Hello, I believe my AOL UK account may have been compromised. This morning, I received several messages from contacts mentioning emails I did not send. I attempted to reset my password, but now I am unable to access or send emails from my AOL account ([redacted]). Recently, I wrote a short story spanning 18 pages out of 48, detailing my experiences online and efforts to prevent hacking in the UK. My book, "Online 8th the Feb [redacted] Facebook Twitter Instagram and accounts hacked BBC news lee Waite," aims to support nurses in the NHS. I need help spreading the word and gaining support for my online charity through Amazon, Author House, and TikTok (@lee Waite [redacted]). I'm encountering issues with my new career path as my platform is facing corruption. Additionally, on TikTok, someone named Hannah brooks has been asking for gifts and claiming we will be together someday. I suspect she may have multiple accounts. I need assistance in identifying if Hannah brooks from Bristol, London, and Somerset, who works as a nurse, is genuine and putting a stop to any pretend accounts. I am experiencing issues accessing my AOL account on my laptop, although I can still read emails on my iPhone. I attempted to log in using my Google Gmail account, which directed me to an error message stating the page cannot be reached. The message includes an ERR_HTTP2_PROTOCOL_ERROR. I reached out to AOL support, who recommended purchasing a subscription to regain access and cancel it within 30 days. However, I find this suggestion impractical. Due to these difficulties, I am seeking assistance here. I rely on my AOL account to send out job applications, and it is crucial that I regain access. I am experiencing a significant issue with a man I paid in January. I received an email from him on January 17th, [redacted], with an invoice for cattle totaling £[redacted].00. However, he now claims he did not send that email, suggesting that I have been scammed. I am concerned he may be attempting to extort more money from me. Please respond in writing so I can have documented proof to avoid making any additional payments. It is hard to believe that over a year has passed. Thank you in advance.

I used to have an email registered under [redacted] with a verification phone number from my time in Australia. However, I no longer have that Australian number since I now reside in France. When I attempt to log into my old AOL account, it prompts me to send a verification code to my outdated Australian number, which is no longer in use. While in Basildon, I encountered a hacking incident related to my Huawei P20, which is connected to my Huawei P30. Since the issue, I've returned home to London (N22 5SN) and took measures by deleting my AOL account for safety reasons. Unfortunately, important data remained on the P20 despite upgrading to the P30, which led to the deletion. Currently, I can access my emails and plan to contact EE for assistance. It's crucial for me to regain access to my email account as soon as possible. I am in urgent need of setting up a new password.

I have forgotten my AOL password. When I attempt to use the AOL Login for Forgot Password, I receive an error message "Uh oh can't sign you in right now" and I am directed to AOL Help. In the AOL Help section, I proceed to Reset A Forgotten Password and select Sign-in Helper. Upon entering a recovery email address (my Yahoo email), I am prompted to input a verification code sent to my Yahoo mail, however, I do not receive any code. This situation has left me stuck without access to my AOL mail or account. Although I can check my AOL mail on my cellphone, I am unable to find a way to access AOL through that method.

I am having trouble accessing my AOL email account. Although I can log into AOL, when I try to access my email, I am prompted to verify my identity with a code sent to my email. However, since I can't access my email, I can't retrieve the code. Additionally, the phone number provided is not receiving the verification call. This sudden need to confirm my identity is puzzling as I have never had this issue before despite being a long-time user. I would appreciate any assistance with resolving this. Can you please check if my payment information is up to date? It's frustrating to be repeatedly prompted to provide my email when I am unable to access it.

My AOL mail account was hacked. Despite multiple attempts, I have been unsuccessful in recovering it. I need to update my account information to prevent further hacking incidents. Unfortunately, during the process, my phone was factory reset, resulting in the loss of all data, including backups. It is crucial for me to regain access to my account, update all necessary information, and enhance security measures. My elderly mother's AOL account, managed by [redacted], has become inaccessible. Her long-serving phone has stopped working, preventing her from receiving text verifications. Her lack of backups has left her unable to access the account as the verification process is linked to her old phone number. She also does not remember her Yahoo email password, as she has primarily used AOL. Hello, I am having trouble accessing my AOL account even after providing my phone number, offering to provide a passport picture, and showing old emails. I suggested that they match my passport name to my email name, and even offered to pay for items linked to my AOL account from Amazon or eBay, providing receipts as proof of identity. Despite my efforts, AOL is only giving me a generic response and not helping me access my account. I also requested them to check the URL I am using to log in, but they have not taken any action.

I have an iPad and a new iPhone. My account is [redacted] I have lost my password and now I'm unable to set up the account on the new iPhone. I've attempted to use the password recovery feature, but it has been unsuccessful. It appears that the necessary data for recovery may not be available in the system due to the age of the account. Could you please send a password reset link to the email address mentioned above? I can still access the account on my iPad. Thank you in advance for your help.

I intended to send two emails to two friends with the subject: "escroc!" However, one of the email addresses, Dipi SAS, is no longer in my iPhone contact list, and I have never used this email address to contact my friend. Strangely, I received an email from him using this address (DIPI SAS), although he has two different addresses. He seems upset about it. Currently, someone is using my father's AOL account without permission to access his banking information while he is under Hospice care and unable to manage his affairs. As his son and Power of Attorney, I need to terminate his account promptly. I will share all necessary details with the AOL team. If this matter is not addressed, I will have to issue a cease and desist order to AOL and take legal action.
