I need help with changing my booking dates at the Chelsea Plaza Hotel in Dubai due to unexpected circumstances. I had symptoms of Covid-19 when I made the booking and later tested positive, so I can't travel. I'm disappointed with the lack of flexibility from both Agoda and the hotel about getting a refund. I made a last-minute booking for the EkoCheras Duplex Room with Balcony through Moka (Booking ID: [redacted]93) as a flood victim in Kuala Lumpur seeking refuge. To fix this, ensure your hotel confirmation stating 'PAID' is in English or Thai, includes RT-PCR/PCR test, and shows pickup transfer details. Also, ensure clear attachments by uploading a PDF file in the additional information section. Screenshots or unclear documents will not be accepted. Kindly correct your details and reapply. I accidentally deleted my reservation due to a mistake made while modifying it. The hotel confirmed my error. I had two bookings at the same property, one for a smaller room and another for a larger, more expensive one. When trying to remove the old booking with one room as we are three people, I inadvertently canceled the newer one. Agoda charged me for the unintentional cancellation. I kindly ask for a refund as I did not intend to cancel the non-refundable new reservation, but to remove the old one instead. While traveling to Koh Lipe, I mistakenly canceled a reservation on Agoda with the ID [redacted]05. I intended to change the dates as I won't be able to arrive until the 23rd due to travel from Phi Phi Island. When I canceled the booking, they confirmed there would be no cancellation fee and since no payment was made, I am unable to request a refund as per the screenshot I have. I have now canceled the reservation to make a new booking for the 23rd.

Booking number [redacted]11: Upon arrival, I was required to pay before receiving the room key. The actual room did not match the images displayed online, with torn material on the chairs, peeling paint, and a strong smell of urine. Unfortunately, the conditions were not acceptable, so we had to request a refund. However, we were informed that a refund was not possible and advised to get in touch with customer service. This was supposed to be a special birthday treat for my wife, so we ended up booking a room at a nearby Premier Inn, which was excellent. I am hoping for a prompt refund due to the misleading images and the subsequent inconvenience caused.

Good evening. I made a reservation at The Majlis in Lamu, Kenya from 27th to 29th of December under the name Milena Sjekloca. I received a confirmation from Agoda, but today I received an email stating they cannot accommodate me and advising me to cancel my booking. I do not want to cancel as I have already purchased my airline ticket. Additionally, the cancellation policy states there would be no refund if I cancel. When I contacted the hotel directly, they mentioned they are not affiliated with Agoda. I would appreciate your help in securing a full refund as I find this situation unfair and I suspect there might be an issue with the website. I would like to file a complaint about my recent reservation at the Paamonim Hotel made through order number [redacted]89. Despite booking for 5 people, upon arrival, the hotel claimed to have only received a booking for 4 guests and had no available room for the extra person. Consequently, I had to pay extra for the fifth guest. This situation is frustrating as I specifically reserved for 5 individuals and now find myself sharing a room meant for 4 people due to the hotel's error. To add to the trouble, the hotel owner was unhelpful and insisted on full payment. I am currently in Jerusalem with kids, one of whom has special needs, and due to the circumstances, cancelling the reservation is not feasible.
