My address is [redacted] S Lacrosse, Chicago, IL [redacted]. However, all my packages are being sent to a different address. When they print out the package code, the computer changes it to a different street name. I'm not sure if this is a scam. I've only received two packages from AliExpress, but I have 42 more on the way. 12 packages are currently at the post office, but they won't release them to me. One package indicates "Avers Apt," while mine is on Lacrosse. This issue has caused me to lose 8 packages already. I need this corrected as soon as possible.

We need to return a package due to the supplier sending the wrong item number. Despite our efforts to contact them through AliExpress messaging, we have not received a response. The return address provided in the system is different from the one indicated on the delivery note. It appears to be an incomplete private address: Return Address: Contact Name: chenxiyuan Street Address: Opposite Guiyu Middle School, Huamei Township City: shan tou shi State/Province/Region: guang dong sheng Country/Region: China Zip/Postal Code: [redacted] Phone Number: [redacted]3 The delivery note displays a different address for Guangzhou Saiying Technology Co. LTD with missing contact information crucial for customs clearance. The store where the purchase was made is named "Trustpass electronic Store," providing yet another discrepancy. We seek guidance on how to proceed in returning the package. Contact via email ([redacted]) or phone +43/[redacted]/[redacted]-11 is appreciated.

Upon receiving the package, I found that 7 out of the 25 items I ordered had arrived broken. Before opening a dispute, I spoke with the seller, who agreed to refund only the damaged items. Unfortunately, Aliexpress advised me to return the products for a refund, which was not feasible as they were small glass pieces that I had already disposed of. I reached out to Aliexpress Customer Service, and Icy recommended not adding a tracking number to the dispute and allowing it to close first. I must now contact them again, providing the agent with case ID [redacted][redacted] for them to file an appeal on my behalf. With the dispute now closed, I am unsure of the next steps to take.

I placed an order for approximately 20 packages on AliExpress yesterday, April 10, [redacted]. When I made the orders, I carefully entered my shipping information as follows: Name: Ayah Choudhury Address: [redacted] Alverstone Avenue City: London Postal Code: EN4 8EE I even double-checked the address to ensure its accuracy. However, today, April 11, I received notifications that most of my orders have been shipped, but the shipping addresses are completely different, going to another person in a different location. I have reached out to several sellers, some were able to redirect the packages, but others stated that the items have already been shipped and cannot be changed. This error has resulted in a waste of my money. I provided the correct details at the time of ordering, so I believe there is a system issue on your platform. I would like a refund for the orders with incorrect addresses that have already been shipped.

I purchased the TL866 II Plus with 17 Adapters from a seller who has disappeared. DHL Express confirmed that the waybill number provided by the seller is incorrect. Despite my attempts to contact the seller, they are unresponsive. AliExpress requires me to wait 10 days before filing a dispute. This delay is inconvenient as I urgently need the item for a repair job in my workshop. I have been a loyal AliExpress customer for over 5 years and this experience has been disappointing. I urge AliExpress to intervene promptly, provide a refund for Order ID: [redacted][redacted], valued at US$ 43.25, so I can order a replacement immediately. Thank you.

The battery pack type I received differs from what I ordered. The pack sent has one flat pole on the wrong side, unlike the two flat poles shown in the order. I attached images for reference ("ordered.jpg" and "received_and_old.jpg"). I cannot bear the high return shipping costs and insist on either receiving the correct product or a full refund. The seller agreed to the return but does not cover the return shipping fees. Despite my message, they haven't responded, leaving me in a difficult situation. I reiterate that I am unwilling to pay the steep return shipping charges. I request a shipping label or the correct item sent without the need for the incorrect one to be returned. I prefer responses in English or German.

I purchased three Bakugan toys from the seller "Shop[redacted]" with Order No. [redacted][redacted]. The toys were supposed to be 3 inches/10 centimeters tall, but I found that they did not match the advertised height. Despite reaching out to the seller twice, they did not acknowledge or respond to my messages. Even AliExpress only offered a refund for two of the items and not the third. I have escalated the issue by opening a dispute, but have yet to receive any updates. I am still waiting for the refund for the two toys. I hope to hear back soon and resolve this matter promptly. I've been attempting to reach AlliExpress's customer service for several days without success. I bought a dress from Luck Store, which arrived damaged. Although I couldn't locate the 15-day return option, I opened a dispute. The seller didn't assist me in returning the item, leading to the closure of the dispute without a refund or return option. The seller has been unresponsive to my complaints and continues to send out orders. The dress was different from the picture, with a dark red color instead of raspberry and green leaves instead of blue. I also found a small tear at the top where the straps are located, and there were no buttons or connectors for the straps. I ask that someone address this issue promptly. Thank you.

Hello, I'm reaching out about two orders I placed on AliExpress. Order number [redacted][redacted] and order number [redacted][redacted]. I made these purchases in November, and from January onwards, I've been receiving letters from FedEx requesting additional fees for both orders. Recently, I received debt collection reminders. I'm puzzled because I've already contacted the sellers, who assured me that I shouldn't owe anything beyond what was paid during the initial purchase. It's worth noting that I get FedEx letters long after receiving my orders, and the delivery person didn't mention any extra payments during the delivery. Could you assist me? After returning order #[redacted][redacted] and confirming receipt by the buyer on 01/17/[redacted], they informed me that they processed the refund and that AliExpress would make it effective within 3 to 20 days. Having waited over 20 days without receiving the refund, I contacted AliExpress customer service and was informed that it would take 10 business days to resolve the issue, followed by an email notification. After more than 10 business days without a response or refund, I reached out to AliExpress customer service again, and this time on 03/12/[redacted], I was told they would contact the seller and to await their response. As of today, 04/11/[redacted], I have not received any answers or the refund. I am very unhappy with the service provided.

Hello, I am Bozgan Michel Jaqueline. I placed 12 orders on January 11th, but none of them have arrived. The packages were consolidated in Hungary into one large package for combined delivery with tracking number LA[redacted]86HU. This package has not reached me, and my local post office claims it was delivered. I have visited the post office five times, but they refuse to assist me, stating it is not their responsibility. The sellers on Aliexpress are reluctant to refund me for the undelivered packages, causing me to lose a significant amount of money, approximately 69 dollars when converted to my currency. I have been a loyal Aliexpress customer for years and never expected such an issue. I am unsure who is at fault - whether the packages were never dispatched, the address was incorrect, or if a fake tracking number was provided. It's concerning that all 12 packages seem to have gone missing without a trace. Can you please help me obtain refunds for these packages so I can reorder? Thank you for your assistance in advance.

I ordered two phones from ALIExpress, but when they arrived and I charged them, I realized that the batteries did not perform as promised. The batteries lost almost all their power after 2 hours of use. I contacted the seller asking for a free return label and a refund. The seller insists that I must pay for the return shipping. I have now involved PAYPAL but still have not received a clear return address that a German citizen can understand. I'm experiencing an issue with an item I purchased - a pair of 8-inch thigh-high pole boots. Initially, they looked great, but unfortunately, both boots ripped during my first use on a carpeted surface. Despite reaching out to the seller, they refused to assist, claiming it was due to improper use, which I find offensive considering my extensive experience as a professional dancer. I believe the material used in the boots was of poor quality, leading to the damage. I bought a wig from Ueenly Official Store around a month or two ago. After noticing the wig lace didn't match the advertisement, I reached out to the seller. The seller promised to send a replacement wig but requested a 5-star review first. I left the review as requested. However, when I asked for a tracking number for the replacement, the seller provided an incorrect one. Upon informing them of the mistake, I was blocked from contacting the seller.

Hello, I am encountering an issue with a seller on March 17th. I purchased a dress from AliExpress and inquired about the delivery timeframe before making the purchase.
