Hello, this is Vipul Savla. I am having an issue with my booking at Regenta Kabini Spring Resort in Kabini, India. My Booking ID is [redacted]73. I requested 2 rooms for 4 adults, 2 adults per room, with Courtyard Rooms and breakfast. When I contacted the hotel, I was informed that Agoda made an error and Courtyard Rooms are not available. Agoda needs to rectify this and confirm my booking for 2 rooms for 2 nights for 4 adults on December 31, [redacted], check-in, and January 2, [redacted], check-out. I have already made all other travel arrangements and paid in full. Agoda must secure my booking at Regenta Kabini Spring Resort without any additional charges. We booked a hotel thinking it was close to the Mallikarjun Temple as the website indicated, but it turns out the location is actually [redacted] kilometers away. Now, when we try to cancel the booking, there is no option available on the website. We are in a difficult situation and would appreciate any assistance with this issue. Thank you.

Hello, I am writing regarding my reservation: [redacted]39. Living in La Réunion, I took the flight from Saint Denis (flight BF [redacted]) which was delayed by 2 hours. As a result, I arrived in Paris at 6:30 PM. Due to the train strike, I couldn't reach Lille. I had to stay overnight in Paris: reservation: #[redacted]87. I understand that my booking for the night of December 24th at the CAMPANILE in Lille is technically non-refundable, but I kindly request a voucher that I can use on your website as I need to stay 5 nights in Paris with my family. If I could receive a voucher to reuse the value of the night of the 24th at the Campanile hotel, it would be very kind of you. Dear Concerned Party, Good day! I made a reservation at Rochester Condominium today, settled the payment in cash through DragonPay at 7 Eleven, and received confirmation (Booking no.[redacted]48). Upon arriving at the property at 5:30 pm ready to check-in with my son on Christmas day, we were unexpectedly denied entry. The security/guards claimed they lacked the permit for our one-night stay at Unit [redacted], which should have been provided by the administration. Despite our efforts, the guards could not assist without administrative support, and we were unable to contact the unit owner as details were not provided in the Agoda booking confirmation. The security guard mentioned that there are 4 towers with a Unit [redacted], creating further confusion. After spending two frustrating hours attempting to resolve the issue, I am at a loss for what to do next. Cancelling the reservation may not result in a full refund, despite the circumstances being beyond my control. I am simply requesting a full refund in light of this inconvenience, supported by all necessary booking information and receipts, as documented with the condominium security. I have noticed that my debit card was charged twice without receiving any email confirmation, although the Agoda App shows the booking as confirmed with a reference number. Despite this, I did not receive any confirmation email, and when I contacted the hotel, they mentioned a different booking reference number and advised me to pay directly at the hotel. I have also tried calling the hotline number, but there was no response. I am concerned about the multiple charges on my debit and credit cards without receiving any refunds. It is important to me as every cent is hard-earned. I kindly request assistance in resolving this matter promptly.

Upon arriving at Hotel W Hood, we encountered a rude receptionist who gave us the first key to a room lacking a heater and had a cockroach on the bathroom floor. Subsequently, we were asked to take our luggage downstairs to get a key on the same floor, only to find an unclean room that someone had just vacated. After being given a third key, which did not correspond to any existing room, the receptionist claimed it did. Given the situation and the time, I have already filed a complaint and requested compensation, as well as a transfer to an alternate hotel since it was already 1 am.

Regarding booking number [redacted]95 at Fisherman Harbour Phuket, I kindly request to change my arrival date to January 25 instead of January 24. I have contacted the hotel, and they mentioned that they are waiting for Agoda to reach out to them to adjust the booking. The amended booking should indicate check-in on January 25 for 7 nights. As part of the Thai Pass requirements, I need the hotel booking confirmed to complete the application form. Thank you for your assistance, and I apologize for any inconvenience caused.

I am disappointed as we were denied access by the security at the location. We attempted to contact the owner, but the provided number led to a different individual. Although we paid in full through Agoda, we were still not granted entry. If no action is taken against this fraudulent owner, we will escalate by involving the police and exposing this situation publicly. It is deceitful, and it's concerning to think about how many others might have also fallen victim to this scam. Hello, I reserved a room at the Siam Mandarin Hotel in Bangkok for December 30, [redacted] with booking reference number [redacted]. I made a mistake when booking my stay at Eco Tree Hotel Melaka Malaysia. I intended to book the Eco Deluxe Twin room with a free cancellation option, but I accidentally booked the non-refundable type. Even after trying to correct this through the chat help, I was unsuccessful. Consequently, I had to cancel my booking. My partner and I arrived at the hotel on the 24th of December [redacted] to celebrate our 4th anniversary. Despite Furama City being a four-star staycation approved hotel, we were concerned to learn that SHN travelers from high-risk countries shared facilities with guests like us. This raised worries about potential Covid cross-contamination. Additionally, our room did not meet the SG safe standards as advertised. We discovered used cleaning gloves in the toilet near the dental kit and experienced poor ventilation, indicated by a fried food smell. Feeling unsafe, we decided to check out less than 24 hours after checking in. We left on the 25th of December [redacted] at 11:00 am, even though we had arrived at 7:30 pm the night before. Our check-in experience was frustrating, with a 2.5-hour wait and no access to hot water. This led to an unfortunate fall for my partner the next morning. Despite being told there would be no noise issues with our room, we were disturbed by loud neighbors throughout the night.

I hastily reserved two rooms for my family, but encountered issues upon arrival. One family member experienced a flight cancellation, and upon reaching the hotel, we were met with no electricity or water. Despite our prior payment, we were not accommodated. After a tiring day, all we desired was a comfortable place to rest. Unfortunately, the hotel's location was also unsatisfactory. We made a reservation at a 4-star hotel, but we were disappointed to find out that they are not serving evening meals due to limited space and being fully booked because of covid. We believe that guests should have been notified of this at the time of booking as it is expected for a 4-star hotel to provide restaurant services. Although they suggested dining at another hotel across the road, we could have chosen that option ourselves at a lower price. We are looking for a suitable solution to this issue. Thank you.

Dear Agoda, I am reaching out to address a mistake in my booking regarding the arrival date. My correct arrival date is December 30th, not the 29th as originally booked due to confusion over the time difference. The correct stay period at the hotel should be from December 30th, [redacted], to January 5th, [redacted]. Unfortunately, the booking policy states that no changes or cancellations are allowed. Upon contacting the hotel, they clarified that while they are unable to modify the dates, they are willing to waive any cancellation charges as an exception. I have two questions: 1) Is it possible to modify the dates of the booking? 2) If modification is not an option, and I need to cancel the booking based on the hotel's assurance of no charges, would there be any additional fees for cancellation? I am very upset and dissatisfied with the service from AGODA because it was misleading. I booked a room for myself only, and the photos I saw online showed a room for one person. However, when I checked with the hotel to confirm, they said my reservation was for a room with five more people! I went ahead and canceled, but they want to refund me very little money. Do they know the tremendous effort I have made to be able to pay that money? All the things I have had to do to reserve those days believing that the photos shown were accurate? I demand a full refund. It is in their best interest since I have access to a very important and widely circulated newspaper in my country through my work, and I could publish about this deception on their platform, which I believe would not be good for AGODA. I contacted the hotel on December 22nd to check on my reservation for the 23rd. The hotel informed me that the booking was canceled on December 14th. I immediately contacted Agoda, who said they would verify with the hotel. Upon checking again with the hotel, I confirmed the cancellation. Agoda explained that the cancellation was due to a technical issue and assured me of a full refund. They also advised me to book a different hotel. We quickly made a new reservation with another provider for our trip to Coonabarabran the next day. On December 24th, I received an email from Agoda regarding the initial booking. My stay was planned from December 23rd to December 25th, and Agoda confirmed the cancellation on December 24th. I have sent numerous emails and tried calling but haven't been able to reach them. Hello Agoda support team, I recently returned from a vacation where I booked a hotel through Agoda. I have some inquiries. I booked a hotel in Penang (Hotel Sportfishing) for 18th November [redacted], which was supposed to be RM [redacted].00. However, upon arrival, the hotel requested RM [redacted].00. Could you please explain this discrepancy? Additionally, during the second and third days, I stayed at hotels in Kedah and Cameron Highlands. The total fees for both hotels match the booking details provided by Agoda. I am curious as to why the hotel in Penang charged a different amount.
