Dear Sir, I am Rajesh Rane from Mumbai, writing regarding a return ticket booked for my daughter, Ms. Kanchan Rane on Airasia through Easemytrip. The flight details are as follows: Outbound: PNR N6NNVQ on 20.10.[redacted] at 18:45 from BLR to MUM Inbound: PNR O7HB4K on 31.10.[redacted] at 13:05 from MUM to BLR My daughter is attending Garden City University in Bangalore. There has been a sudden announcement of an exam on the same day she is scheduled to depart. I have attached the college circular for your reference. The exam ends at 5:00 pm on 20th October, and the flight at 18:45 pm poses a challenge due to the 1-hour travel time from the college to the airport. I kindly request your guidance on rescheduling the booking for 20.10.[redacted] to a late night flight on the same day or to the following day.

Hello, I am Florent Méhut from France. My friend Baptiste Tardy and I have a trip planned to Bali with AirAsia. We have booked a flight departing from Paris Charles de Gaulle on Monday, October 10th at 11:20. It includes stopovers in Taipei Taoyuan on October 11th and Singapore Changi before reaching our final destination, Denpasar Bali Ngurah Rai at 18:35. Unfortunately, I contracted COVID-19 last week and cannot receive my second vaccination dose, which is required for entry into Indonesia. I am wondering if it is possible to either get a refund for my ticket or transfer the ticket to another person. Hi there, I'm reaching out because I had an issue when trying to purchase tickets from Singapore to Bali for myself and two friends for March 5th to March 16th, [redacted]. After my initial failed attempt on your website, I successfully bought the tickets on ebookers. However, I later discovered that the first transaction that was initially declined actually went through, resulting in double bookings and charges. I have contacted ebookers, who advised me to reach out to the airlines for cancellations. I am hoping to cancel one of the duplicated reservations without incurring any fees. Hello, I am reaching out as I accidentally made a duplicate booking for a trip from Kuala Lumpur to Bangkok for my wife and son on 11/18/22 at 7:15 pm. During my initial booking attempt, the bank declined the transaction prompting me to try again later. Subsequently, the payment went through on my second attempt, resulting in two separate confirmations from Air Asia. The two booking reference numbers are N17YFF and D4UTPG for the same flight on the same date and time. Due to the bank system issue, I kindly request Air Asia's assistance in canceling one of the bookings and providing a credit for future use. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter. We made a flight reservation with Air Asia X through lastminute.com but did not receive a confirmation email initially, and no funds were deducted from our account. After contacting customer service, we were informed that there was no booking linked to our email address and the provided booking number was invalid. Consequently, we rebooked the flight, which resulted in an immediate confirmation email and the deduction of payment. Subsequently, we noticed that the original booking also had funds deducted, thus resulting in us unintentionally paying for the flight twice. Lastminute.com advised us to contact the airline, but the airline directs us back to lastminute.com, creating a loop. Additionally, we inadvertently omitted our middle names in the initial booking, making it less obvious that it was a duplicate reservation.

I booked two flights with Air Asia from different airlines and received a confirmation email from Air Asia. A few days before the first flight, I was notified via email that there were changes. Upon contacting their customer service through Ava chat, I was informed that one flight with Vietnam Airlines (RSVIMR) was delayed and the other with Vietjet Air (EM7D9Y) was canceled. They mentioned I could request a refund and book a new flight. However, I couldn't verify this information with the airlines directly as Air Asia didn't have any details about those flights on their website. Therefore, I booked a new flight with Air Asia (M9TQ7H) and requested a refund for the canceled flight with Vietjet. Unfortunately, the Vietnam Airlines flight (RSVIMR) was delayed again, causing me to miss my connection with Air Asia. Despite my attempts to confirm the cancellation with Vietjet staff at the airport, they claimed it wasn't canceled. I ended up purchasing another flight due to the conflicting information provided by Air Asia.

Hello, I previously booked a flight from Bangkok, DMK to Jakarta, CGK on November 27, [redacted], through Airpaz. My PNR is O9N33H. I received an email from Airpaz stating that my AirAsia flight QZ [redacted] has been rescheduled without my agreement. The new flight time is as follows: Departure from DMK at 20:05 and arrival in CGK at 23:40. This rescheduling affects my connection to Jayapura. I have a new connection from CGK to DJJ on November 27, departing at 21:00 and arriving at 06:15. I am concerned about missing this connection due to the rescheduled flight. I request to be reprotected on another flight to ensure I make my connection in Jakarta. There is a Garuda Indonesia flight departing from BKK at 14:10 and arriving in CGK on November 27. Hello! I have a flight today at 6 pm from Manila with booking number: S417YM. Unfortunately, AirAsia canceled the flight and rescheduled it for 10 pm tonight. I attempted to change the flight promptly upon receiving the email. Despite contacting AVA multiple times, the automated system continues to report that it can't locate the booking number. The flight was then rescheduled again for November 1st at 12 pm, which is inconvenient for me. I would greatly appreciate any assistance in changing the flight. Thank you.

My flight was canceled, and I’ve been attempting to secure a refund for a month. The AVA chat informs me that I need to reach out to my booking agency, which, in my situation, is Booking, to request a refund on my behalf. Contacting Booking only leads me to being redirected back to AirAsia. This cycle seems never-ending, and I am puzzled as to why Booking is required to request my refund when I am the one who made the payment and booked the flight.

Hello, I made a reservation with AirAsia on 10/28/[redacted] for a Singapore/Bali flight on June 1, [redacted], departing at 4:15 p.m. and returning on June 11 at 2:25 p.m. for 2 people under the names M.T. Attali and R. Attali. I realized that I provided the wrong email address, causing me to miss the confirmation and payment details for the booking. Immediately, within 30 minutes, I made a second reservation for the same flights. I received a confirmation email for the second booking (Reservation Number: PUD77L). I attempted to change the time through the provided link, but encountered difficulties. Consequently, I made alternative arrangements with Malaysian Airlines. I am requesting a refund for my booking.

Dear Sir, I have booked a flight ticket from KUL to BKI with full payment already made. I am writing to explain my situation. Initially, my return flight dates were 05/12/22 - 09/12/22, for which full payment was made. Later, I wanted to change my flight to 25/11/22-30/11/22, but due to certain issues, I decided not to proceed with the change and did not pay the additional RM 80 for it. However, according to my booking, I was requested to pay this amount, which I ignored as I preferred to stick to my original fully paid booking. I reached out to the Allstar agent to understand why my booking was showing an outstanding amount of RM 80. After a brief conversation where they insisted on the payment, I obliged by paying the amount on 26/12/22, even though I did not want to change my flight. After this payment, my flight seems to have been altered involuntarily to 25/11/22. I am puzzled by this situation and seek your assistance in restoring my original booking from 05/12/22 - 09/12/22, for which I have already paid in full, including the additional RM 80 as requested. This morning, I tried booking a flight through the AirAsia app. I didn't enter the OTP code and assumed the booking wasn't completed, but later realized it went through.
