Dear AliExpress, I am a long-time member and have always been satisfied with my purchases until now. Unfortunately, I am facing a warranty issue with the seller Afalio Store regarding the tsw i10 tws wireless headphones I ordered (order number: [redacted][redacted]). The item has not been functional since I received it, and the seller's response has been unsatisfactory, causing me great frustration. Despite my attempts to seek a replacement, the seller's behavior has raised concerns of possible scamming. After spending 35.78 USD, I have been offered inadequate solutions, such as an old 10 USD item and a proposed 5 USD refund. I am not interested in any other offers from the seller and simply request a full refund. I appreciate your attention to this matter as the seller has been unable to resolve the issue to my satisfaction. Thank you for your help, I eagerly await your response.

Hello, I have not received any refund from NEWNANA Seller for order ID:[redacted][redacted] placed on 3/27/[redacted] at 16:24 for US$0.37 with supposed free shipping that they charged me $6.08 for. The total was $6.48, but the order was supposed to have free shipping as advertised. I do not appreciate the price increase due to the shipping cost. There are other sellers I have bought from who charge for shipping and do not claim it is free. I would like a refund so that I can purchase from a seller who values my business. I do not wish to do business with NEWNANA Store if they are not going to treat me well.

Hello, I have not received a refund from the NEWNANA Seller for Order ID: [redacted][redacted] placed on March 27, [redacted], at 16:24 for item priced at $0.37. There was an additional charge of $6.08 for shipping, although the order clearly stated "Free Shipping." I am disappointed with this discrepancy as it altered the total cost of my purchase. Unlike other sellers I have bought from, NEWNANA's shipping charges were not transparent. I would appreciate a refund so I can make a purchase from a more reliable seller. I recently placed an order and encountered difficulty applying the $10 off code for a $[redacted] purchase. Despite my attempts, the code did not work, and I accidentally confirmed the purchase without the discount. When I tried to re-order tonight, the same issue occurred again, causing frustration as I missed out on the discount. Due to the time spent on this problem, the sale ended, and the total increased by $25. I am disappointed and hope for a resolution. This recurring "INVALID CODE ISSUE" has affected my purchases for a year. I am seeking reimbursement for the $10 discount lost on the initial order and the subsequent order, as well as for the new order to be processed correctly. I was ready to pay for items that the seller and I agreed on when I noticed a sudden change in prices and specials. This concerns the Helisopus [redacted] new bright headband turban for women Muslim India hat cap big flowers women fashion hair accessories. I ordered [redacted] pieces in different colors (10 colors) with specific quantities for each. Previously, prices were $1.49, $1.53, and $1.74, totaling $[redacted].79 after my calculations, with the offer of free shipping for orders over $[redacted]. However, shortly after, prices increased to $1.60 and $1.77 per item, raising my total, and now free shipping is for orders over $[redacted]. The seller clarified that AliExpress made the changes, not them. Kindly provide the original prices to proceed with my payment. Thank you for your understanding.

I recently had a frustrating experience with a customer service representative. During my interactions, the representative did not provide their name which made addressing the issue more challenging. The individual's attitude was unprofessional and unhelpful. They dismissed my concerns about getting discounts during the Anniversary sale, stating that I was unfortunate and wouldn't receive any. When I tried to avail the $10 discount on a $[redacted] purchase, the system repeatedly failed to accept the code, even though my order met the requirements. This issue recurred later, resulting in losing out on the discount due to system errors, causing the total amount in my cart to increase after the sale ended. I hope the company can resolve this ongoing problem as I want to continue shopping on their site. I contacted customer service to rectify the situation, but the experience only added to my frustration. Hello, my name is L.J. and I have reached out to you multiple times regarding an order I placed with the NEWNANA Store on AliExpress. I purchased a ISHOWTIENDA Brand Liquid Glitter lipstick (ID: [redacted]4) on 3/27/[redacted] with an expected delivery date of 5/14 to the United States. The advertisement stated free shipping for $0.34, but when I proceeded to checkout, the price changed to $6.48. I contacted customer service and was informed about additional charges not disclosed in the ad. I feel misled and would like a refund of $6.48. Despite being a loyal customer and having spent a considerable amount on AliExpress, this experience has been disappointing. Once I receive my other 98 orders, I will no longer be shopping on the platform.

Hello, I recently purchased the Modern Rose flower lampshade table lamp for my bedroom, but it is still in the shipping process. I want to cancel this order as I found another lamp that I prefer. The new lamp I would like to order is the large rose flower ceramic table lamp with a red lampshade. It is already in my cart, and I hope to stop the shipment of the previous order. I recently placed an order for a bag with the order ID [redacted][redacted]. Unfortunately, the seller had some stock issues and canceled my order. I had already made the payment. Despite contacting the seller, I have not received the refund. The refund status shows as "closed" but no money has been credited back to my account. The seller claims they have issued the refund. I have been a long-time customer, but this delay is frustrating. I have tried various ways to resolve this through your app's chatbot with no success. If the refund is not processed soon, I will have to consider taking legal action. I have evidence from my bank statements that no refund has been received. Please expedite the refund process and send me an email confirmation.

On March 27, I purchased two Redmi Note 7 Pro phones with expedited DHL shipping to avoid delays. I am having trouble opening a dispute for the skirt I ordered from Wuwa Wuwa Store. Typically, I wear a medium size for skirts on AliExpress, but the one I received appears to be small. Normally, AliExpress provides a size chart to guide buyers, but Wuwa Wuwa Store did not offer one. I selected a medium without this guidance, assuming it would fit me as usual. However, upon arrival, the skirt is much smaller than expected, and I have only taken it out for photos, not worn it. I am seeking a return and refund for this item. This issue has been incredibly stressful. I never expected to consider closing my Aliexpress account. This is the first problem I've encountered shopping on their site. Despite the buyer protection in place, it seems ineffective. My order was sent to the United Kingdom but got returned to the seller by the shipping company, and I never received it, despite the high cost. I've contacted Aliexpress Support, Alibaba Support, provided evidence, tried to reach the seller, but with little to no success. This one issue could impact my future orders with Aliexpress. I hope they can resolve this soon as I've been a loyal customer for years. I can only wait and see what happens. Hello, I ordered a parcel five months ago. The seller initially gave me the wrong tracking number, which resulted in the package being delivered to another buyer in my country. Despite receiving the correct tracking number later, my parcel has not arrived after five months. I encountered an issue trying to use Paypal since the system mistakenly flagged my Visa card as expired. Despite having funds available on my Visa cash card, which works fine with Paypal, Alibaba is unable to process it. This forced me to go to the bank and make a TT payment instead of the convenience of paying online at home. Both Alibaba and AliExpress have not resolved this problem, making it frustrating for customers. I strongly believe the best solution is to avoid using AliExpress and Alibaba altogether.

My account was compromised, and unauthorized purchases were made. I contacted a customer service representative and requested to log out of all active sessions but was informed that it was not feasible, and changing my email was the only solution. I followed the advice, changed my login email, but found out today that the individual still using my session had arranged to ship an item I no longer want. I am seeking a full refund for this order and was assured by an AliExpress representative that changing my email would secure my account. Despite having changed my email, the unauthorized access persists, and this security vulnerability should not be occurring within a reputable company like AliExpress.

I recently ordered a product and was mistakenly charged for shipping, even though it was supposed to be free. I requested a refund of £5.13, the amount I overpaid. The seller confirmed they would refund me for the shipping cost, but I have not received it in my account yet. I'm concerned and wondering why the refund hasn't been processed. My order (order number: [redacted][redacted], tracking number: EA[redacted]00CN) got held up in customs for an extended period. Unfortunately, Aliexpress did not notify me about this delay, and the tracking number failed to offer timely updates. I missed any alerts regarding the customs hold, making it impossible for me to pay the necessary fees promptly. As a result of this oversight, customs returned my package to China.

My daughter purchased a prom dress using my credit card. Unfortunately, the dress received doesn't match the picture, leading to the need for a custom dress last minute. After conversing with customer service, we were advised to return it to China for a credit, which is costly for individuals. We expect a full refund promptly, as the error wasn't on our end. If not, I'll involve my bank to cancel the payment and report your company. I'm disheartened by the lack of response to our last conversation and require a shipping label before returning the dress.
