Hello, I have a reservation from October 18th until October 21st under the name of Yara Al Ramah. I kindly request to cancel and receive a refund or alternatively, postpone the reservation till next March. Due to the current situation in Palestine, we are unable to travel to Turkey as the borders between Jordan and Palestine are closed. Our plan was to travel to Turkey through Queen Alia Airport in Amman. I hope you can understand our circumstances and consider this as a humanitarian issue. Thank you.

I made a reservation through Agoda for a hotel, but upon arrival, the hotel had no record of my booking. They confirmed they were not affiliated with Agoda and did not receive any payment. This left me without a place to stay in the city. I had to quickly find and pay for another hotel, costing me more than anticipated. Please refund my booking in full promptly.

Hello, on the 4th of October [redacted], we purchased tickets for a flight from Delhi to Almaty departing at 2:30 am for Ainura Kutunaeva, KC [redacted]. Upon arrival to obtain our boarding passes, we were informed that there was no confirmation from Agoda to Air Astana despite the funds being deducted. The airline did not permit us to board without the confirmation, which was still in process. Consequently, we had to purchase new tickets for the 6th of October [redacted] to Almaty, and once again, the payment was taken without receiving the tickets. I am having trouble changing the mobile number on my Agoda Account. The mobile number I initially used is no longer in use, but both the app and website do not let me update my contact details.
UPDATE: After finding the Agoda customer service email address through GetHuman, I emailed them. A representative called me and resolved the issue from their side. Initially, I was hesitant, thinking it might be a voice phishing scam.

During my booking at the Eden Garden Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City, there were several issues that arose. Initially, the manager allocated a different room than the one we had reserved, claiming it was the same. Subsequently, the air conditioner was malfunctioning, and when we reported it, the manager disputed it by stating it was functioning fine, despite our discomfort. After insisting on changing rooms, the manager came to us and made remarks that were unclear due to a language barrier but conveyed a sense of ownership and authority over the situation.
I kindly request urgent attention to this matter as our stay is now unsettling.

I reserved a non-smoking twin room with a large bed at Elyaf Ajyad Hotel Makkah in Makkah, Saudi Arabia on October 29th through AGODA. The website listed it as a 4-star hotel for [redacted] SAR per night and a total of [redacted] SAR for 5 nights from 10/29/[redacted] to 11/03/[redacted]. Upon arrival, I discovered the hotel was only a 2-star establishment, and I was given a smoking room instead. Despite contacting AGODA multiple times, I received unhelpful responses stating they were working on resolving the issue. I paid an additional 95 USD per night for the inconvenience and requested a refund and reservation cancellation numerous times, providing photos as evidence. AGODA assured me they were addressing the situation, but no actions were taken. This dishonest practice misleads guests and needs to be stopped, especially for pilgrims visiting Makkah.

While browsing Agoda to book a room at Tamani Marina Dubai, I encountered a strange issue. Upon clicking the "book" button for a two-bedroom apartment, the reservation was instantly made. The page with my details did not open for me to confirm the entered information before booking, and an amount of [redacted] Saudi Riyals was deducted from my Al Ahli Bank account.
I now want to confirm whether the apartment at the mentioned hotel was actually booked, if Agoda did receive the payment, or if there has been fraudulent activity. Please respond promptly.

Upon arrival, I was approached by young individuals soliciting sexual services, indicating I may have mistakenly booked a room at a gay brothel. Surprised and uncomfortable, I quickly departed and found alternative accommodation nearby. The new hotel staff confirmed the nature of the previous establishment, leaving me distressed by the unforeseen situation. Despite reaching out to Agoda for assistance, I have yet to receive a response to address this unsettling incident. As a frequent user of Agoda during my current global travels, I urge a prompt resolution to this matter to maintain my trust in their services going forward.

I recently made a reservation on Agoda for a hotel in the Philippines. My booking number is [redacted], and my name is Damon Sumner. I have received a 10% discount from Agoda for installing the app, but I am having trouble applying it. Even though I have tried multiple times, it is not being accepted. I would appreciate assistance with this issue as I am a loyal Agoda customer who has booked hotels with them before. I am looking to book a night at the Marina Bay Sands in Singapore on March 25th - 26th, [redacted], which costs €[redacted]. As this is quite expensive, the 10% discount would be greatly appreciated. The room we were assigned was unacceptable. The bathroom, in particular, was in poor condition. It was dirty, moldy, and rusty. The bath mat seemed far from clean. Both the sink and shower were in a filthy state. No soap or hand towels were provided. The glasses and coffee cups in the room were also dirty, and the kettle had not been cleaned in years. Leftover water bottles from previous guests were left out. The bed was subpar, with various stains in different colors visible everywhere, including on the towels. The floor, walls, and windows were grimy, and despite the air conditioning being on, the room was hotter than outside (35 degrees).

I have a booking with ID [redacted] for a stay in Munnar on December 24th-25th, [redacted]. We will be driving from Bengaluru. Due to the increase in virus cases in Kerala and the cyclone warning for those dates, we are concerned about traveling. Unfortunately, Agoda's app indicates that refunds and date changes are not possible.
While I understand the booking is non-refundable, I kindly request to change the booking dates. This stay was planned for our anniversary, and given the circumstances, we are hoping to postpone the trip.

I believe I have a double booking. I have two bookings with you under reference numbers [redacted] and [redacted]. I checked with the hotel, but they do not have any reservations under my name. I then attempted to book under the name of my friend, Iram Ahmad. Please either cancel one of my bookings or transfer one from the 10th of February to the 12th of February. I visited the hotel yesterday, and they informed me that the agency had canceled all my bookings. I tried to book again today but noticed that you have charged my account. Please resolve this issue.

During our stay at the Country Inn hotel, we encountered bed bugs that led to a distressing experience. Despite the situation, we have not received any assistance regarding a refund from Agoda after contacting them via email. As a result of the bed bug infestation, we had to incur additional expenses on new clothes and laundry services to avoid bringing the pests home.
