I am having trouble finding my booking confirmation. I made the reservation on my phone using a link on Friday, June 9. I used a Mastercard ending in [redacted] for payment. The hotel is La Vela Saigon Hotel in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam, for April 12-16, [redacted], for 2 people. My name is Mary Chan-Campbell. I need to cancel this booking because another one was made for the other person traveling with me. Hello, I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to share my recent experience at Meadowbrook Motel, regarding booking number [redacted]69. A few days ago, while at the reception, I booked a room for one night for my brother and paid with my card. However, I encountered an issue where the manager informed me that due to the computers being down, they couldn't check me in or provide the room. I was advised to reach out to Agoda for a refund as the matter needed immediate resolution. I kindly request a refund for the night I was unable to stay. Reservation [redacted]59 at Hotel Roca in Vinaros, Spain. In my agreement with you, I specified bringing along my 8 kg Teckel dog. The manager refused to allow our dog in the breakfast and dinner area. Additionally, most beaches do not permit dogs, except for one [redacted] meters from the hotel that was unclean and poorly maintained. After enduring this for 3 days, we had to leave. I made a payment for a reservation at Prestige Vacation Apartment in Baguio through Gcash at 11:05 pm today for Php 14,[redacted].84. However, I have not received any confirmation from Agoda via email. Despite waiting while Agoda was loading, I did not receive any confirmation. I reserved a 2-bedroom unit for 3 days and 2 nights for our group of 7 people. We are scheduled to arrive in Baguio on June 17 at 7 or 8 am through Victory Liner. Could we resolve my issue via email instead? Last June, I made two bookings at "Hotel Fusion - a C-Two hotel," with booking numbers [redacted]33 and [redacted]57. I received an email stating that my booking using Visa was unsuccessful due to a payment processing issue. This automated message was sent after a failed booking attempt. If I have successfully made the booking using a different payment method, I can ignore this email. Prior to making a new booking, it is advisable to check My Bookings to prevent duplicate bookings. The payment amount was deducted from my Visa despite the transaction not going through.

Hello, I made a reservation last June at "Hotel Fusion - a C-Two hotel" for 4 nights. I cancelled the booking immediately due to a possible mistake with the card number. The next day, I rebooked the hotel but had to cancel that reservation as well because of a change in plans. To my dismay, on May 26, my card was still charged [redacted].15 euros. I am seeking a refund for my stay at Sonesta Select from the 18th to the 20th for $[redacted] due to the noise disruptions that prevented us from getting any sleep. Despite moving rooms because of the faulty AC unit, the disturbances continued, leaving us with only a few hours of sleep over the two nights. I reported the issue to the front desk at 4 am, but was told to wait for management to arrive. The front desk manager apologized upon check-out and advised me to inform them of any noise complaints next time for a resolution. I am extremely dissatisfied with this experience and would like a refund so I can book another hotel and actually get some rest. Thank you.

During my stay at Orana Motor Lodge in Kaitaia for a funeral visit from Rotorua, I was extremely disappointed by the condition of the room. There were cobwebs and spiders hanging from the curtains, dust, dirt, and crumbs everywhere, and the cleaning seemed minimal as there were areas not vacuumed like under the bed and drawers. The hot water for the shower was only lukewarm, and there were no proper cooking facilities or utensils, just a sink that leaked. Additionally, there was a leaking roof dripping onto the TV, and mice had gotten into my bread stored on top of the fridge. The room was freezing cold, forcing me to wear extra layers. My 15-year-old granddaughter and son also endured these conditions. We were in town for my nephew's funeral following a car accident. I believe a refund of at least half of the money I paid is warranted given the substandard accommodations.

I booked a flight from Delhi to Ahmedabad on May 4th. Unfortunately, the Go Air flight got canceled, and Go Air mentioned that a form (NCELT) from Agoda is pending for the refund process. They assured me that once Agoda sends the form, I will receive my refund within a few hours. However, I could not find any contact information on the Agoda website or through email. I really need help with this issue. I believe I am a valued customer of Agoda, and I hope they can resolve this matter promptly. If this refund does not go through, I will have to reconsider booking flights through Agoda in the future and will inform my friends about my experience.

I made a reservation using Connie's phone for June 23 and 24 at the Wyndham Super 8 / Twin Peaks in Longmont, CO with a checkout on June 25. The reservation number is [redacted]74. Connie and Tim took my friend, Dora Dreyer, to Longmont, but when they saw the price, they canceled the room and booked another hotel. The staff at Twin Peaks noted down details and advised Connie to have me contact the hotel on the 26th for a refund. However, the manager couldn't refund the money as it was booked through an agency. I'm Timothy Dreyer, and I used my credit card for the booking. I visited Longmont on the 24th. The price of $[redacted].37 for two nights was not what I expected based on the web page's information from Connie's phone, where I thought it was $[redacted].0 plus tax per night.

I booked a room for INR [redacted].29, but when I arrived at Hotel Harma Residency, they demanded INR [redacted], claiming the tariff through Agoda was INR [redacted]. The Agoda booking only showed INR [redacted].90, causing confusion and frustration. Agoda's customer service is nonexistent, leaving me disappointed with their service. The website registration process at www.gethuman.com was irrelevant and frustrating. I hope to find a positive solution to this situation and avoid such exploitative practices in the future.

I made a reservation at the Royal Ocean Hotel for three nights from June 27 to June 29, [redacted]. Unfortunately, upon checking in, I discovered various issues with the room. There was no shower curtain, the TV was not functioning, the phone was disconnected, and the bedding was both stained and torn. Additionally, the lack of security was concerning, as anyone could enter the premises easily due to the open front doors. The hotel staff also seemed inattentive, with one employee even sleeping on a hidden couch. The noise from other guests, including a disruptive individual in the hallway, further impacted my stay.
