Pure Talk USA Customer FAQ

The PUK code is required to unlock your SIM card after several failed PIN attempts. You can find this code on the card that originally held your SIM or by contacting Pure Talk USA customer service using the most up-to-date contact information available here on this page.

To retrieve voice mail messages on your Pure Talk USA device, simply press and hold the '1' key on your phone's keypad. This will directly connect you to your voicemail box where you can listen to your messages. If you're prompted to enter a password, use the one you set up during the voicemail setup process. If you haven't set up your voicemail yet, you'll be guided through the setup process once you connect. Remember, accessing voicemail may consume plan minutes.

To access your voicemail box with Pure Talk USA, simply press and hold the "1" key on your phone's dial pad. This will auto-dial your voicemail box. When prompted, enter your voicemail password. If you are setting it up for the first time, you will be walked through setting up your password and recording your greeting. Please remember to choose a password that is secure but easy to remember. If you encounter any issues, make sure your device is properly set up to access voicemail, following any device-specific instructions.
