Hello, I need your help. I ordered an e-bike from AliExpress, but the seller informed me that they are out of stock and asked me to wait 60 days. We had an argument initially, but then the seller promised to send bike accessories as gifts. Following the seller's suggestion, I extended the protection time to 60 days, although now I've changed my mind and would like a refund. The seller has not shipped the item yet, and I want to cancel my order. Despite my multiple cancellation requests, the seller has not accepted it and is unresponsive to my messages. I placed an order on 11.06.22 for an iPhone X screen. During checkout, I chose to pay using Bizum since I was at work without my card. I have a screenshot showing "payment made" and €28.98 was deducted from my account labeled "Bizum purchase Alipay 11/06/[redacted]." However, I never received a confirmation email. I tried to contact the seller, but since it's not in my orders, I suspect it's a scam! I want my money back immediately. You need to improve your seller verification process! As it was paid through Bizum, my bank cannot stop the transaction. It's your responsibility, and I demand my money back now! I will not let this go; my next step is to file a complaint with AliExpress online. I expect to hear from you regarding my refund promptly. I have photos of the confirmed order and the money deducted from my bank account.

Hello, my name is Justus H. I purchased three sweaters on June 4th with order number [redacted][redacted]. I found that the sweaters did not fit properly and tried to return them. I contacted the seller, who confirmed the return. I packed the sweaters in their original packaging and have been waiting for a return e-ticket to send the package back. Despite sending three emails and two messages via the AliExpress messenger, I have not received the return e-ticket. The response I received was to #mail it back# without any further instructions. I am unsure of what steps to take next as my latest message has been read but not answered. Your prompt assistance would be greatly appreciated.

The seller is a scammer. They deducted money for purchases I did not make. Several transactions were made to withdraw funds. Orders were not visible, and during this period, there was a dispute to refund me 0.01 RUB, but purchases were made for [redacted] and [redacted]. The third transaction for [redacted] failed due to insufficient funds on the card. I request a refund and punishment for this seller for such actions. On the same day, several more such transactions were made by the seller, judging by the reviews on their store.

I purchased an air humidifier (Order ID: [redacted][redacted]) but encountered issues with the tracking stating "sorting center handling problem." I reached out to the seller (Shop: Kindream Store) regarding this, but received no response to my messages. The tracking then showed "Parcel returned to sender via express and accepted by carrier," followed by "Parcel returned to sender and signed successfully." Hello, I have encountered an issue with two sellers on NGAGA Store Order No. [redacted][redacted] and Awakened Store Order No. [redacted][redacted]. Despite sending the orders and tracking their delivery, both sellers have been unresponsive to my messages regarding my concerns. I purchased three packages totaling over $[redacted]. Despite the post office confirming delivery, I never received the items. One package contained a black leather backpack with a 3D skull, valued at almost $70. My dispute was rejected as I couldn't prove the package never reached the post office, even though it was confirmed delivered. I suspect it may have been stolen. Navigating the AliExpress dispute system has been challenging due to technical issues and slow typing speed during live chat. This has been an everyday struggle for over a week, causing considerable frustration. I cannot afford to lose this money and seek assistance in obtaining a full refund since I already replaced the backpack elsewhere. It appears the seller should have had insurance on the package.

Hello, I recently ordered shorts on AliExpress and unfortunately received them in a ripped/defective condition. I initiated a dispute for a return, initially aiming for a refund without having to return the item. However, the seller requested a return for a refund, which I reluctantly agreed to. The dispute status now indicates that I need to return the item, but I noticed there was no return label provided. After discussing with the seller, we have mutually agreed to proceed with a refund without the return. Although the seller confirmed this arrangement, the dispute still prompts me to return the item. I have initiated the return process with tracking number [redacted][redacted]. Unfortunately, I forgot to request the "free return label" as specified in the instructions provided. Despite completing all the other steps, I did not select the "AliExpress Free Returns Service" to obtain the label. I have not yet shipped the package and am seeking urgent assistance in obtaining the free return label to avoid cancellation of my return and refund. The product I received was defective, and the seller offered a partial refund of 30€ to close the dispute. Despite this, I encountered serious mechanical issues, resulting in a safety hazard that caused me to fall and injure myself. The seller's response has been unsatisfactory, offering me only 15€ for the accident and suggesting I send the product for repair at my own cost. After the initial repair, the scooter was returned with the packaging nearly damaged and the same problems persisting. The steering shakes and the safety lever still malfunctions while driving, posing a significant risk. The seller continues to refuse a refund and insists on further repairs, even though the issues remain. Additionally, the scooter experienced a complete electronic failure, rendering it unusable. I am seeking a full refund and request that this seller be prohibited from selling substandard products on the ALIEXPRESS platform. I have provided the seller with numerous pictures and videos to support my claims of the product's defects.

Hello, I ordered an inverter from Powland on AliExpress (Order Number: [redacted][redacted]) which arrived defective. I immediately filed a complaint and opened a dispute. They told me to close the dispute, otherwise, I would have to send the item back to China at my own expense. They promised to send replacement parts, but they have not done so yet, and I feel like I'm being lied to. I have paid around [redacted]€ for a brand-new item that does not work. Hello, I purchased a mini drill for €10.29 from XINGWEIQIANG-09 Store. Upon receiving the item, I discovered it operates at [redacted] RPM instead of the advertised [redacted] RPM. After contacting the seller, we agreed on a partial refund of $5, but I am seeking a full refund or a replacement as the drill is unusable for me. Hello. I need assistance with making payments, possibly due to my past association with Sberbank, a Russian bank. Slovenia ceased ties with Russian banks 3 months ago. We transitioned to NLB's N bank, but still use Mastercards. Despite being a Platinum member, I've been unable to make purchases on Aliexpress for the past 3 months. Hello, I am experiencing difficulty receiving a refund from AliExpress. Dealing with this issue has been frustrating and time-consuming. I’ve reached out to both the seller and AliExpress customer service but have not received the assistance I need. My tracking number is [redacted]9 with DHL. I purchased 6 sets of lingerie, but upon seeing the poor quality, I only kept one set. I believe I am owed a refund for the 5 sets I returned. AliExpress claims they can't issue the refund because the order I returned is incomplete due to me keeping one set. This rationale seems unfair as I returned the remaining sets and should still be refunded accordingly. I am seeking help to resolve this matter as AliExpress has not connected me to a live agent when interacting with customer support.

On June 11, [redacted], I placed an order for doll stands but realized the address was incorrect. I contacted the seller, canceled the order, and placed a new order with the correct address on the same day. The seller refunded me for the first order, but later on June 12, they messaged me to cancel the order, which I missed. They insisted on canceling the first order, which I had already done, and said the second order was "frozen" for potential risks. Despite assuring them the second order had the correct address, they did not refund my payment. The seller advised me to contact their support team for a refund. I am frustrated as they canceled the order and kept my money without providing the product. I want to resolve this matter promptly since I rely on limited funds. Hello, I recently purchased dampers for my Hyundai i20n model year [redacted] from a seller on AliExpress. Despite the seller listing them as compatible, upon their arrival, I discovered that they do not fit my car. The brackets had M8 threads, while the existing bolts on my car are M10 with a different pitch, rendering the dampers unusable. I opened a dispute with the seller explaining the issue and requested a refund with the return shipping costs covered by the seller. Despite attempted solutions, including the seller sending additional brackets that also did not fit, AliExpress ruled that I must return the item at my own expense to receive a refund. On June 3, [redacted], I placed an order on Aliexpress for two HP 11 print heads, 1 yellow and 1 magenta, at the Print Color Store, paid with Mastercard credit card number 5[redacted] 0[redacted], and received the invoice attached to the message sent to the seller. The order was placed by Riccardo Rampino, but the invoice does not have the name, it shows "User [redacted]". The issue is that Alibaba sellers don't have direct emails, and communication is only through the account, which is not ideal. In my case, the messages were blocked in the account created with my email for unknown reasons, and I can't remember which account I used to place the order. So, I created another account with a different email to contact the seller since I couldn't communicate with them otherwise. I reached out to the seller from this new account, providing all the necessary details to inquire about my order, which I haven't received yet, and attaching the invoice issued by them. However, the seller strangely claims twice to not have received the order. This seems impossible, given that the invoice was issued, and my bank confirmed the payment. I find it hard to believe that an order, with so many provided details, cannot be traced just because I can't recall which account or method I used to place it! The print heads were paid for €48.65, the order number on the invoice is 8[redacted] 3[redacted]. I also tried to recover the forgotten account, but it stops at the green checkmark as if everything is okay, and then nothing. Could this be a scam by someone we are unaware of?

Hello, I placed several orders for Pokemon birthday decorations (paper cups, plates, straws, tablecloth, party hats, balloons, etc.). According to the tracking information, the shipments have been delivered. However, upon contacting DHL, I was informed that the items were returned to the sender due to damage. I urgently need these items for my daughter's birthday on July 29, [redacted].
