Dear AliExpress, I purchased two LCD screens for my phone from AliExpress, but unfortunately, both turned out to be faulty. I have returned the packages to AliExpress but have not received my refund yet. This has happened to me before, where I returned a screen but did not get a refund. Please assist me this time as this has greatly affected me. I am an older individual, and this situation has ruined my Christmas and cost me a significant amount of money and time to have them fitted at a phone shop.

The item was not delivered. I opened a dispute, which was resolved in favor of the seller, claiming the package was delivered. The seller refuses to refund my money despite my requests. According to German law, I have the right to a refund and to return the item, even if it was delivered. I am willing to return the contents of the package (which I never received) in exchange for my money back. The seller is not responding anymore. Who can assist me with this situation?

I recently discovered that returning the goods is necessary to receive a refund, why was this not communicated to me beforehand? I am confused about who will cover the return shipping costs and where should I send the items? I feel frustrated that decisions are being made without my input or explanation. I received the incorrect product, and the seller insists it was my mistake, which is not the case. I have a video demonstrating that the straps do not fit the Xiaomi Mi Band 5 watch, the item I intended to purchase the straps for. If I must return the merchandise due to the seller's error, why am I responsible for shipping fees exceeding the product's cost?

I received an item that did not meet my expectations. The hair quality was poor, and the lace was uneven, making it challenging to install. The seller refused a refund unless I gave a 5-star review, which I find unfair. She mentioned a refund being processed on December 22nd but did not provide any confirmation email. Three months ago, I placed an order that was tracked to have arrived at my location, but unfortunately, I did not receive it as it was lost in transit. I have an email confirmation from my post office to support this. Despite the seller's willingness to provide a full refund, my dispute labeled "did not receive the product" on Aliexpress was closed citing an "Invalid cause." I have been attempting to reach out to customer service for over three weeks, but have only received automated responses. I recently made my first order on AliExpress and logged in using my Apple ID. However, when trying to log in again, it directed me to a different account where I cannot see my order. I have bank statements showing the payment to AliExpress for eyelash materials, but I don't have an order number. I am concerned about losing £25 and unsure when I will receive my order. Order number [redacted]: [redacted][redacted]. I have reached out to AliExpress five times since November 12th regarding the wrong product received. Despite assurances, a clear solution has not been provided. During chats with Sammy on November 24th and Eva on December 2nd, I was promised a resolution within a specific timeline, but it has not been fulfilled. Receiving an email on December 17th, I was informed that due to lack of evidence, the dispute was closed, and the payment was released to the seller. To address this, I was given two options: to negotiate a refund with the seller by returning the product at my own expense or accept a partial refund of $10 without returning the item. After replying to the email, I have not received a response, and the seller has been unresponsive. I simply want to receive the correct product I ordered and have no use for the incorrect items.

I purchased a product and returned it for a refund as agreed with the seller. However, after sending the item back to China and providing the tracking number, the seller has not refunded me as promised and has now blocked me. Despite contacting customer service multiple times, the issue remains unresolved. The agents keep repeating the same instructions to cooperate with the seller, but the vendor has blocked me, making it impossible to do so. I was told the vendor would have to refund me or send a replacement product, but due to being blocked, this seems unlikely. I received two jackets that are smaller than described. I want to return both for a refund. The first dispute allowed a full refund for one jacket, which I accepted. The second jacket dispute ended with a partial refund and let me keep the small jacket. I cannot use it and wish to return both in one package to the seller, who agrees with this. Hello, I am having trouble accessing my account on AliExpress. Over the years, I have faced difficulties signing in using various methods provided. Currently, I am confused because I see two accounts, but neither of them shows my purchase history. On your website in early November [redacted], I subscribed to a Dreame offer for a Bot D9 Max with an expected shipping date of November 25, [redacted]. I paid EUR [redacted].10, as visible in my bank statement. However, I have not received any order number or the product itself. Today, after unsuccessful attempts with customer service, I contacted [redacted] requesting the item which I am still interested in or a refund. I am frustrated. I bought this phone in April. It arrived a month later. Three weeks after restarting my phone, I received a notification on the Bison start screen stating, "DM Verity corruption. Your phone is corrupted and cannot be trusted. Press the power button or it will shut off in 5 seconds." Even after pressing the power button, most functions of the phone don't work. I am able to email, text, and call, but nothing else works. I contacted AliExpress for buyer protection, but they dismissed my concerns since it was past 3 weeks from the order date, despite taking 4 weeks for the phone to arrive. I reached out to the seller for an honor under Umidigi's one-year manufacturer's warranty, but they are asking me to ship it back to China at my expense, leading to a lengthy process for repair or refund. I am dissatisfied with this as the whole point of a warranty was to cover the product. Both the manufacturer and seller are not offering viable solutions. I have been trying to resolve this for 6 to 7 months now with no success, as everyone seems to be passing the responsibility. I am considering involving Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and the FCC as this situation is unacceptable. Consumers should not have to question the validity of warranties when purchasing from a reputed company.

Hello, For a few months now, I have been trying to contact AliExpress regarding a purchase that arrived and is not working. I opened a dispute that was closed without a valid reason, while the item is still not functioning. The seller is giving me the runaround, asking for nonsensical things. I don't know what else to do. Regarding Order Number: [redacted][redacted], I received the wrong seat cover for my BMW E39. The seller claimed it was a universal fit, but upon receiving it, I found that it did not match my car seats. The seller mentioned the thin cloth sides were for airbags, which my car model does not have in the seats. After requesting a return, the seller asked me to cover the return shipping costs, even though the mistake was on their end. I have been a loyal customer on AliExpress and have never encountered such issues before. I am currently awaiting a response from AliExpress on how to proceed with the return.

I am expressing my extreme disappointment with a seller who I believe has acted unethically. The seller, from the shop called EXDOLL Official Store, mislead me by displaying inaccurate product images and then sent me a different product. Upon receiving it, I requested a refund on the same day due to dissatisfaction. However, the seller started behaving rudely and unprofessionally, refusing to cooperate. This experience was truly awful as it seems like the seller aimed to deceive buyers and ignore customer concerns. Unfortunately, I have been scammed out of $[redacted] with no resolution in sight. I urge others to steer clear of this seller to avoid similar circumstances.
