I purchased NBA 2K20 yesterday along with a 75k VC pack. The code for the VC was provided on the emailed receipt at checkout. After entering the code at my friend's place, the VC did not appear on my MyPlayer account. I assumed it might show up upon the next login. Later, after downloading the game onto my console at home, the VC was still missing from my account. I am seeking assistance to resolve this issue and add the VC to my account as I am unsure of the next steps to take.

Hello, I recently purchased 200k VC in your game and used them on my newly created build. While playing MyCareer, I encountered an issue during a practice session for the jump shot creator. I realized that only shooters could participate, but my build was a Glass Cleaner with no shooting abilities. Unfortunately, I got stuck in this practice with no option to leave or return to the neighborhood. After trying to refresh the game multiple times, I decided to delete my last MyCareer play in the PS4 settings (save data management). As a result, I lost my 90 Overall Glass Cleaner Lockdown build. I am reaching out for assistance as I don't have any other builds to play with and cannot afford to purchase more VC at the moment.

I experienced lag in the playground. After clearing my reserved space to prevent lag, upon reloading, I received an error message about corrupted game files. An update was required, which I completed. However, upon trying to load my player, my 92 overall sharpshooting Facilitator was missing, replaced by players from the demo. I deleted them and restarted the app but my player remains missing. I have proof of my progress with 52 my career games, achievements, and captures. I played roughly 50 park games and 8 or 9 Jordan rec center games. I am hoping to retrieve my player soon. Thank you.

I experienced an issue where my badge and reputation progression for my career player got stuck. After some research, I tried a temporary solution I found in a YouTube video. I created a new player to play one game in the park to try to unfreeze it. Unfortunately, I mistakenly deleted the new player, thinking it was only a 60 overall, but it turned out to be my main 90 overall stretch big player. This was disheartening as I had put a lot of time and effort into that character, especially with more than 5 badges earned. I feel lost and disheartened and have been avoiding playing NBA 2K20 because of this. I simply wish to see if there is any way to recover my player, as that's all I want. For the past two days, I've encountered issues with the server connection after being disconnected from an NBA game in myCareer. When I replayed the same game due to the error, my player did not receive any attribute or badge progress points, despite earning VC. The point tallying screen displayed no increase in attributes or badge points for my player, impacting my progress in the game modes like myCareer, park, rec, or pro-am. This situation is preventing me from advancing and is quite frustrating for me.

Hello, I'm Isaiah Mitchell. My player hasn't been functioning properly in the past few games. Despite playing, I am not receiving any points, badge upgrades, or reputation progress. This issue has persisted for six games. I even recorded three of the games to capture the problem. At one point, when I was supposed to earn reputation in the park, it glitched, causing me to fluctuate from Pro to Superstar, skipping ranks all the way to Legend. I want to address this problem so I can resume playing with my player.

I encountered the same issue with my Blake Griffin free agent card. I have photo evidence showing he was on my team, but despite playing the game daily, I haven't been able to retrieve him. Similarly, like the individual who lost T-Mac in Triple Threat, I lost my Blake Griffin free agent card. You can verify this on my PS4 account, CODY_BASEBALL_03, where I should have received the card from the free agent pack daily reward, but it's missing. Please reach out to me so I can provide evidence. It's frustrating not receiving the card after claiming the daily reward.

I have been encountering an issue in MyCareer for a few days now. After experiencing a blue screen during a game, I am unable to load my MyCareer as it consistently blue screens at [redacted]% with an error code. This has prevented me from progressing and earning badges, which is frustrating considering the time and money invested in my player. I am hoping for a prompt resolution to this problem and would appreciate receiving some badge upgrades to compensate for the lost time in grinding for badges.

I need help with WWE 2K18's MyCareer mode. I'm stuck on the April PPV 6-man tag match against Ziggler and the Ascension. Despite achieving five stars, I've had various issues. Initially, I pinned the wrong person, then struggled to pin Ziggler. In my most recent hour-long attempt, I hit Ziggler with multiple finishers, still only managing to win after numerous tries. The match was five stars, but the objective screen claimed I failed. I've ticked off all the objectives, so I don't understand what I'm doing wrong. I'm extremely frustrated and reaching my breaking point with this game and the franchise. Can anyone assist me with this issue in WWE 2K18's MyCareer mode, please?

I have been playing since the 6th around 11:30 and have been absolutely loving my team. I played this morning, went to work, and when I came back, there was an update. The update size was 38.73 GB, which seemed strange. After logging into my account, I was devastated to find that everything on my team was gone. My Sapphire evolution Chandler Frye, Ruby Tracy McGrady, Kyrie Irving, Diamond Cliff Hagan, and Sapphire evolution Dwyane Wade were missing. I had close to [redacted] cards, played 2 games of Triple Threat, had a well-organized lineup, achieved 5 wins in TTO, and earned 36 stars in the first Domination. As someone who usually enjoys the game, I am incredibly frustrated and want everything restored. Please address this, 2K.

Dear 2K Sports,
I recently purchased NBA2K20 for the PS4 and was hoping for gameplay similar to 2K19, but unfortunately, I found the gameplay mechanics to be slow and flawed. When driving through the key, I often experience the ball being stolen from me due to the sluggish player dynamics. The shooting mechanics in 2K20 are also not as smooth as they were in 2K19, making it harder to get good shots off. Many of my friends have also encountered these issues without voicing their concerns. I have decided to share my feedback in the hopes that you will consider revisiting the dynamics from 2K19 when developing 2K21. I paid $80 for a game that did not meet my expectations.

On Thursday, I purchased and played Borderlands 3 for about 4 hours, progressing significantly in the storyline. Upon loading my character the next day, I was dismayed to find that my progress had been reset to the beginning of the game. I promptly reached out to 2K support and Borderlands 3 via email and Twitter. Despite automated responses acknowledging my inquiries, a whole day passed without a meaningful reply. Only this afternoon did I receive an email requesting additional information and a video for bug reporting, which I promptly provided. However, it has been 5 hours since my last correspondence, and I am frustrated by the lack of timely assistance. While support claims to be available round the clock, the delay in responses has hindered my weekend gaming plans. Clear communication about potential delays would have been appreciated in this situation.

Hello, I am reaching out regarding the deleted files in my NBA 2K 20 and 19 career. I have three accounts on NBA 2K 19 and one on NBA 2K Mobile and TV, all on the same PlayStation. While my PlayStation account is linked to a different PlayStation, I play on my current one by logging in each time. However, the saved data files are deleted each time I spent around $[redacted] on this process. I recently discovered that I was banned on 2K20, but I believe it was a misunderstanding. Despite reaching out to 2K support for clarification, I returned to find my account blocked. The ban allegedly stems from a Pro-Am team with an inappropriate name, but I can attest that none of the teams I have been on have used such language. After discussing the situation with my family, it came to light that my little brother played on my account with his friends and unintentionally created a team with an offensive name. I am disappointed by their actions and do not condone the behavior. While I never intended for this to happen on my account "Choppalot-," I now find myself banned. I hope that 2K will consider lifting the ban as I was not involved in the incident. I apologize for the situation and eagerly anticipate the possibility of playing 2K20 again soon. Thank you.

I am experiencing issues with my Borderlands 3 cloud saves. This morning, upon logging into the Epic Games Launcher, all of my saved data for (3) characters - one at level 50, one at level 23, and one at level 9 - has been deleted.
Epic Games support requested a screenshot of my in-game stats to investigate the problem further, as they mentioned that everything seems normal on their end. Despite having around 30 hours of gameplay across (3) characters, the cloud save is only showing 7 minutes of gameplay with a single character at level 1.
If anyone has any suggestions on how to address this issue, I would greatly appreciate it. Losing my progress of 30 hours would be disappointing and could lead me to stop playing and supporting the game. Thank you.

I reported an issue with NBA 2K20 to 2KSupport three weeks ago, and I have received no help. Despite following their instructions, they haven't addressed the problem and are marking it as solved without resolving it. The lack of response is frustrating, and I feel let down as a paying customer. I am seeking a refund for all my expenses on the game and hope the responsible associate is held accountable for their lack of assistance.

I was going through my in-game data and accidentally deleted all of my My Career players. I had spent a lot of money creating three builds. I had a 1. Point guard Pure Shot Creator, 6'3", lowest weight, lowest wingspan, 89 overall. 2. Power forward Pure Stretch 4, 7'0", lowest weight, lowest wingspan, 88 overall. 3. Small forward Pure Lockdown Defender, 6'10", [redacted] lbs, max wingspan, 80 overall. I would appreciate it if I could get my three main characters back. Thank you.

As a truck driver, the power in my truck went out and caused my PS4 to enter safe mode. I reached out to PlayStation for assistance in restoring my system, which they were able to do with success. However, I encountered an issue where some of my career players are missing from three different accounts - Nemo5401, Joshualafarro, and BenoGee. Despite having VC invested in these players, only one player is visible on the Nemo account. The players I developed on the other two accounts are also missing, along with the VC invested in them.

I purchased $50 worth of VC in 2k20, but my account is now empty. I upgraded to the $[redacted] version of the game to support it and was looking forward to gameplay. However, after buying VC worth $50, my account balance is at 0. I am not sure why this happened, but I want either my VC or money refunded. I plan to contact PS4 next if this matter is not resolved.
