I recently enrolled in Celebrations Passport through 1-[redacted] Flowers to conveniently order flowers on the app without incurring service fees. Despite purchasing the Passport in August, when I tried to use it in October, I encountered issues. The discount was not being applied, leading to a lengthy call to customer service. The representatives were friendly, but the problem persisted. I faced the same issue during another attempt to order flowers. It is frustrating not to have the discount automatically applied as promised.
I want my Celebrations Passport to function correctly without manual intervention. I also request a refund for the service fees and a refund for the non-working program. The representatives acknowledge my purchase but admit that the automatic discount is not functioning. Perhaps it is a software glitch on their end. I just want to send flowers to my grieving aunt without these complications. I provided details to the representatives and asked for escalation of the issue. Despite being a minor problem in the grand scheme, it is indeed aggravating. Thank you for addressing this.
