Choose an answer from the drop-down menu for 'How did you file your taxes?' The options are:

Enter your date of birth.
Enter your social security number.
Enter your last name as it is spelled on your legal documents.
Click 'Submit.'
You will be redirected to a page with details on the status of your e-filing.
