online for $[redacted].85. Upon receiving it, I discovered that the product did not match its description. The seller agreed to a full refund, but has not provided a return label, which would cost $[redacted]. I purchased a 3D Stitch iPhone phone case with a lanyard for my iPhone 8 Plus without having an AliExpress account. I was charged twice today for items I didn't select on Aliexpress. I couldn't log into my account, suspecting it's been compromised. I blocked my credit card after unauthorized orders were placed. I reached out to the seller, "Foreverlily Official Store," regarding my recent purchase on the AliExpress website. I bought the "7 Colors PDF LED Light Therapy LED Mask Skin Rejuvenation Photon Device Spa Acne Remover Anti-Wrinkle Red LED Light Treatment" through AliExpress, so my communication with the seller had to be via the platform. Unfortunately, the item I received did not match the description provided. I requested a full refund and a prepaid return label to send the incorrect item back. The seller mentioned that since AliExpress was handling the issue, they were unable to assist further. I have encountered numerous issues trying to utilize the live chat feature and have resorted to reaching out via email in hopes of resolving my dilemma. My order details are as follows:

I acquired 2 Fitness Neoprene Shoulder Straps (1 blue and 1 black), but the tracking indicated multiple shipments from China, causing distress. Despite years of online shopping, this has been an unprecedented ordeal for me.
While abroad, I was oblivious to the parcel's status as it remained in transit. Following advice from AliExpress, I initiated a dispute for protection. Upon returning home, the package finally arrived, prompting AliExpress to close the dispute as resolved, which I understand.
Regrettably, upon inspection, the parcel did not align with the item description. Supposed to include shorts with the shoulder straps, only the latter was present. Despite informing the seller, my messages were disregarded, and attempts at using the live chat proved futile, repeating the same queries incessantly, causing distress.
The seller responded days later, insinuating to refer to dispute resolution with a wink, appearing to scoff at the fraudulent transaction. Emphasized as strap and shorts, it was deceitful not to include both. AliExpress dismissed my dispute due to the delayed delivery, hindering me from addressing the discrepancy as the initial order was misleading.
I believe the seller intentionally deceived me, countering the advertised description. Requesting your intervention, as my attempts to raise this issue to AliExpress have been fruitless. The seller must fulfill the promised items as per the order and payment made.

I recently purchased a gimbal, and my tracking ID is RB[redacted]72SG. Today, I received the package but was surprised to find a [redacted] rs customs duty charge that I need to pay. When I ordered the gimbal for [redacted] Rs, I believed all service and shipment charges were already covered. It seems unfair that I'm being asked to pay extra when AliExpress was responsible for shipping. My friends who have ordered from AliExpress didn't face this issue. I made a purchase from Beauty Forever AliExpress on April 14, [redacted] for hair products, with an expected delivery date of the 22nd. However, the shipment got stuck in transit, bouncing between different distribution centers in California and Alabama, despite my Alabama location. Frustrated by the lack of progress, I opened a dispute for a refund. The seller requested me to cancel the dispute, promising a refund, and even asked for a 5-star review before issuing the refund. I recently ordered a new cooler from AliExpress. When I arrived home yesterday and saw the package on my porch, I was shocked by how dirty and poorly wrapped it was. The packaging had dirty, yellow tape, and the box looked beaten up. Upon opening it, I found the cooler itself to be in terrible condition. It had a dead bug on the back and the interior, especially where the filter goes, was filthy. The whole unit appeared used, dirty, and unacceptable. I carefully placed it back in the packaging, sanitized my scissors, and disposed of it in garbage bags on my porch to avoid bringing it inside my house. I initiated a chat yesterday but received an email today saying I received the unit, which is false. I am requesting a refund as I cannot tolerate this level of service. I find it frustrating that I am struggling to reach customer service and am considering involving the Better Business Bureau if this issue persists.
