I would like to know my data balance

You can check your data balance on Vodafone (UK) by logging into your Vodafone account either via the Vodafone app or the website. Once you're logged in, you'll be able to see how much data you've used, as well as how much is remaining for your current billing cycle. This dashboard also allows you to view other services like minutes and text messages. If you're on a pay-as-you-go plan, your remaining balance, data allowances and when they reset are also shown there.

How can I know my data balance

You can check your data balance on Vodafone UK by accessing your account via the My Vodafone app or the My Vodafone website. When you log into your account, you can see how much data you have left in your current billing period. You can also check your data balance by dialling *#1345# free from your Vodafone mobile. The balance will be displayed on your screen instantly. Please remember that usage updates may be delayed up to 72 hours, so be mindful when you're nearing your data limit.

If I have a new landline phone do I need to get in touch with you to get caller identification

No, there is no need for you to get in touch with us if you have a new landline phone and want caller identification. Vodafone UK provides a feature called Calling Line Identification (CLI), which lets you see the phone number of the person calling you, if available. This feature is automatically enabled on all new Vodafone lines. However, if for any reason you're having trouble with it, you might have to adjust your phone settings or check your handset compatibility. Please refer to your landline phone manual for more detailed instructions.

Unsubscribe from international calling

To unsubscribe from international calling with Vodafone, you must log into your account using the My Vodafone app or the My Vodafone website. Inside My Vodafone, navigate to the "Services and Extras" section. Here you will find your current services, including the international calling. Click on it and then click on "Unsubscribe" or "Remove Service". Please note that this may take up to 24 hours to be processed. Your next bill should reflect this change. You need to have full account access to make this change. If you're not the account holder, you'd need to get their permission first.
