I was subbed out of the last 53 seconds of the final game of the championship finals. My team was up by 15, leading 61 to 46. As I tried to sub, I received an error code and was taken to the main screen while still having a connection. This upset me greatly as I had put in a lot of effort to win the game. I feel frustrated as I was disconnected whereas my Internet was stable. My brother had no issues playing nearby. I was looking forward to completing the finals and feel like my time was wasted. I hope to receive some form of compensation for this inconvenience as I did not encounter any internet issues. It is disappointing that this disruption occurred while I was about to finish the game.

Yesterday, when I logged into NBA 2K19 to play MyCareer with my new 87 overall stretch four, I encountered an issue where the data appeared to be corrupted. Despite attempting to redownload it, I have been unsuccessful in resolving the problem. I would greatly appreciate any assistance in addressing this matter. Additionally, if there is a possibility of receiving a refund for the funds spent on enhancing my player, or if the corrupted data can be fixed, it would be greatly appreciated. I recently purchased a new PS4, and due to a glitch caused by my Wi-Fi, my PS4 system malfunctioned, preventing me from playing my career mode. I suspected something was wrong when suddenly I received a 45K endorsement. Fortunately, I had backed up my files before contacting PlayStation earlier today. After a full system restart/restore as advised by PlayStation support, I reconnected to my Wi-Fi only to discover that my account was restricted from playing online. I acquired this PS4 just a month ago and have been diligently working on achieving a silver badge. I am disappointed that I am unable to use it online now. I hope to have my account restored soon.

I recently sold some players and contracts at the auction house in NBA2K19. However, when attempting to redeem my points, an error message indicates server issues causing my cards to disappear and not receiving the corresponding MT for the cards sold. I still have multiple cards in the auction house awaiting redemption. I would appreciate a Galaxy Opal player, preferably K.D., as compensation. I was told by a friend about a method to get 15k VC on MyCareer. Initially hesitant, my friend assured me it was a legitimate part of the game. I continued using it and now face a ban, unaware of the consequences. I reached out to the 2k support team for clarification but have not received a response. I am disappointed that my account, which I have invested so much time in, is now banned. I hope for leniency and am willing to comply with the rules moving forward.

I was advised by a friend about a method to acquire VC in MyCareer. Despite my initial reluctance, he assured me that it was not against the rules and had been a long-standing feature in the game for attentive players. Subsequently, I received VC every time I used this approach, only to find myself banned for unknowingly violating the terms. I am disheartened by this situation and though I've reached out to the 2K support team for clarification, I am yet to receive a response. I sincerely hope for leniency given the effort I've invested into my account. Moving forward, I am aware of the infraction and will refrain from such actions. While I wish to be reinstated, I fear that my past actions may work against me in this regard.

I allowed my friend to help me earn badges while I slept. When I woke up at 6:50 and started playing, I encountered a connection issue. After checking my internet connection and logging back in, I was surprised to find out I had been banned for violating the terms and services. Upon asking my friend, he admitted to using a VC glitch despite my instructions against glitching. He also mentioned doing a badge glitch. As a result, I find myself banned from the game.

I have been playing NBA 2K19 since its release and have progressed significantly in both MyTeam and with multiple MyPlayers. Unfortunately, on June 26th, I was surprised to find that my account had been banned without any explanation. I suspect this may be due to server issues in MyTeam forcing me out of games and incorrectly flagging me for quitting online matches. I promptly submitted a ticket to 2K Support, but it has been over two weeks without a proper response. All they've sent so far is an automated message requesting information that I had already provided in my initial ticket. I simply wish to have my account reinstated. Dear community, I wanted to share my love for NBA 2K and offer some suggestions to enhance the gaming experience for fans like myself. One idea I believe could improve realism is implementing the challenge play feature used by coaches in the NBA. This addition could add an exciting element to the game. Additionally, I think it would be great if the commentators in MyCareer could provide more detailed commentary including stats like championship rings and MVP awards, enhancing the overall experience. I would also be interested in seeing the addition of injuries to my player for added realism. I have more ideas from fans and myself that I would love to share with the 2K team. I recently got banned from 2k19, a game I enjoy with my little brother. I mainly played my career and had an 85 overall. When my brother accidentally deleted my progress, I switched to playing my team mode. However, my brother got involved in a VC glitch within the game, which led to my ban. I spent over $[redacted] on the game and invested a lot of time in building my team. Although my brother is not allowed on my Xbox anymore, I just wish to have my team back as it was something I truly enjoyed in 2k19.

I need help with fixing the issue with my character in the game. I was trying to upgrade a level 91 character to 92 on the account "Deathbecomesu74," but it got stuck at 99.9%. I tried various methods like drills and playing a full game, but nothing worked. Frustrated, I logged in with another account thinking it wouldn't happen again, but I faced the same issue with that account being stuck at 99.9% as well. Despite putting in hours and effort, I have nothing to show for it. It's disappointing to have characters I can't use after investing time and money into the game. I deleted the first character and now this one is also stuck. It's frustrating to feel like the game developers don't prioritize consumer satisfaction, especially with a new version set to release soon. It's situations like this that lead to player boycotts. I have been a loyal Borderlands player since the Xbox days. I own every installment on both Xbox and PlayStation. However, I am feeling frustrated. Despite resetting my game and starting fresh at max difficulty, OP8, I am not receiving good gear drops. I am mainly getting blues and greens, very few legendaries or purples. Even challenging bosses are dropping subpar loot or nothing substantial, leaving me struggling. Sometimes, the game seems to be unfairly killing me off, not giving me a second chance for a comeback even when I've defeated an enemy in time. There are instances where enemies appear immune to damage, leading to my demise. This experience is disappointing, especially as I have preordered Borderlands 3. I hope this trend doesn't continue in the upcoming release. Despite having a strong internet connection, with my PlayStation hardwired to fiber at 100mbps, these issues persist. I'm left wondering what's going on, feeling quite upset with the situation.

I recently returned from vacation and started playing NBA2K19 yesterday. I decided to create a new player build so my friend, who can't afford the game, could also enjoy playing. After completing the prelude, I played a few games in the Park. Unfortunately, while playing, an opponent (whose gamertag I couldn't capture) invited me to a party and threatened to boot me offline, resulting in my sudden ban from the game. It has been a while since I reached out to 2K regarding my issue with accessing the game. When I try to log in with my email address, I receive an error message stating, "The 2KSports server is not available at this time, please try again later." I attempted to resolve this issue numerous times throughout the year that 2K19 was out to no avail. I'm hesitant to preorder the $[redacted] version of 2K20 in case the same issue occurs. My Xbox username is OverlandPanda95. The email I used for 2K registration is [redacted] I've submitted tickets previously and was instructed to use my registered email, but I'm unable to sign in to support or nba2k.com. I tried the "forgot password" option but didn't receive an email. When I try to sign in on nba2k.com, I can't get past the loading screen.
I submitted a ticket for a ban appeal as my account got banned recently. I hope to get it unbanned as I was looking forward to playing 2K20. I was using 2K19 to practice until the new version came out. I unknowingly committed a violation by seeking methods to earn VC. I apologize for this mistake and sincerely request a review of my ban status to possibly have it lifted.

During my career games, whether it's NBA games, park, or rec, I am not receiving any XP towards my attributes or badges. This issue has persisted for the last 10 NBA games, 10-20 park games, and 2 rec games. It's frustrating because I can't progress and enjoy the game properly. I purchased the Legend Edition and have been playing 2K since 2K11, so it's disappointing to encounter this problem. It's also been challenging to submit a request for help. I am experiencing multiple issues with my career player in the game. Firstly, my player does not have a name, and I have already submitted a ticket for this problem. Secondly, the practice sessions seem to be glitched as I keep getting the same shooting practice even though my shooting badges are already maxed out. Furthermore, when I complete the practice, the game closes out. Additionally, after playing four games of my career with 12-minute quarters on the superstar level, I am not receiving any reward points at the end for cap breakers or badges, which is frustrating considering the time and money I have invested in this game. I have reached an 89 overall and should be at 90-91, but the progress is not reflecting accurately. I have video evidence to support my claims as well.
