I purchased hair from a seller, but they shipped it to the wrong address, causing the post office to discard it. On the same day, I ordered three items, but only one arrived. I contacted AliExpress for help, but they have not been supportive. I rely on AliExpress for assistance as I am far from their location. The seller has my money, and I have not received my item due to the incorrect shipment. I even provided evidence from the post office about the discarded package, but the seller refuses to address the issue. AliExpress won't allow me to report the problem on their platform. I am extremely disappointed in AliExpress's service. I just want my hard-earned money back. All the necessary information, including the post office's confirmation of the discarded item, is available. AliExpress, please refund my money as this situation is unfair.

I recently placed an order, but unfortunately, I forgot to update my new phone number in the shipping details. Additionally, my address was missing crucial information, such as my apartment floor and surname, causing confusion for the delivery person trying to locate me accurately. The order is currently held at a local delivery center in Hungary, despite me residing in Croatia. I am hoping to arrange for the package to be resent to my correct address or, alternatively, to be shipped to my city for pick-up.

Yesterday, I received a promotion allowing me to select 3 items for 33 cents each with free shipping. I chose my items and proceeded to checkout. To my surprise, I was charged $[redacted].00 for each item instead of the agreed price. I am very disappointed and would like a refund promptly. While some may not think it's a significant amount, to me it is a considerable sum, and I am concerned about potential additional charges if I had spent more. I purchased what I thought were 2x400-watt solar panels from a company on AliExpress. Unfortunately, they sent the wrong items, leading to a challenging return process. The order reference number is [redacted][redacted]. The company's information for the returned item is Reglona, [redacted], Leicester Commercial Park, Unit 1 Dorsey Way, Enderby LE194DB. AliExpress ruled in my favor for a full refund, including return shipping costs, which the seller agreed to cover. However, despite receiving a refund for the item, the seller has not reimbursed the £58.22 for return shipping. I've tried contacting them through the website's message box and Livechat without success. The latest case reference is [redacted][redacted]. I would appreciate any assistance with this matter. I recently purchased an item on AliExpress using two pre-paid MASTERCARD GIFT cards. The item cost $95 with shipping and tax, totaling $[redacted]. I used a $[redacted] gift card and a $25 gift card to cover the cost, but AliExpress claimed my payment was insufficient and the transaction failed. I intentionally overpaid to ensure I had enough funds. I have been unable to reach a representative for assistance, which is frustrating. Online shopping should not be this complicated.

El mes pasado compré una tira de luz LED, pero al recibirla no funcionaba. Presenté una queja y me solicitaron una foto, aunque nunca mencionaron un video. A pesar de proporcionar la prueba fotográfica, el reembolso fue denegado. Tras apelar, recibí un correo indicando que las pruebas eran insuficientes para proceder al reembolso. I've been unable to access my AliExpress account for several weeks. When I attempt to log in, I'm prompted to slide a verification button, but the slider is unresponsive. I've attempted to log in directly and through Instagram, Facebook, and Google accounts. I've cleared cookies and browsing history, disabled my adblocker, and reset my password, but I continue to face the issue of the immovable slide button. I bought a product that never arrived, and I haven't been refunded. My order was scheduled to be delivered in early December [redacted] with buyer protection. Near the end of December, I got an email from DHL saying, "Regarding your support ticket, we regret to inform you that the shipment was not received at the collection point." I reached out to Aliexpress to request a refund due to the undelivered product, but I haven't received any response from them.

I raised a dispute on AliExpress regarding a faulty item, but we couldn't settle it, so AliExpress stepped in. Now, I've returned the defective product to the seller by depositing it with the shipping company and provided the tracking number in the dispute. Even though the tracking shows that the seller received the package, they haven't confirmed it. I've messaged them multiple times, but they're not responding or confirming the package.
