Today, I bought discounted ground beef, but I was charged the regular price. It's inconvenient for me to go back to the store due to limited transportation. This is not the first time this has happened, but I usually let it go due to the small amount. This time, it's impacting my budget more significantly. I discovered a 20-inch hair in the salad I bought last night, and then again today. Both hairs were long and brown, not matching my shorter grey hair. I was enjoying the Summer Caprese pasta salad but was dismayed to find these foreign hairs, especially one with lice eggs on it. Considering my age, health conditions, and allergies, finding such contaminants is concerning. Despite my loyalty to ALDI, this issue with the batch of salads needs attention. I noticed large lice eggs on the second salad, leading me to question if the salads are repackaged locally or if the problem originates from the Illinois headquarters. I urge for a proper resolution beyond just a replacement, as this poses a serious health risk. I recently purchased a walk-in greenhouse from a garden line, part of the [redacted] brand. Unfortunately, the box was missing the assembly instructions. I have been enjoying Simply Nature coconut cacao superfoods granola for breakfast daily for six months. When the store ran out of that flavor, I tried the Dark Chocolate Sea Salt variety from the same brand. However, being on a low-sodium diet due to heart issues, I found the saltiness overwhelming. I switched back to coconut cacao, but recently purchased three bags. The first bag tasted like Dark Chocolate Sea Salt and contained chia seeds, which I believe was a mix-up. The UPC on this bag is [redacted][redacted], with a best by date of 04/05/[redacted] at 16:42. The other two bags have the same UPC and best by date, with one having a 16:44 timestamp. I haven't opened these two bags but the unopened one with 16:42 appears darker and seems to include chia seeds. I haven't returned them yet, but I'm willing to help investigate this packaging or production error if needed. Thank you for looking into this matter.

On June 8 around 5:40 p.m., while waiting in line at Aldi's on N. Olden Ave in Ewing, NJ, the cashier, a white male named Trevor, loudly uttered a racial slur towards me. This is not the first time I have experienced this behavior from him. I have heard him say derogatory words on separate occasions when I shopped at the store. I was not the only one who heard it; there were other customers nearby as well. As an Instacart shopper who frequents this location, I am bringing this to your attention in the hope that this matter will be addressed appropriately.

I had a disappointing experience while visiting the store with my elderly mother. A staff member named Bridget rudely shouted at us twice to go to till 5 during checkout. This made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Despite this, the assistant at till 5 was pleasant and helpful. I believe there are better ways to communicate with customers rather than shouting across the store. I was close to leaving my shopping and walking out due to how rude the staff member was. I understand the need to manage the checkouts, but the approach could have been more tactful. My visit today was not as pleasant as I had hoped.

I am disappointed by the bananas I purchased at your store recently. As seniors, we travel 33 miles to reach your store only to find that the bananas we bought do not ripen. We usually buy green bananas from Walmart, and they ripen perfectly. Although your bananas were good in the past, the recent ones we bought did not ripen despite spending a significant amount of money. Your prices are also higher compared to Walmart's, and with the recent changes to your bags, it's becoming inconvenient to shop at two stores. Unfortunately, I may have to switch to shopping exclusively at Walmart. I have informed your clerks about the issue, but I have not been satisfied with their response. This experience has led me to reconsider shopping at your store in the future.

As a third-year learning disability student nurse at North Ayrshire Community Learning Disability Team in Irvine, North Ayrshire, I am reaching out to Aldi to inquire about potential sponsorship for community groups. Our team is organizing a community event on June 21, [redacted], in Irvine to support local groups offering activities for adults with learning disabilities, as part of our Learning Disability Week celebrations. On 6-21-[redacted], I visited your Manitowoc WI store and encountered problems with my Associated Bank debit card transactions. After contacting the bank, they advised me to reach out to you as it seemed to be an issue with your servers. My card was charged erroneously THREE TIMES for $63.15 each, totaling $[redacted].45 due to repeated attempts to process the payment. I purchased the Fishmonger Melt in the middle Salmon Fish Cakes recently, and I was extremely disappointed. Despite being labeled as salmon, there was a minuscule amount of salmon in them. The lack of salmon made it impossible to taste its flavor. Additionally, I also tried the thin Pork sausages. Although they tasted good when cooked, they were overly fatty. While frying them, they released an excessive amount of fat, leaving them swimming in oil. Moreover, the sausages were too salty for my liking. These two items will not be on my shopping list again.

I purchased the Fishmonger Melt in the Middle Salmon Fish Cakes recently and was quite disappointed. Despite being called salmon fish cakes, there was very little salmon in them, resulting in a lack of salmon flavor. Additionally, the thin Pork sausages I bought tasted good once cooked but turned out to be overly fatty. They released so much fat/oil while frying that they were practically swimming in it, and they were also too salty for my liking. These two products did not meet my expectations, and I won't be buying them again.

I recently visited the Aldi location at [redacted] W Oakland Park Blvd and was worried to see a homeless man in the store carrying a bottle in a brown paper bag. I alerted the cashier, but they didn't seem concerned. As I was leaving, I noticed the man still inside near the front doors. While I appreciate that Aldi is well-maintained with friendly staff, security is crucial to me. I believe the cashier should have informed the manager or supervisor about the situation. Given that this store is located in a densely populated community of seniors, it's essential to address security issues promptly. Customers should feel safe and not be deterred from shopping due to safety concerns. I hope Aldi takes proactive steps to ensure the security of all patrons.

On March 9th, while collecting my click and collect order at Stapleford, Nottingham, it was snowing heavily. Some customers had not returned the trolleys to their designated spots. The employee assisting me attempted to organize the trolleys but accidentally let go, causing around 6 of them to roll back and damage my car's rear light. After three conversations with both the manager and manageress in an attempt to address the problem, I find myself still driving with a rear light held together with tape. I am eager to have this matter resolved promptly.

My husband only drinks Pur Aqua fruit flavored water, and we usually buy 4-6 cases at once. Recently, I bought four cases at the Plainfield, IN store, and unfortunately, all the peach-flavored bottles were undrinkable. The flavor was sour and seemed to be missing an ingredient, which was disappointing as it's his favorite. How can I inform Aldi about this issue and get a reimbursement for the 12 bad bottles we have? Do I need a lot number or something similar, and if so, where should I look for it? Any advice on handling this situation would be helpful.

I successfully completed a group interview for a job I applied for. I was then invited to an Aldi experience, but the only date available was on "Eid", which is a religious holiday for Muslims, similar to Christmas for others. I requested this day off due to religious obligations but didn't receive any response regarding a new date. I've reached out through emails to the help lines multiple times, but haven't received a reply from a real person. It has been almost a month now, and I feel neglected and overlooked, impacting my chances of a fair interview process.

To whom it may concern, I am writing in regards to an incident that occurred on July 18, [redacted], between 7:15 pm - 7:45 pm, at the ALDI located on Richmond Road, Catterick Garrison, DL9 3JA. My partner and I visited the store to purchase supplies for our campervan holiday around Yorkshire. Upon our arrival, there was heavy rain, and unfortunately, my partner slipped and injured her left ankle due to the wet tiles at the store entrance. An accident report was filed, and the incident was captured on CCTV footage, which I recommend reviewing. The lack of signage warning of the wet floors was concerning. Despite the kindness and support from the staff, the injury forced us to cut our holiday short due to the pain and discomfort it caused. I would like to express my gratitude to the staff and the public for their assistance. I urge ALDI to enhance health and safety measures to prevent similar incidents, especially for vulnerable individuals. We seek a resolution from ALDI to address the avoidable injury and the impact on our holiday. We do not seek litigation but hope for fair compensation for the discomfort caused. I went shopping on Saturday, August 5, [redacted], at Aldi on Reidville Drive in Waterbury. I used a vanilla Visa gift card with a $50 balance to pay for groceries totaling $37. After the transaction, the gift card showed no balance, which seemed odd. I calculated that there should be a $12 balance remaining. Today, Sunday, August 6, I tried using the gift card at two other stores and was informed there was no balance left. I feel Aldi has taken my remaining balance, rendering the card unusable elsewhere. I had a distressing experience at the checkout in the Springville, New York Aldi store. The cashier mishandled my groceries by tossing them haphazardly into the cart, causing damage to items like eggs, chips, bread, and pop tarts. Despite my efforts to organize them neatly on the conveyor belt, she displayed a lack of care and rudeness. My total bill exceeded two hundred dollars, making this incident even more frustrating, as it marred half of the products I purchased. This was an unfortunate and disappointing situation that left me feeling dissatisfied with my shopping trip.

I recently visited your Aldi store for the first time and was mistaken for someone who shoplifts. I felt embarrassed being publicly called names and receiving no assistance. The employee accused me of theft, threatened to show me reports and photos, and called me names. Despite following her to the office as instructed, she humiliated me further by calling me a "bum." This was my first visit, and I feel devastated. I want the employee to be identified, issue a public apology, offer me a free grocery trip for compensation, and face consequences for her behavior. The experience was so distressing that I now need counseling. It's hard to quantify the extent of the damage caused by this incident.

I used my SSA debit card for a Coke and cash back, but it was declined even though there was enough money on it. After checking with customer service, they mentioned a purchase for 19.14 which I didn't make. The store manager provided me with Aldi Corporate's number, but I haven't heard back from them after contacting them two weeks ago.
