I made a flight booking for four passengers through Agoda yesterday. The booking ID is [redacted]53. The booking went through successfully, and I received confirmation from the airline. Unfortunately, I realized that all four passengers' names are incorrect in the airline's system. According to the airline's terms and conditions, the names must match those on the travel document (passport/NRIC), which they currently do not.
I have tried to update the information on the airline's portal, but the name fields cannot be edited. I need assistance with updating the passengers' names (First Name & Last Name). The flight is scheduled for 27-May-[redacted] at 13:55 HKT.

I stayed at your establishment from May 19 to May 21, [redacted], with reservation number [redacted]. Upon arrival, the hotel owners were very unfriendly, and it took 30 minutes to access the room. Unfortunately, the room was extremely hot, dirty, and infested with bugs. The air conditioning and TV were not working. When we asked for a solution, we were rudely told that it was normal to have bugs and dirt and that they couldn't provide us with another room or fix the issues. After requesting a cleaner room, we were denied. We eventually decided to check out and requested a refund. Four other guests also canceled their reservations simultaneously. We hope for your assistance in this matter. Thank you.

The conditions were unsanitary, with poor air quality and evident lack of maintenance. We encountered an infestation of spiders in multiple rooms, making the property uninhabitable and prompting us to move to another hotel. I booked 2 flight tickets for the night of the 25th for an early morning flight on the 26th with booking number [redacted]09 on Thai Vietjet at 08:15. Immediately upon booking, I tried to cancel due to a visa issue, but the booking details did not show up on the Agoda website. I have been sending emails all night in an attempt to cancel the tickets, but I have not been able to speak with anyone yet. The airline informed me that I should contact Agoda to process the cancellation and refund. It was so simple to book and pay, but now no one is taking responsibility for assisting with the cancellation and refund. I'm concerned because it's a significant amount of money and I find it unlikely that Agoda would not assist in this kind of situation. Please reach out to me for help.

I booked my ticket through Agoda with PNR LUFPKN for a journey from Indore to Bangalore on 24.04.23 for passenger DEEPA Pawar. I canceled the ticket on 27.04.23 and have not received any refund from Agoda. Indigo informed me via chat that they have processed a refund of INR 3,[redacted] to Agoda. I kindly request Agoda to expedite the refund process as per the communication with Indigo. The chat message from Indigo states that the refund amount of INR 3,[redacted] for PNR LUFPKN will be credited back to the original payment method used.

Hello, I am having trouble accessing the email I used for my booking, and regrettably, I did not save the booking ID. Despite this, a message on the Agoda website stated that my booking was successful. I opted for the free cancellation before May 27th. I urgently need to cancel my reservation and reschedule my trip for a later date. Would you be able to assist me with this matter? We arrived at the hotel around 12:00 PM, and the receptionist informed us that the room was not ready. Despite this, he checked us in and requested payment of the tax, explaining that the room would be ready by 3:00 PM. We complied, although we were unsure about the room allocated as we had requested two twin beds in our reservation. When we returned around 10:00 PM for check-in, we were provided with a room containing one bed, and the staff refused to accommodate our request for twin beds. Additionally, we found the bathroom to be very dirty. I took some photos as evidence.

I did not receive a booking confirmation, and the payment has been deducted from my account. Upon arrival at the hotel, I was assigned the cheapest bunk bed room instead of the standard twin room I had reserved. The hotel insisted this was the room type booked and requested an additional payment, claiming they hadn't received the initial payment and it was a cash on arrival booking. This experience has marred a day of my trip, causing stress for both myself and my mother. I feel deceived by this situation. Since my booking does not appear on my Agoda account, I am unable to reach Agoda customer service for assistance. This is the second time this has occurred when using Agoda for bookings, and I am incredibly frustrated by the situation.

I made reservations at Armada Blue Bay Hotel Dubai under the name Mohamed Kamal with reference number or reservation number [redacted]69 from June 29, [redacted] to July 1, [redacted] through the Agoda application. The full amount of AED [redacted].88 was deducted from my credit card on May 27, [redacted]. Agoda then sent me a message apologizing for an error in the transaction and said they would refund the amount soon. Upon checking with the hotel, they confirmed there was no reservation under this number or name. I tried to contact Agoda but couldn't find any contact number. I have been attempting to reach Agoda since Monday, May 8th. I was attending a convention in Kathmandu, Nepal, at Hotel Shanker. My wife had difficulty getting into the shower over the bath, so we were advised to move to Hyatt. I unintentionally booked at Hyatt Place instead of Hyatt Regency. Upon realizing my error, I went to Hyatt Regency, where they sorted out the accommodation and canceled my booking at Hyatt Place. They instructed me to cancel with Agoda. Despite several attempts to contact Agoda from Nepal with a local SIM card and later from Uganda, the language barrier and technical issues made it challenging. Upon returning home and recovering, I contacted Agoda on May 28th, but my message somehow reached a hotel in Cambodia. I vehemently deny the charge from Agoda for the missed reservation at Hyatt Place due to the extraordinary circumstances faced in Nepal. We rented a full apartment for four people but only had two guests for extra privacy. Unfortunately, the owner was living there without notice, and our room didn't have locks. The situation was uncomfortable with the owner's personal items around. Agoda customer service initially refused a refund based on the owner's false claims of cleanliness. When contacted, they disconnected during the complaint. After insisting and providing pictures as evidence, they sided with the owner again despite the clear issues. I am seeking a refund for this unsatisfactory experience.

On Monday, 8 May, I made a booking through Agoda for a Hyatt hotel in Kathmandu based on a convention recommendation. I mistakenly booked at Hyatt Place instead of Hyatt Regency. When I arrived at Hyatt Regency an hour later, I realized the error. They were able to book me in at Hyatt Regency but told me I needed to cancel the Agoda booking myself. Despite several attempts over the next few days, I couldn't reach Agoda due to issues with a Nepalese SIM card and conference commitments. On Thursday, 11 May, I had to travel to Uganda through Dubai, where I faced more challenges with a local SIM card and eventually gave up trying to contact Agoda. Upon returning to New Zealand, I explained the situation to Agoda through their website, but the communication somehow ended up at a hotel in Cambodia where I stayed previously. I believe I've been charged for the non-stay at Hyatt Place, which I never visited as the booking was canceled shortly after. I request that this charge is reversed due to the difficulty I had in contacting Agoda to rectify the mistake. I hope to receive a prompt resolution to this matter.
