Dear Sirs,
I would like to express my satisfaction with Aldi's Gluten Free dry mixes. However, I suggest improving the packaging by increasing the text size for the recipes on the back. While my eyesight is good, I find it challenging to read the amounts of ingredients for the yellow cake mix without using reading glasses and additional lighting. The current decorative layout makes it difficult to use the package. Please consider adjusting the letters and numbers to a larger size for better readability.
Thank you,
Kate Henry

I wanted to express my concerns regarding the recent news that Aldi has purchased Winn Dixie. I have been a loyal customer of Winn Dixie in Auburndale, FL [redacted] for many years, especially utilizing their pharmacy services for approximately 30 years. I have always appreciated the small hometown atmosphere at Winn Dixie and am worried about the fate of the pharmacy under Aldi's ownership. If Aldi plans to remove our pharmacy, I will have to take my business elsewhere. The potential loss of this community touch at our Winn Dixie store is saddening. Thank you and blessings.

I was at a store in Dunkirk, New York on 9/11/23 at 7:58 PM, Store #[redacted]. I asked a worker with black straight hair and glasses to help me get ice cream from the freezer. Unfortunately, the employee was unhelpful and rude, claiming she couldn't leave her register area. She asked me to wait for assistance but never arranged for anyone to help. When I moved slightly, she became aggressive and later was dismissive when I needed help at the self-checkout. Other customers were surprised by her behavior and mentioned the lack of customer service. I am incredibly disappointed by her treatment. She was wearing a blue Aldi shirt without a nametag. It was so bad that I chose to leave instead of escalating the issue further. Her behavior was completely unacceptable, and I believe she should not work with customers. I am willing to provide more details if needed. Thank you.

Hello,
Yesterday, I left items behind that I purchased at Aldi, which is very close to Preston train station near UClan. The items I forgot are 4 crust pizzas and 3 packs of Bourne biscuits. Unfortunately, I cannot find my receipt as I was rushing due to having a shift. This happened on 22/09/[redacted] around 2 pm. Could you kindly assist me by checking with the store assistant who helped a guy that bought rose, returned a bad banana, and then went back to exchange it? The store assistant I interacted with was a gentleman standing at till 3 or 2. I appreciate your help and look forward to a positive response. The total cost of everything I purchased was around £44. Thank you.

Subject: Concern Regarding Mark Down Issue at Aldi Store #95 in Spartanburg, SC
Hello,
I am writing to share my recent experience at Aldi Store #95 in Spartanburg, SC. On 9/16/23, my son and I purchased (2) 16" Mega Meat Thin Crust pizzas, each marked with (2) $1.00 discount stickers. While checking out, only one $1.00 discount was applied, despite both stickers being present. I brought this to the cashier's attention, who insisted that only one discount should be applied. Another associate confirmed that both stickers should have been honored. This discrepancy was concerning as I have not faced similar issues at other Aldi locations, including my main store in Fayetteville, GA (store #52). I have receipts and images of the marked down products for reference.
I would appreciate clarity on how mark downs are handled at different Aldi locations and why this inconsistency occurred in Spartanburg. Any insights you can provide would be helpful.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Best regards,
Rhonda R.

On May 14th, [redacted], I purchased a patio heater with a Bluetooth speaker. Unfortunately, upon arrival, I discovered the heating element was cracked and smoking when turned on. I contacted ALDI about the issue and was directed to email the warranty company. Despite several email exchanges, they were unable to send a replacement heating element to the UK where I reside. I have attempted to call ALDI twice but found their customer service to be unprofessional. Despite reaching out via email again, I have received no response.

I have regularly purchased Goldhen Pasture-Raised eggs from my neighborhood Aldi located at [redacted] General Booth Blvd in Virginia Beach, VA. I opt for this brand due to its rich flavor, notably in the dark yellow to almost red yolks. Lately, the cartons I've bought contain bright yellow eggs lacking in taste, making me think they were swapped with a lower-quality brand. Many others have shared similar concerns on social media, indicating this isn't an isolated incident. I hope to find a solution to this issue and prevent its recurrence.

As a disabled customer, I rely on using an electric cart for my grocery shopping. Unfortunately, the Aldi store in Cooper City, FL, which is the only one accessible to me, is not meeting my needs. The single electric cart available at this location has been unusable for the past three to four months due to being left outside in the rain. It seems that there are no plans to repair or replace it. This situation has resulted in me, along with others in similar circumstances, being unable to shop at this store. I have always appreciated shopping at Aldi, but I cannot continue to do so until a functioning electric cart is provided at this branch. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, Agnes K.

At the Aldi store on Reidville Drive today after 1:00 pm, I encountered a slippery floor with tomato skins and no warning signs. I slipped and fell, needing help from two men to get up. Although I initially felt okay, hours later, my neck, back, and left shoulder started hurting. I contacted this to inform you about the incident. Waiting for your prompt response. Thank you, Gale Murray.

I noticed that the Aldi ad advertised 1 lb butter quarters on sale for $1.99 from Nov 8 to Nov 14. My husband and I, who are on Social Security, try to be conscious of gas usage by running errands in the same area. Today, we found ourselves in the Willow Grove, PA area, and decided to stop by your Aldi store there. We typically shop at the Aldi on Krewstown Road. I was surprised to see that the butter was priced at $2.49 in the Willow Grove store instead of the advertised $1.99. It seems unfair since the regular prices are usually the same in both stores. I'm quite disappointed in Aldi for this inconsistent pricing practice, especially considering the stores are only miles apart and not located in different states.

Why isn't the sugar-free hazelnut creamer available anymore? I'm also experiencing issues with Happy Farms Deli sliced and brick cheeses getting moldy within a week. This problem has been occurring frequently. I never encountered this before and couldn't understand when others told me they wouldn't buy them for this reason. How can I request refunds for these products and have the creamer restocked? While other flavors are available, I used to buy the hazelnut creamer from other stores since it's no longer in stock.

I recently bought packets of mussels marked at £1.99 each, but at the checkout, they were priced at £2.49, which was a significant increase. After questioning the price, I was informed it was a mistake, but I noticed the new packets were larger. Excited about the larger size, I still bought them but later realized they contained the same amount, 450ml, as the old version. The increase seems to be due to extra packaging rather than more contents. It's frustrating that discounts need to be manually adjusted at the register, unlike in other supermarkets where it's done automatically. I find I can reduce my bill elsewhere. This experience has made me consider shopping at larger supermarkets where I might get better value for my money compared to this store.

I purchased groceries from Aldi in Clinton, MO on February 5th. Upon review, I noticed I was overcharged for some items. For example, I bought four cans of tuna in water but was incorrectly charged for six. Additionally, I purchased two boxes of Jiffy cornbread mix but was billed for three. My name is Lora G. and you can reach me at 1-[redacted]. Due to a disability, transportation is challenging, so it's not easy for me to visit another town to address this. I live in Calhoun, MO. I would appreciate guidance on how to rectify these billing errors.
