Nov 19, 2019

Zoosk does not offer refunds for any purchases. According to their policy, all purchases are non-refundable. This includes Zoosk coins and subscriptions that you haven't used up. If you have a subscription that you want to cancel, you should do it before the date of renewal. You will not get a refund for your subscription even if you have used it partially.

According to Section 22 of Zoosk Terms of Use, it may be possible to get a refund for certain subscriptions depending on your state. If you are in any of the listed states, you may cancel your subscription by midnight on the third business day after signing your contract. You will receive your refund in 10 to 30 days after submitting your request.

Canceling Your Subscription

Even though you may not qualify for a refund on your subscription, you can cancel it. If you have set it to automatically renew, the easiest way to cancel it is by turning off automatic renewal. Go to the option 'Account Settings' and then 'Subscriptions.'

If you bought your subscription from a third party, you must contact them to cancel your subscription. Different third parties may have different terms and conditions when it comes to subscriptions. If you speak to their agents, they will help you with the process.
