What are the hours and when should I call?

Bell Mobility operates the call center for this 800-667-0123 phone number 24 hours, 7 days. The short answer is that you should call on a Wednesday. This observation and the following section are based on analysis of a sample set of 598 calls made in the last 90 days using our free, web-based phone (see above).

Automatically call when they open

When you use our free AI-powered phone to call and talk, wait on hold, or navigate for you, it will automatically wait until the Bell Mobility call center opens before trying to call. It will ask your permission before it places the call, so you can also further delay that scheduled call until you are ready. But that means you can "set it and forget it" ahead of time.
An important note: busy times vs hold times vs best time to call
When we refer to busy or less busy times, we are talking about the volume of calls. The busiest times are when the most people are calling this Bell Mobility phone number (least busy times have fewer people calling). This high call volume does not necessarily mean that you will have a long hold time when you call. Companies like Bell Mobility staff their call centers differently based on the time of day and day of the week, so you may experience a shorter wait on hold at the busiest of times. When we refer to the best time to call, we are referring to the optimal combination of lower call volume and shorter wait times.

The least busy time to call

The least busy day to call Bell Mobility is Sunday. The most busy day to call is Monday, which averages 142% more phone calls by comparison. Again, this is based on a sample of 598 calls made with our AI-powered, web-based phone in the last 90 days.

Calling this Bell Mobility Customer Number

Aug 8, 2024

I'm thinking about getting a new cellphone carrier to see if I can reduce my rates a bit so I thought that I would look into what Bell Mobility could offer me. The best way to figure out how much I can save is to call them and see if they have any special new customer deals. Every time I call a cellphone company I end up on hold for a while, but I was willing to take a chance and see. If it ends up saving me a bit each month it would be worth a few minutes on hold.

When I first called, an automated agent picked up and said, "If you are calling about a tablet, mobile, or connected internet device, press 1. To become a Bell Mobility customer, press 2. If you are calling about a recently placed order and would like to modify it, press 3. If you are calling about a prepaid service, press 4. If you are an existing Bell Mobility customer, press 5." Obviously, I chose option 2 and then I was transferred to a hold line where I had to wait for a few minutes.

The hold music was not that bad. It was typical elevator music and then after a few minutes, Anita picked up and was very nice. She talked to me and told me about what type of plans I would have access to if I decided to switch plans and gave me an idea of what to expect from the process. I'm not sure what I'm going to do, but overall my experience with Bell Mobility was not that bad. If I decide to start a new service with them, I won't worry too much about making the call to this service line.
