I have been experiencing issues with the code not arriving on my cell phone for several weeks now. I am unable to report my received order shipments due to this problem. I ordered a product, but it arrived damaged. I opened a dispute for a refund, hoping to use the free return label and drop off at a local warehouse service the seller supposedly offers on AliExpress. However, I can't locate these services on the website. The seller now wants me to cancel the dispute and reorder to initiate a return, which doesn't seem right.

Dear team, I placed an order for some products on your online store, but it has been 5 months without any delivery. I have been attempting to request a refund, but I am encountering difficulties due to the buyer protection ending after 15 days. The seller is unwilling to cooperate and does not believe my claims. I am seeking a refund from Ally Express. I do not feel that my complaint is being taken seriously. I have provided evidence in the form of videos and pictures showing that the seller sent my package to the incorrect address. I have contacted the post office, but they informed me that there is nothing they can do due to the incorrect address. As a result, the delivery was unsuccessful, and I did not receive my package. I have been dealing with this issue for over two months, and I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service provided.

I am having trouble logging into my AliExpress account. The page prompts me to enter a 6-digit login number that should be sent via text, but I have not received any SMS codes for over a week. This issue prevents me from accessing my account to track received items or place new orders. I urge the site to address this problem promptly to ensure customers can log in without hindrance.

Poštovani, Imam problem sa povraćajem novca za paket koji mi nije isporučen u zakonskom roku koji je naznačen za isporuku. Poručio sam varalice (ukupno 7 varalica) za ribolov od jednog prodavca sa vašeg portala čije je ime MOLOCA Oficial Store. Nakon isteka predviđenog vremena za dostavu paketa, uložio sam žalbu i zatražio refundaciju novca na račun jer mi paket nije stigao u zakonski predviđenom roku, zapravo uopšte nisam dobio paket od prodavca. On uporno odbija da mi refundira novac sa obrazloženjem da je paket poslao i da se on nalazi u mojoj zemlji. Takođe me upućuje na poštu u Srbiji da tamo lično odem i proverim gde se paket nalazi, što sam na kraju i učinio iako to nije moja obaveza. U pošti su mi rekli da nema nikakvog paketa za mene poručenog preko AliExpress-a i da proverim da li mi je prodavac uopšte poslao paket, na šta on tvrdi da jeste. Prodavac uporno odbija da mi refundira novac iako sam ja uložio žalbu na osnovu neisporučenog paketa i zatražio refundaciju novca. Molim vas da mi pomognete oko rešavanja ovog problema i da me obavestite o mojim zakonskim pravima koje mogu iskoristiti protiv prodavca sa vašeg portala koji ne želi da mi vrati novac na račun jer mi paket nije uručen ni posle isteka zakonskog roka. Regarding my order RB[redacted]44SG, it has arrived in Saudi Arabia but in a different town, not at my address or with my phone number. I contacted the Saudi post office, but they won't deliver it due to the lack of my contact details. I reached out to AliExpress for help, but they were uncooperative. Despite starting a dispute and appeal, AliExpress rejected it because the tracking showed delivery in Saudi. Unfortunately, I have not received the order nor a refund.

Hello, I placed an order on AliExpress expecting it to be shipped with AliExpress Standard Shipping, but instead, the local company Coli privé in France delivered it. Unfortunately, this company has a history of losing parcels and failed deliveries without notifying customers. I previously had issues with order number C[redacted][redacted] as they returned it to China without attempting to deliver. Now, with order C[redacted][redacted] showing as delivered when it's not, and the concierge not receiving anything, I am concerned. I have filed a complaint with the company but haven't heard back yet. Many others have faced similar problems with this carrier. I would like a refund for my latest order C[redacted][redacted]. My next order, C[redacted][redacted], is also with Coli privé, and I hope they will manage to deliver it without any problems. Kindly avoid using Coli privé for my future shipments on AliExpress, as I value being a good client.

I purchased a phone from a seller named topco on AliExpress on the 11th of this month. This seller offered shipping options, and I selected Aramex for its speedy shipping, based on my past positive experiences. However, on the 12th, the seller provided a fake tracking number that cannot be found in the system. When I inquired about this with the seller, they dismissed my concerns and told me to be patient. I feel uneasy about this situation and no longer trust this seller. Consequently, I am requesting a refund.

I collected my parcel last Thursday but could only open it today as it was a gift for my friend. The parcel contained 3 orders instead of 4, listed as delivered on my statement but missing. The items were from AliExpress - one parcel had 4 charms, another had a charger, and the third had two beauty sponges, but the 7 charms were absent. I tried to dispute this on AliExpress, but it was marked as delivered. The service provided disappointed me; my marked "delivered" parcel was incomplete, and no one verified it. I am frustrated and hope for a resolution to get my money back, as I will not pay for undelivered items meant as a gift.

Hello, I'm a loyal AliExpress customer. I've never had issues with fraud until today when a seller unfairly took my money. Despite trying to resolve the situation, I was shocked to find out the parcel was returned to the sender. The seller suggested I contact AliExpress for a resolution, but I fear I won't receive a refund. Please assist me with this matter.

Order ID [redacted][redacted] I purchased two sets of 50-piece kids masks, but the seller informed me they couldn't fulfill the order due to lack of stock. Although I opened a dispute, I could only do so for one set at a time. I have received a refund of $10.36 for the dinosaur masks, which shows up in the refund information tab of my order. However, I have not received a refund for the 50-piece cars masks, and even though the system says the dispute is closed, I am still missing the $10.36 for this item. I have attempted to contact the seller with no response since they informed me about the stock issue. My main concern is when I will receive the refund for the 50-piece cars masks.

I purchased two Xiomi Redmi Note 10 Pro mobile phones for their advanced specifications. Sadly, the seller sent fake phones that did not match the listed specifications. They had a display resolution of [redacted] x [redacted] pixels instead of the advertised [redacted] × [redacted] pixels, and a 2-core MT6572 CPU instead of the promised 10-core MTK6763. Despite opening a dispute, only 10% of the amount was refunded. Two AliExpress chat representatives acknowledged the problem and assured me it would be fixed. However, no further communication or resolution has been provided by AliExpress since their promises.

I made an order in May, but the item was returned, and I have not received it. The order ID is [redacted][redacted]. I have contacted the seller multiple times. Initially, they said they could send the item again, but then requested that I go to AliExpress to apply for a refund. Please review the message history between me and the seller. I recently cancelled my order on AliExpress and received a message about refund details. However, I am unable to find the button to proceed with the refund. Despite reaching out to the seller and seeing that they read my message, I have not received a response. I cancelled the order shortly after placing it as I realized it was the last of my funds and did not want to proceed with the purchase. AliExpress confirms that the order has been cancelled, making it unlikely that the item has been shipped already.

I placed an order with you on 12/11 just before midnight. 20 minutes later, I canceled the items "Decorative Wooden Foldable Sofa Side Table Multifunctional Modern Adjustable Coffee Night Living Room," "For iPhone 7 6 6S 8 Plus Case Luxury Original Liquid Silicone Soft Cover For iPhone 11 12 Pro X XR XS Max Shockproof Phone Case," and "ZhangJi 3 Modes Bathroom Shower Adjustable Jetting Shower Head High Pressure Water Saving Bathroom Anion Filter Shower SPA Nozzle (for 6.40€)." The whole order was made through Klarna, where I have to pay the invoice after 2 weeks. Despite the cancellation, Klarna still shows all 3 items. I also canceled another item, and it was promptly removed from the invoice by the seller. I contacted the sellers of the aforementioned 3 products, but I have not received a proper response.
