I mistakenly booked my reservation for December 23-24, [redacted], instead of 24-25. I made the full payment through the Agoda App yesterday, and despite contacting Hotel Milestone at Sevok Road Siliguri for assistance, they are unwilling to make any changes. I made a booking through Agoda for December 16th-17th. I paid for the room and I received an email confirming my booking. However, when I contacted OYO2984 Hotel Sun City, they informed me they were not accepting Agoda bookings and abruptly hung up. When I went to the hotel, they confirmed they do not accept Agoda bookings. If this is the case, why did Agoda deduct my payment? I would like a refund for the booking.

Good morning. My booking ID is [redacted]75. I had reserved a room in Paris for 2 nights. However, due to flight delays, I will now only be arriving on the 25th. The website did not allow me to modify the dates, and the payment has already been processed. Could you please either refund my booking so I can rebook on the same site or change the dates at the accommodation to the 25th of December for one night only? Hello and Merry Christmas, I am writing about my recent stay in what I found to be the most unsatisfactory room. The room was extremely disorganized, with a basic sofa that seemed more like a child's bed pushed against the kitchen sink. There were toys and a battery left on the floor, and the floor itself, along with the fridge and wardrobe, was unclean. The kitchen area, cupboards, and cutlery were dirty, and there was a limited selection of utensils with only one cup available. In the bathroom, there was hair and a lack of water pressure, as well as no way to adjust the water temperature. Both side lamps in the second bedroom were not functioning. The overall preparation of the room lacked attention to detail and a professional touch. When inquiring about transportation to the hotel, the response recommending using Uber or a taxi was underwhelming. Upon arrival, we only received the room number and had to seek help from another guest to locate it. While we were informed about a potential discount for public transport, we were disappointed to learn that the office would be closed the following day due to the holiday. In my opinion, this establishment is misleading, and I believe it should be removed from Agoda. I am requesting a refund for my stay.

I need to cancel my booking with Agoda at Quest Flemington today because I've tested positive for Covid. I have already informed Quest about my situation. When I called the Agoda number listed on their website, I found it was not working. Can I get a refund for my booking or reschedule it for another day instead? Thank you, Sally Luckock

I reserved a stay at Jeffrey's Bay Island Vibe Backpackers in South Africa from December 26th, [redacted], to December 28th, [redacted]. I requested to modify my dates to December 27th to December 29th and paid an additional R450 for the changes. However, I have not received an email confirming the new dates, and when I contacted the backpackers, they informed me that the room is not available for the adjusted dates. Hello, I had to leave the hotel in Istanbul due to its uncleanliness. The sheets were not changed, already soiled, I was moved to a different room that was not as described, and the hotel was very noisy. There was no room for discussion, and the staff were dishonest and untrustworthy! It was a terrible experience that did not match the photos on your website or the reviews. My daughter and I found ourselves homeless, and friends helped us book a room. We started at Econo Lodge, but with water leaking, no hot water, and then no power, we were moved to Super 7. I used Agoda to pay for two more nights. This has been an awful experience as we are already emotionally drained from losing our home. After a long day, we found the heater blowing cold air in the freezing room, and we were later moved to another room where the phone didn't work. When my key card stopped working, I had to provide my ID again which is challenging for me as a disabled person. The wi-fi went out tonight, and contacting the staff was difficult with the phone not working properly. My daughter missed an important meeting because of this, and it led to a panic attack because of the stress. We are financially stuck here until tomorrow night, but we desperately need a better situation. Any suggestions?

I experienced a delay during my journey which affected my arrival time at the property, leading to us reaching around midnight when reception was closed. Despite having paid in advance, no one, including security, was available to assist with check-in. I was disappointed by the lack of service recovery for such unfortunate circumstances, resulting in me being unable to check in and having to seek another property last minute. I made another booking but mistakenly selected the wrong date (Booking ID [redacted]61). I tried to rectify the situation at the property, but they were also unable to help. I have spoken to the owner and need assistance with cancelling this booking for a refund. Thank you.

Dear Agoda team, I had a terrible experience yesterday when I received a message from my bank about a booking made through Agoda and a cash withdrawal from my account. I did not receive any booking confirmation via email or in the application. I checked my application and found nothing in the completed bookings section to process a cancellation. I would appreciate a prompt response to refund my money as I had to make another booking at a different hotel due to not receiving any confirmation from your end. I urgently need to cancel this booking. Thank you.

My spouse made a reservation that appears unconfirmed on the app. After receiving an email stating the apartment is unavailable, we contacted the owner, who only responded with "Hello Good Morning." Even though the app indicates our credit card hasn't been charged, it has been. We attempted to cancel the reservation due to these discrepancies, but the system claims there won't be any charges even though we've already been billed.

Hello, I just arrived at the hotel I booked with my family, and it is not at all like the photos on your website. It is unsanitary, and we cannot stay there. I have taken photos as evidence to show that it is not safe and definitely not as advertised. I am hoping you can cancel this booking and provide a refund. I have always booked through your app, but this experience is very disappointing. The room is damp, smells bad, has mold and damp walls, and the bedding is unacceptable with cockroaches present. Please assist me.

Good morning, I am facing a major issue. On November 26, I booked a room through booking.com in partnership with Agoda for Grand Ferdinand Vienna. Unfortunately, I did not receive a confirmation email and the booking appears incomplete on booking.com's system, even though the payment was deducted. Consequently, on November 27, I made a second booking for the same hotel which was successful. I was surprised to see that I was charged for the full three nights instead of only the first night as stated in your cancellation policy. My ID for the booking is [redacted]19. I accidentally booked for January 28th instead of the correct dates which are supposed to be from December 28th, [redacted], to December 31st, [redacted]. I made a reservation on Agoda without logging in and received a message stating that my confirmation will be sent within [redacted] minutes to my email or via SMS. However, I realized that I entered the wrong email address ([redacted] instead of .com) and now cannot view the confirmation letter. The reservation number is [redacted]96.

Dear all, I made a reservation with the Booking Reference # [redacted]90 and Booking Confirmation # R[redacted] for ANA KATIC at the Crown Plaza Belgrade from 30.12. to 01.01. I paid €[redacted].63 for this booking. While paying, I noticed the amount was higher than expected, but I do not wish to cancel the reservation. I have already been charged, so I just want to proceed with the reservation and check in as planned. I attached screenshots of the confirmation email, cancellation email, and the payment process. I tried contacting you via phone, but did not receive a follow-up email as promised within 24 hours. Please confirm if you received my email and reassure me that the reservation is still valid. I was assured by the hotel that my card wouldn't be charged, but after contacting Agoda was unsuccessful, I was overcharged. I reserved a $[redacted] room but was charged $[redacted] for a different room. The hotel said they wouldn't charge me but I couldn't confirm with Agoda due to the holiday. I need a refund as they ended up giving my room to someone else. This situation is frustrating. Thank you.

Due to a train strike, I chose to cancel my reservation as a precaution. Unfortunately, I overlooked that the reservation was non-refundable. It's puzzling why we should pay when I never checked into the hotel. If faced with unforeseen circumstances, what should I do? They requested proof from me. Moreover, I personally paid for the hotel, not them. It seems they don't understand financial crises; they are motivated solely by money. They come across as thieves. I will never book through this site again. Good luck to everyone.

Hello. I recently encountered an issue with my credit limit which affected my booking on December 23rd. I accidentally made a payment through Atome for the hotel booking on that date, then made a full payment at the hotel directly. I need help getting the wrongly charged amount reversed back to my credit card. The hotel confirmed only one booking on their end, so I believe there was an error. Hello, I recently made a booking for the Carlton Tower hotel through Agoda. Unfortunately, there was an issue during the booking process where the webpage refreshed and the booking was completed again resulting in a double payment being deducted from my credit card.
