  5. Drop off your package at the closest UPS location.

There is a tracking number on the shipping label that you can use to track the package until it reaches Dollar General.

If you return the package to a physical store, then all you have to do is drop off the package at the customer support desk. You will be refunded to the original form of payment within 30 days of returning the package. You will also receive any deducted sales tax plus the full amount of the item.

Once the returned package reaches Dollar General, you can start tracking your refund. Unfortunately, Dollar General does not have a tool through which you can track your refund.
