The only way to get customer service at Direct Express to update your account information is to call them. The best number to call is their toll free number. You can retrieve the customer service number from GetHuman. You can also check the back of your Direct Express card to check for the most updated customer service number. The toll free number is the best available option if you want to get in contact with a live customer service representative.

Direct express customer service agents are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week so you can receive the help you require regardless of the time. When you call the toll free number, listen to the instructions provided. Option 3 is the one that will automatically connect you to a live customer service agent.
