I am having trouble with a product I purchased from MI Life Home Store via AliExpress. I requested a return within 24 hours of receiving the product due to it not functioning on carpet. Despite multiple return requests being denied, the vendor claims the item is a child's toy vacuum, which is not how it was advertised or sold. I am frustrated and feel misled. Order [redacted][redacted] Hello, Months ago, I ordered a DOOGEE S96Pro from Banggood and have been very satisfied with it. Just a few days ago, I purchased a Lenovo P11 for my wife, so I am familiar with how an 11-inch tablet with Android 11 works! Based on my positive experiences with Banggood, I ordered the powerful Pad 6 Pro from you. Today, I received your product. Your delivery is not satisfactory! I ordered an 11-inch tablet, but it is only 10 inches! It does not have Android 11 but Android 10, and I couldn't find an update function. I also ordered it because of the fingerprint sensor, which is not included. The Bluetooth functionality is very poor. The camera quality is subpar. I am very sad and disappointed... I placed an order on AliExpress at the end of September with an expected arrival date of November 18th. Unfortunately, it did not arrive on time but instead was held at the customs office in my city. The customs have informed me that I cannot receive the item due to a missing ingredients list, which is not a requirement in the EU. I initiated a dispute a month ago and have been in contact with the seller, but there have been no updates. I am concerned about not receiving a refund as the seller claims. The dispute is closed, and I am unable to reopen it. How can I reach out to AliExpress from Germany? Can I submit a complaint or open a new dispute? Any assistance is welcomed.

I received my car radio order, but unfortunately, the screen arrived shattered. I filed a dispute, and the Srnubi Franchise Store sent me a new touch screen which I paid $0.10 for as per policy. The touch screen arrived in good condition, but now I have discovered that the LCD screen is also broken. Although the store agreed to replace it, they have not been responding to my messages recently. I kindly request that Srnubi fulfill their promise and send me the replacement LCD screen for the car radio. My order number is [redacted][redacted]. Thank you.

Hello, My SmartWatch is not connecting to the app on my phone anymore, making it useless. Since it is under warranty, I contacted the seller. They sent me a video on how to connect the watch, but unfortunately, it's not working. I tried watching online tutorials with no success. I then asked the seller for either an exchange or a refund, but unfortunately, I have had no luck. I am unable to get in touch with the seller anymore. I recently received my massage machine, but accidentally marked it as received while trying to understand the website. I contacted the supplier to reverse the order status, but they insisted the item was en route. Upon arrival, I noticed the case for my massage machine was damaged. I attempted to dispute this, but due to my premature confirmation of receipt, I cannot open a dispute now. The seller suggested a link for return, but it is ineffective because of the initial button press issue. Hello, I purchased a LiFePo battery on AliExpress. Upon arrival, I discovered that it was not a LiFePo battery but a different one that was also defective. I contacted the seller to exchange it. I inquired about where to send it back, whether to China or to the carrier in Berlin, but did not receive a response. I decided to return the battery to Berlin within the deadline and informed the seller of the tracking number. The seller then mentioned that I should send it back to China. Since then, I haven't heard anything from the seller. I filed a buyer protection claim with PayPal, providing details, photos, and a video of the issue. Now PayPal has closed the case, claiming I didn't provide enough information. I've lost both the money and the battery, and it seems like no one is taking responsibility.

Order ID: [redacted][redacted] I'm having trouble with a seller on Alibaba who is refusing to issue a refund unless I return the fake memory card I purchased, even though the cost of returning it exceeds the value of the product. Despite sending video evidence of the scam, the seller is uncooperative, claiming that other customers have already left positive reviews. Alibaba must address this copyright infringement issue with the XIAOMI memory cards. These 1 TB cards are actually 80 GB and likely contain a virus that deceives buyers into thinking they have saved files on them. Such blatant scams cannot be allowed to continue on the platform. This seller's store should be shut down immediately. I have escalated the dispute with additional clear video evidence, but I am doubtful that the seller will comply.

The seller provided inaccurate delivery details, and upon reaching out, they froze the order. Regrettably, the website does not offer a cancelation option due to the freeze. I can provide proof if necessary. The total amount charged was $34.18, and the items were sent to an address in Vancouver, where I have no connections. We recently purchased a product from AliExpress, but it arrived without instructions, screws, programming guide, return address, or any accompanying document.
