I urgently need my reservation in Venice from August 9th to 12th, but it was booked in Venice from August 6th to 9th. I originally intended to book for Milan on the 6th to the 9th on your website. Hello, I have encountered an issue with my Agoda reservation at AlBahar Hotel & Resort. Initially, I made a booking under the name of Saeed Mahmoud Ali, which was a mistake as I intended to book it under my own name, Ahmed Hefny. I have tried to update the name on the application but was unsuccessful. The hotel advised to contact Agoda to rectify the name on all reservations to Ahmed Hefny. I requested to upgrade my room type with Agoda, and they initially approved the change twice. After emailing them my preferred room type, they later denied my request, advising me to cancel and rebook. I am reluctant to do so as I secured a great price with a first-time user promotion code and free cancellation. Despite explaining this, Agoda could not assist further and stopped responding. I inquired about price matching if I canceled, but they stated it was not possible. Repeated attempts to contact them have been fruitless as different representatives do not respond. Now, with prices increased, I am unsure how to proceed. I need to upgrade my room for an extra bed due to hotel regulations. What steps should I take next?

I booked through the Agoda website, but there seems to be an error. I chose the free cancellation option until April 3, [redacted]. However, the confirmation indicates an 85% cancellation fee from the booking time. This was not my intention. Unfortunately, I cannot reach Agoda as there are no contact details provided, just a U.S. phone number. I kindly request to have my booking amended to free cancellation by April 3.

Good afternoon, I froze the price for this apartment, but after reading the comments, it seems like it might be a scam since there was no responsible person managing the entry. I contacted Agoda in Madrid, and they mentioned they couldn't refund me without solid proof of a scam, as other platforms are still advertising it. I've been specifically looking into this apartment due to its license issue, which seems to only affect this property. Palmeras Vintage Suites 0 Star 7 Calle Jacinto Benavente Torre 3, Apartment [redacted], Fuengirola City Center, Fuengirola, Spain License CTC [redacted] All operators offering this license either redirect to Booking.com which changes the apartment details or keep the listing but never allow bookings, showing it as always occupied. I kindly request a review and certification of this fraud, a refund of my money, and the improved credibility for rentals under the name of Palmeras Vintage Suites. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the room we received from K Hotel 14, as it was not the same as the one we booked on Agoda. The listing displayed a standard room with 1 queen size bed and 1 single bed. However, upon check-in, the receptionist provided us with 2 double deck beds, insisting that she was unable to make any changes. She suggested booking another room for the duration of our stay. I made a booking for myself and my family, indicating 3 adults and 3 children. Unfortunately, after completing the reservation, it displayed only 2 adults instead of the correct count. I clearly stated the correct number of family members, so the website's error showing 2 adults only is not accurate. Kindly address this matter to reflect the accurate count of 3 adults and 3 children (aged 5, 6, and 12). I would like a refund for reservation [redacted]15 due to a technical error. I was charged twice for the same booking period at the Nemea Elypseo hotel from July 31st to August 10th, [redacted]. Agoda strictly applied its cancellation policy and imposed a cancellation fee of [redacted] euros, equivalent to a rent price, which I find unreasonable. The cancellation was due to a technical error with a duplicated booking. I immediately discussed this issue with the manager Edna Mendes, who acknowledged the technical problem and kindly waived the fees. I have a booking ID, [redacted], for the guesthouse from Aug 9-14, [redacted], where I stayed with my three children, aged 16, 14, and 10. Upon arriving, I found that my 10-year-old, who has asthma, was having difficulty breathing in the room, so I asked the property owner for a refund after only three hours of use, offering to pay the first night plus the cleaning fee. The owner declined, citing a non-refundable booking policy. While I respect the policy, I believe that given the circumstances concerning my child's health, it would be fair to have a discussion about a partial refund. I am willing to book another property and forfeit the payment for this one, but I feel the situation warrants a reconsideration. I booked through Agoda for July 31 to August 10, [redacted] at Némea Elypseo Strasbourg Hotel. I made a reservation through Agoda for a stay at the Penta Hotel on Holloway Road. Unfortunately, I have been relocated to different rooms three times during my stay due to various issues such as broken toilets, malfunctioning taps, and blocked sinks. Furthermore, I was provided with towels that had blood or pop stains on them and encountered rude staff at the front desk. The service I have received has been extremely disappointing, and the hotel staff seem indifferent to my concerns. I am requesting a refund for this unacceptable experience and will not be using this service again. The treatment I have received at this hotel is below standard.
