Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, Ich möchte Sie über den aktuellen Stand meiner Buchung bei Airbnb informieren. Ich habe einige Schwierigkeiten mit der Gastgeberin Aischa erlebt, nachdem ich die Unterkunft über Airbnb gebucht und bezahlt habe. Nachdem ich die Zahlung per Paypal getätigt habe, forderte Aischa mich auf, den Betrag zusätzlich auf ihr Konto zu überweisen, was zu Missverständnissen führte. Nach Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Airbnb-Support wurde mir versichert, dass es sich um ein Missgeschick handelte, das inzwischen behoben ist. Trotzdem konnte ich aufgrund weiterer Probleme nicht in die gebuchte Wohnung einchecken und musste mich selbst um eine Unterkunft kümmern, was letztendlich zu zusätzlichen Kosten führte. Die Situation führte bei mir zu gesundheitlichen Problemen, die mich dazu zwangen, Medikamente zu nehmen. Aus diesem Grund bitte ich um Erstattung der entstandenen Kosten für das Hotel, Fahrtkosten und eine Entschädigung für mein Unbehagen. Hello Team, I had my reservation in Montréal, Canada canceled by Airbnb without any explanation. This was a crucial trip to meet a person of influence in the country. I have invested a significant amount in my travels worldwide and never encountered such an issue before. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will have to consider using a different platform that can secure my reservation effectively. Hello, I received a message stating that my payments may be blocked unless I provide details such as my fiscal number. The issue here is that the apartment I rent through Airbnb belongs to my father, but I have authorization to manage it. My father receives the rent and reports it to the Belgian tax authorities. Since the rental income is already declared, I believe I should not need to provide my details since I do not directly receive the rent. How can I address this matter? Thank you for your assistance.

I made a payment of $1,[redacted].98 to Airbnb for a 5-night stay in Montreal at an apartment hosted by Vivi. The total included $1,[redacted].36 for the stay plus additional fees and taxes. The booking confirmation code is HMXHX3Y233. Due to water damage at the original location, Vivi offered a replacement at [redacted] Rue William with a daily rate of $[redacted]. After staying at the new apartment, I inquired about a refund for the price difference but have not received a response from Vivi despite reaching out twice.

I prepaid for a month in July for August in Orlando for my 74-year-old father. Upon checking the apartment, we found the bathroom to be very small. We contacted the office to inquire about changing to a different apartment or receiving a refund. The staff was unwilling to provide a refund or change the apartment. We were even willing to pay the difference in rent for an alternate unit, but no solution was offered.

Including Taxes Information, I am a Namibian citizen and own a family Airbnb property in Namibia, registered in the country where I pay taxes. However, Airbnb is asking for my EU tax details to process payments. Why am I being asked for this additional tax information? How can I prevent double taxation or having to pay taxes in two different countries? It seems unnecessary for my family in Namibia, who are also property shareholders, to be involved in this when the business operates solely in Namibia. Thank you, Frieda

I made a reservation at Powerscroft Rd in Hackney, London, from October 25th to November 1st. I needed to cancel due to personal reasons. Although it was non-refundable, the Host has agreed to a refund if Airbnb can release the blocked dates promptly. I have contacted them and need assistance to expedite this process. It has been two weeks since the refund status was updated, but I have not yet received the refund due to changing my online debit card number. Yesterday, I removed the old debit card number and replaced it with the new one, but the refund is still pending. I contacted Airbnb customer support two days ago via phone call and text message, but I have not received any updates from them yet. I have recently added a new home, "Harbin Dr Home Sweet Home," to my existing properties for my son with a separate payout method. Airbnb has confirmed the bank account for payouts, but two bookings are not being deposited into that account. Despite contacting support for the past week, the issue persists. I was promised a call back from someone in payouts within 2-3 hours, which never happened. My requests to speak with a supervisor have been denied. Hello, I prefer to pay in euros instead of dollars. Please adjust accordingly. I need the exact address of my host as I am unable to reach them. I am being asked to clean the place myself even though it should be included in the price? This is the fourth time I am reaching out regarding these issues without any response.
