Ademco Customer Service Issues

I am experiencing reoccurring issues with our Vista 20P panels related to the Honeywell 5802WXT Personal Panic Transmitter. Despite no low battery warnings, the panic buttons intermittently fail to trigger an alarm. Replacing the battery sometimes resolves the problem, while other times shorting the battery wakes the panic button up and it works fine afterwards. This inconsistency is concerning, especially in a school setting where reliability is crucial during emergencies. Older model panic buttons in use do not exhibit this problem, prompting me to question the reliability of the Honeywell 5802WXT. Regular testing and drills are part of our protocol, and these recurring issues are troubling. Any insights or advice on addressing this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Hello there, I purchased an Ademco/Honeywell #[redacted] "Extender board" some years back but need the 11-pin socket for the relay outputs. The socket should fit the square-pin header with pins approximately 0.[redacted] mm apart.
